It was painful when my friend told me he wanted to quit his relationship because the girl told him everything about her past. He said he was not feeling secured. He observed that his love for the girl was getting faded few weeks after the discussion. All my effort to convince him was to no avail. The girl, being in love, does not take cognisance of his actions. When the girl gets to know that the guy is no more interested in her, she would come to me and knowing this, I have been trying to prepare my mind on what to tell her, till now, I can't figure out anything. I am now wondering if it's a crime to sincerely share your past with your partner you plan to live the rest of your life with no matter how terrible it was. What do you think? |
@ savesoul what is the consequence of Nigeria not going to W/C. They |
What is the essence of the marriage if you are still keeping any secret from each other. I beg, you are not meant to be together if you do that. |

I stumbled on this thread in 2007 and I immediately developed a career path for myself. Kudos to Wills and others who have resolved to changing people's lives positively. Thanks a million. @ NOMS As Wills rightly said, CIPS exams come up twice in a year; May and November. I am also an HND holder. I went to British Council - Nigeria-Lagos CIPS Liaison office to enquire about CIPS, they advised me that, with my qualification, I can put in for level 4. I just registered with a consulting firm in Nigeria that prepares interested candidates for CIPS exams and lectures will commence in July for November diet, if you are interested you can contact them: Akwa consulting Services 290, Borno way, Off Herbert Macaulay Road Alagomeji, Yaba, Lagos. You can contact the General Manager on: 08030753081 or 01-4020163. for any further details; visit: www.cips.org. Need any assistance from me? My mail address is midborn2002@yahoo dot co dot UK. Who feel/experience the pain more- a loving and caring spouse or the spouse family? A wife in a family of many years of courtship and less than one year of marriage with less than 4 month kid died after the doctors from major hospitals in the state were unable to diagnose the ailment and later discovered it was a spritual attack fby an unknown merciless being that Alfas, Woolis, Pastors and Herbalists could not cure until it took the woman's life. A lot of accusations came from the spouse family especially from her step mother (the wife did not have a mother since she was young) to the innocent husband which almost caused his life. This issue bordered me so much that I resolved to share it with matured families in the house. Please, I will so much appreciate your objective contributions. " Such will not happen to any of us by the grace of God" Thanks |
still expecting your response thanks |
it's painful |

Any response from MTN for the test held on Tuesday 25th of April at Faomo? |
hi, They sent me a mail inviting me for the test. below is the attachment to the mail that was sent to me. cheers! Tips for Our Critical Reasoning Tests Why use tests as part of the recruitment process? • To help ensure fairness in the selection process • To reduce the costs associated with interviewing ‘everybody’ • To reduce turn around time and risk of hire error • To help build a learning culture Why use critical reasoning tests? • High level verbal & critical reasoning have been consistently shown to be relevant to job performance • Critical reasoning tests help tell how well a prospective candidate can reason through different scenarios and guide decision making What the test measures • Reasoning in the real business world • Ability to interpret and reason with written information • Ability to reason with & draw appropriate conclusions from numerical information Why this type of test? • Because it’s designed to assess reasoning in the real world work • Because it utilizes and reflects real business (but non-specialist) topics • Because it’s designed according to well established psychometric principles/procedures • Because it is accredited and certified as appropriate for graduate level positions up to middle management, a good fit for MTNN levels 1 & 2 positions Validity • Test result shall be valid for 3 months for internal, and 6 months for external candidates • Those who pass the tests need not write any for another 3 months and can keep applying • The objective is to ensure candidates pursue continuous learning & improve reasoning skills Test Procedure • Practice questions & detailed description of the tests will be given to candidates on the test day • 15 minutes would be allotted for candidates to read through and understand, as well as practice with the sample questions • The main tests will only be administered after this is done Going forward. . . • We plan to administer the tests electronically for improved efficiency • Further communication on this will come in due course Numerical Reasoning Sample Questions This test measures the ability to reason with, and draw appropriate conclusions from, numerical information. The data is presented in the form of a range of different tables, charts and graphs which summarise basic business information drawn from the workplace, in particular the leisure industry. The task for each question involves analyzing the information provided and then selecting the correct answer from the five options presented. Candidates are allowed to use calculators, as the emphasis of this test is on understanding and evaluation, rather than simple computation. Leisure Land Ltd: Annual sales and profit (in ₤ millions) Year 1 Year 2 Year 3 Year 4 Year 5 Year 6 Total sales (₤m) 32.5 34.0 36.5 37.5 39.5 45.0 Total costs (₤m) 31.0 32.0 34.0 35.8 37.5 42.0 Gross profit (₤m) 1.5 2.0 2.5 1.7 2.0 3.0 No of employees 2,250 2,625 2,875 3,000 3,125 3,500 QUESTIONS 1. Which of the following years saw the lowest cost per employee? A. Year 1 B. Year 2 C. Year 3 D. Year 4 E. Year 5 2. Which year saw the smallest proportional increase in sales over the previous year? A. Year 2 B. Year 3 C. Year 4 D. Year 5 E. Year 6 ANSWERS 1. Year 3 (option C). To get the cost per employee for each year, divide Total costs (₤m) by number of employees. This gives the following results: Year 1 = 0.0138; Year 2 = 0.0122; Year 3 = 0.0118; Year 4 = 0.0119; Year 5 = 0.0120. The lowest of these is Year 3. 2. Year 4 (option C). To obtain the proportional increase in sales from year to year, divide Total sales for each year by Total sales for the preceding year. This gives: Year 2 = 1.046 (So Year 2 sales are 1.046 times Year 1 sales); Year 3 = 1.073; Year 4 = 1.027; Year 5 = 1.053; Year 6 = 1.139. The lowest proportional increase is in Year 4 (option C). Verbal Reasoning Sample Questions This test measures the ability to reason with, and evaluate the logic of, written information. The task for each question is to decide whether a statement, made in connection with a piece of text or information is, True or False or Cannot say, given the information provided. No attempt is made to deliberately confuse you and there are no “trick questions” MEMO From: Corporate Personnel Like many other companies operating holiday camps, Leisure Land has problems keeping employees motivated during the season. The company has introduced various schemes including large discounts on its own holidays. Among other benefits, staff also have off-duty access to camp facilities with their families, and can take advantage of some flexibility in their working hours. As staff tended to choose to work in quieter periods, the latter has been made more restrictive this season. QUESTIONS In relation to the paragraph above, evaluate each of the following statements: 1. Staff cannot take cut-price holidays at the height of the season. True False Cannot say 2. The children of staff members can never use the camp facilities for free. True False Cannot say ANSWERS 1. Although this seems a likely condition for the organization to attach to the benefit, no information is provided about restrictions on the availability of the cut-price holidays. Given that you are asked to answer on the basis of what the text actually says, the correct response to this question is “Cannot say”. 2. Since this passage states that staff have free off-duty access with their families it cannot be the case that the children of staff can never use the facilities for free. The correct answer is therefore “False”. Please note that candidates are free to browse for similar questions that may help them in preparing for the test. |

Can someone help me talk to OUR OWN COACH- Scolari to stop using Anelka Nicholas. The man is just too less to have been in Chelsea. In fact, I still prefer Wright Philip. Though, he showed his stuffs during pre-season matches, it's as if he had exhausted all his scoring talents during pre- season matches. I stand to be constructively corrected if wrong. UP CHELSEA BLUES 4 LIFE |
