While I agree that it is more common to see poor people with more kids, i strongly believe that the problem may be an act of wickedness on the part of the parent or it is a disease in the blood that need to be attended too.

I was in one of the state in the middle belt region of the country, somethings early this year, and I saw a successful business man in his 70's well educated that have well over 43kids, the kids (some less than 2 year)were so much that he mistakes the children friends for his own childred. Now tell me what the life of the childred would be like the day the man kicks the bucket.

I want to take the positive out of the write up, because i for one believe this is a positive development. we heard of Air ambulance in east Africa used to convey sick person to the rural area and farmers using light wing aircraft for the control of pest.

Positive Development

1. Development of air strip in rural area
2. Quick way of travelling (soon people will start using it)
3. Training of Nigerians  in the use and maintenance of light aircraft (employment)
4. Improvement of the Aviation industry (apart for airstrip within rural ares, using of lift aircraft on water will be introduced)

it is the responsibility of every govt federal and state to pay pension and provide security to former leader. if payment of pension to past leader (civil servant included) become stable and accepted as a pratice in Nigeria, the would be less case of old person depending of the young one for survival.

while i do not support the clues on Lagos state on the penion bill that said house should be built in Abuja and Lagos, i believe regular payment of pension (reasonable sum) to past leader world will go a long way in taking care of them and reduce corruption while in power.
