Totally a body kit.....see how crooked the emblems and wordings are in the back....besides I doubt the geniune bugatti will have 'V12' printed on its rear. Got any more pictures though @op? I'm kinda interested in seeing how the rest looks. |

erico2k2:In a 2003 Ford Focus wagon. Owners manual states 5w20 but then the car was from Canada, so I decided to go with the recommended oil for the model in other countries. |
Glo is terrible in Nigeria? ha! Why am I not surprised? The speed is ok here in Ghana but the quality is bar none, the worst I have ever experienced. I used Glo for a month after being attracted by their great bundle offers and out of this month, random unannounced blackouts took 2 weeks. 2 WEEKS! 2 weeks of not being able to browse, make calls, anything! When u attempt to call the helpline...they cut u off as soon as they hear what the problem is! ![]() The final nail to the coffin was when they expired my bundle waaay before it's due date. I promptly flushed my glo sim down the toilet. Wack network. |
Lexusgs430:This is more like it, 3 months or 5000km is just too short for modern oils. I bet synthetics go even longer - heck, the Valvoline High mileage 5w30 full synthetic I have in my rust bucket claims 360,000km of protection! (not that I'd wait that long though ) |
7 year old Toyota Camry? 7 year old Honda Accord? My, that pass mark has come down lowwww ![]() |
Approximately 14mpg....sounds feasible for your car, especially in town....what's the definition of highway in your area? |
Even the slow Mack and Dangote trucks are massacring people. How much more when their semi-trained drivers lay hands on a truck that moves as quickly as a 'sports car?' Lets pray they delay before entering Naija. ![]() |
Ashleydolls:Once hit by a car, you might end up in your grave too...doesn't mean we should ban cars. ![]() |
EgunMogaji:The car posted by OP? I could almost swear that's a W112 |
elshanAutos:Ok,let's look at it this way .... buying a used econo car that's most likely somersaulted for 7 million would be a terrible idea- especially when said vehicle is a recent model. Why? Repair costs can assume quite ridiculous levels. We're looking at complete body piece replacements + possible airbag module replacement + drivetrain issues and trust me, the side hidden by the seller is not any better. To get this car back to factory spec via certified dealer might cost anywhere around $10,000- give or take. Total cost would be enough to bring down a brand new corolla You could choose to cheapen out and go all cheap parts and Bondo on the car but then that begs the question: why don't you just buy a certified older, safer car at that price?! I think Readonee35L posted a list of cars that fit that bill nicely. I typically won't poke my nose into someone's business but then, come to think of it; there's always that poor fool that's gonna see this ad and go like 'darn, this is a good deal' and pull out his chequebook! |
T hat's more than $20,000 if I'm correct. You can buy a tear-rubber 2017 Corolla that nobody's farted in for $18,500 - in the US though. It's either one of two things; the Corolla was Buhari's official ride; or the weed they sell in Ikorodu is pretty strong. ![]() |
Whizpeter:I think no substantial frontal collision occured before the somersault so its airbag sensors weren't triggered......But all that flies out the window if this particular car had side airbags. |
InvertedHammer:Actually... it's a great idea to 'waste' money on a Plymouth prowler, if not too late. Due to huge demand in the states, they are appreciating in value- something few other cars manage to do. ![]() |
Quite true...but then Manuals hardly stand a chance against today's modern automatics as far as fuel economy is concerned. |
First pic is a 504, whiles the second pic is a 505.. Op? |

diportivo:Where I'm at, the engines from 90s Pathfinders/Hardbodys are the go- to choice for mechan- ....I mean Kazeems working on mostly American larger vehicles. I have even seen a diesel variant in a 2000s Ford Expedition before. This is my first time seeing it in a German car though, no less a Porsche. Move? Definitely, it will- until it has to face a hill. But then this old porschefinder will definitely confuse any car enthusiast unfortunate enough to hear its exhaust note. |
Man...that short wheel-base will make this thing unstoppable off-road! But then, there are those terrible terrible rims that look like they can't survive a gravel road. ![]() |
sotall:Driver! Love that game! I still have driver San Francisco. I still fire it up for a free run every now and then, even though it's been years since I finished it ![]() |
Funny thing....its this very Lexus that BBC's top gear dubbed the "worst car in the history of the world." |
greenhulk:The Pics you posted here look more like the series 2 that ran from the late 60s into the 70s. The series one (which I think includes the centre piece of this thread) is much, much more valuable....despite the subtle differences. I stand to be corrected though I still do wonder is restoration is still feasible- considering the level of disrepair. |
It's not beyond them....nobody in the US has died in a Volvo XC90 since 2009. Volvo's happen to be the safest cars on the planet...in my opinion. I fear the case would very much different in Naija and similar countries where folks buy accident cars, fix 'em up haphazardly and sell 'em off- without giving a crap about their safety. |
If roles were reversed and the wife came to meet her husband in the room- we would be seeing a fp story with the caption " WIFE CATCHES HUSBAND CHEATING WITH GIRLFRIEND IN FRONT OF DAUGHTER" - and everyone here would collectively loose their minds. ![]() |
That was the price when brand new-almost 10 years ago.....today I would be surprised if a clean model is able to command anything much north of $20,000. I think this one has been most likely parked 'cos of a repair that might surpass it's value. |
Fast forward a few weeks/months and we may see this car in the Autos section as: Fresh, strong 2009 Oldsmobile Alero for sale. Toks from Yankee: strong engine, freezing Aircon, clean in and out. Accident free and strong under. Only 80,000kms mileage...call oga on 07041941941 |
It's these articles that make car talk interesting! Great job Op- will be standing by for more! ![]() But then, OP, your model looks like the short wheelbase one.....unless Naija specced LWB Santa Fes sport totally different rear quarter panels from the LWB I'm familiar with.

Jglad:I admire the thickness of her sarcasm ![]() |
GAZZUZZ:I think I just wasted four minutes of my life |
Alvin007:I know, right? ![]() |
Factory pictures are of a completly different car: Please come again @OP |
