Honestly am tired Am tired of caring about others than I do for myself. Am naturally emphatic and I always get to realize that I have only done more for others than I do for myself and the worst thing is that some people don't appreciate it and instead, see it as an opportunity to run me dry.Trust me,you don't want to see me angry and that is why,I don't like getting angry.
This thing affects every aspect of my life from family, to my place of work etc
I careless about myself and care more about others(even those that don't care about me)

For example, omitting a nail from the street may prevent car accidents and consequently keep the safety of our community. We should not care about the comments of others because we are doing it for the sake of Allah. The more we have the intention that we are doing these charitable acts for the sake of Allah, the more will be the reward from Allah subhana wa ta’ala.

2_ Beans flour,cassava flour,flour,wheat,powdered baobab leaf(kuka) and soaked potash. (some people add bambara jut flour to it)
I prefer the second method cuz it tastes better😎
