The title of the post or video is very misleading.
You brought someone into politics does not really translate to you helping the person.

Reading comments of persons above it clearly shows many did not watch the video.

I will speak more on the second video where the order of the court was read by Chief O.C.J .Okocha and it's very clear from that order that the FHC judge called the LG election to be conducted by RSIEC an illegal election and told the defendants not to participate.
If this is one of the order among many orders then it clearly shows Gov. Fubara once again is being mislead by his advicers or should I say that he has given himself to be selective on which court order suits his interest.
May we not be deceived by people who speak half truths making it look like they mean well for all of us.

Which Register of Voters would they use.??

RSIEC didn't register Voters.
And therefore, there is no way they can check that people voted multiple times, or that people from other States came into Rivers State Just to Vote.

Any aggrieved individual should take their case to court.
INEC said it has not given RSEIC the updated voters register and the RSEIC commissioner has said he has been given.
Well all parties will present what they have and used as evidence in the court.
It's an interesting episode.

The Inspector-General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, has cautioned River State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, from making “unfounded allegations” against him.

Daily Trust had reported how Fubara accused Egbetokun of working with his opponents, vowing to hold him accountable if there is break down of law and order in the state.

Fubara made the allegation after intervening in an incident at the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission (RSIEC) office on Friday morning.

According to the governor, he prevented an alleged attempt by the police to remove materials meant for the upcoming local government elections.

Egbetokun, while reacting in a statement on Friday night by the Public Relations Officer of the Nigeria Police Force, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, said it was shocking to see Fubara storm the RSIEC office.

Even the Rivers State Governor ought to have sought the court to interpret its own order in this instance...
On a ordinary telling the NPF to not provide security or be involved in such an election given the political fights between a predecessor and successor ordinarily means there should be no election and the governor cannot sought out to use private security outfits in place of constituted ones.

Well, let's see what the day will be like and please let's all be careful and mindful as we go about the day's activities.

I think the NBA man is speaking and directing his speech wrongly....
The NBA should question the judgment of the judge who that order which stands against the mandatory and compulsory duty of the NPF rather than questioning the position of the NPF in wanting to carry out that order.

While the NBA is concerned about this political issues in Rivers State at this point in time, I can't remember the NBA at any point in time questioning the order of the NPF ordering hospitals and Nigerian Doctors in the country not to treat individuals with gunshot wounds and the Nigerian Doctors have not complained about same which goes against their sacred oaths of professionalism to save life first. We have not even talked of the one that hospitals demand money from people before treatment even emergency situations....

One from Rivers State high court which came first
The other from federal high court which came later

The two courts though High Court are not of the same order of equal power.
The State High Court is State powers....
The Federal High Court supercedes all.

There is also the FCT High Court which is quiet different from the Federal High Court of Nigeria.

Also the last or later order is the order that the individual involved should adhere to and not the former as long as both orders are arising from the same case.
Gov. Fubara is only adhering to the order from the SHC from the view that the case at hand is a State issue.
I look forward to the administration of the new CJN and how she intends to bring sanity to the judiciary.

Truly SIM has not spoken out the real grouse between him and Wike but Wike had in many fora made known their grouse to be Rivers State PDP structure. He didn't say SIM didn't yield to his request or show gratitude to him but him wanting to control his structure from him. He even said in one of his public show, "No one can have my structure". He has personalised party's structure to be his own and not for party people.

Don't you think you might be mis-interpreting Wike's statements too far...

Even SIM is part of the purported structure. On the issue of personalized party structure I'll give that to Wike. Remember there was no PDP in Rivers State and no structure and Wike alongside many of whom Fubara is now governor enjoys.
If Wike intends to control Fubara I'm very sure Wike would not seek his permission and consent when PBAT gave him a ministerial appointment......except we're saying Wike is telling a lie about seeking the consent of his governor.....

There are many things not talked about and G'SIM is the one who should clear the air.

The last time I checked, the grouse of both of them is who to take control of PDP structure in Rivers State. If by gratitude, I think SIM has been magnanimous enough and that can be seen in the number of those that resigned from SIM's cabinet that are from Wike's camp. It shows he gave him what he wanted but Wike wasn't satisfied because he wants to be like Tinubu, so that if you wants to be anything, you must first go and consult him and lick the dust of his feet rather than allowing the governor to take charge of his government.

You guys are mistaken someone want to cease power and control the macenery of government to someone showing gratitude to another for helping him to attain a height. These are two different issues and you must first understand that, if not your judgement will be totally misfit.
Jonathan or his wife never exert authority to wanting to control Wike or Rivers structure. Jonathan's family helped Wike and they allowed him to have control of the state without interference. He was in control of everything and you will never see him taking no for an answer, he was everywhere and no one dare talk when he is talking, no one dare says he has an idea where Wike is sharing his. Videos abound of his vituperation against people, how he molested and ridiculed people, even the royal fathers. Even Tinubu that has such grip in Lagos has never descended low to have public show and altercation with his subjects. I have not seen him once but a man, Wike that want to be like him has shown in many instances Hitler's high-handedness in all variables.
I have heard SIM publicly saying he will ever respect Wike as he was part of those that helped him to be governor and he will always give him his dues. But do you know what, Wike isn't comfortable with that, he wants to play god in Rivers State, to be seen as the alpha and the omega of Rivers State.
Hence, your chosen word is in variance with what Wike wanted. He want things beyond gratitude but want to be omnipresent and omnipotent of Rivers State.
In all things Wike fight is for selfish end. You have completed your full 8 years and you helped someone you trusted to be governor. I think wisdom demands that he should have given full chance to exhibit his authority than been dictated to by him. To me and to many wise men and women in the world, that Wike's action makes no iota of sense.

It is even strange that we are all talking from a point of gossip and observation....
I find it funny that Gov. Fubara has not really come out openly to say how is Wike trying to control and dictate for him...
I find it so funny and disinteresting that he makes funny statements in any public gathering but he has never spoken out the real issue he has with his benefactor.
Wike has spoken out severally, but Fubara has done the opposite but only letting his followers do the talking, tomorrow he would say that he did not insult his benefactor.

So tell me what is happening? Fubara does not need PDP to deliver him, what he needs is men and all the strong men don align finish. Just watch as the drama unfolds. Let Wike try to rig elections now let's see. Please who are the strong men that are on ground...Name them just at least 2 from each LGA in Rivers State that can deliver for Fubara under the rain under the sun.

There's nothing going to happen to Wike in the next 10 years and more if you mean politically thrown out from the scheme of Rivers State politics and the National.

Go and find out where Fubara was when Wike was Minister of State during PGEJ.
He made him when he became Accountant General of Rivers State.
So in the years he enjoyed such office let Fubara make mention of those who have risen to a position that they are able to stand and lift others without much of thought in places of comfort, not places of patch and struggle.
