I heard somewhere that the respective SG went into agreement with the FG to give them a 3 month window of grace and I think that window from the time the judgment was elapses October or November ending then all LG allocations will go into the LG accounts.

But if for any other reason other than that except they want to say that the amendment of the constitution has to come first concerning the full autonomy of LGC then it's a welcome idea.
Nevertheless it's about time the judiciary starts revisiting certain judicial judgment and make turnarounds.
