taharqa: Hahahaha....my frnd dont rejoice to early. What I heard the governor say is that Sokoto will "Explore" for oil; there is a difference between Exploration and "Exploitation" of oil in commercial quantity....I wishd it was true sha cos it wud have solved a lot of tins in the coun3
Niger has already started exporting oil across the border from Sokoto. So, it's plausible that there's oil over there - and probably in different parts of Northern Nigeria.

I definitely know that Lagos and Ogun states have abundance of offshore (and probably onshore) oil deposits as well, but it's better to keep mute about that for now.

Nigeria is truly blessed!!
Bori: Healers of the Soul. .
Were the Hausas part of the Mali and Songhai Empires? And can you explain how the Fulanis were able to defeat the Hausas?

I also heard the hausas have written text about maths, cosmology, science etc. dating back to the 11th century, can you shed more light on that?

And how I can differentiate hausa people from other tribes in Northern Nigeria?

This is like a blessing in disguise for those who want Nigeria to break-up, or go back to regional government.

I'm happy for them!! cool

So, people are feigning ignorance and acting like the poor girl was robbed and killed, no? Are you guys ret.arded or something? Or is it that some of you can't read properly??

The girl was killed for RITUALS - and she was the 6th victim!!

Honest question:

Why do people in Nigeria kill other people for blood money?

And what type of money do people get off blood money? - will the money come from the sky like rain or something?

Nigeria is scary as fvck!!!

So these creepy fvckers had free pum to beat, they left that, and went for blood money(money from sky). sad

dayokanu: Human life is based on trust.

Your husband, your business partner, boss were once total strangers to you. Its not possible in life not to trust ppl.
Cheers!

Post of the day! - I still don't know why people are blaming social media. If you think social media caused it, then, the technology also played a role in it..

Can those of you blaming social media get rid of your laptops, phones, and delete your accounts on NL? I guess NO!

Why are people blaming the dead girl?

And how do you know that they haven't met before?

Nigerians are always quick to talk rubbish of things they know little or nothing about smh.

To be honest, this is what happens when you live in a country where people worship money.

I'm sure they were not trying to rob this girl - she was used for rituals.

R.I.P Cynthia! sad
