The chances of that happening is high, the same way they treat it at the airport even if you declare it, so to avoid all that you send less that £10K.
Yeah, but they also monitor all transfers below the limit. That has a greater flag because the risk of the person trying to hide money laundering is higher.

There are 2 reasons. 1 could be that he's not getting enough milk at a time, the other is that he just likes to eat. The solution to both is that he starts on formula even if it's just 1 or 2 bottles at night and your wife should drink plenty more water.

Less than £10K in one transaction, anything £10K and above will be regarded as money laundering
Not really. It would just be reported as part of the bank's AML responsibilities. Depending on other flags, they could leave it or investigate. Same as N2m transfers in Nigeria. It's not a definite money laundering but MAY be investigated.

Olodo Article

We are not in military era where key opposition figures can be arrested for no reason.

There was a very large gang up to remove Buhari among some sections of the Nigerian Elite group before the 2019 elections.

Majority of the elites are still in Nigeria till date and they are not being harassed. I.e. Obasanjo

So what makes Atiku's own different? I.e.

Atiku better forget about all this propaganda and count his loses.
Because Sowore had a reason for his arrest abi?

Facts? undecided
Something I see every single day?
Back home, the married couples I know of, most of the men have side chicks and it is common knowledge. Here on campus, do you have any idea the number of young girls who are dating married men? Even the men living around campus but whose wives are somewhere else. What companionship and friendship are these men offering their wives?
You're right. If they are not offering companionship, faithfulness, they should as well pay compensation. I'm just happy that I don't see these type of men around me.

Ebonygirl1:
Oh please. When the majority of Nigerian married men are always chasing after young girls, when would they provide so called companionship and friendship?
Do you have facts to backup your assertion? People go into marriage for different reasons, people with your mindset go into it as a business proposition.

what's your use as her husband if she can provide all her needs on her own?
How about companionship, friendship, being "there" for each other, achieving goals together, etc etc? I'm glad I married my husband. I can't deal with some kind mentality.

Mr brother, ICAN haven't spent more than 5mins to respond to me before sir, stop painting our body as inefficient, ICAN is efficient and professional and that's the reason why we want to join the body, u are contacting the wrong office, send an email to profilehelpdesk@ican.org.ng
He should send an email for a finance enquiry to profile helpdesk? Sounds so stupid. Why did they auto respond and say they will get back to him in 48hrs?

I seriously regret doing ICAN instead of ACCA.

Good Afternoon Famz

I decided to bring this here because i need mature advice from the family section. I avoided the romance section because of the kind of comments i see there.

So to the issue, I have this girl i like, we attend the same fellowship on campus, i will be graduating this year. All through my stay as a student i decided not to enter into any relationship.

How do i tell this girl i like her and would like to have a serious relationship that would lead to Marriage(reason for not having gf). She is currently in her penultimate year. I have plans for my life for those who would advise me to focus on my career first.

For the guys who have asked a girl out, what punch lines do i use. cool cool How do i go about it . Mind u she is the church type.

N. B: Am a semi extrovert and semi introvert (just between the two)

Your matured advise would go a long way to help

Thanks

Please don't mind my misconstrued sentences
Tell her you want to enter a courtship with her that will lead to marriage.

People just don't understand privacy. She's telling him not to contact her because she's not interested in friendship with him because he got her number while working but not because she gave him. He's taking it to mean that she's looking down on him because of his line of work.

He doesn't even understand how creepy he's coming across.

I realized a lot of Nigerians won't see anything wrong with it because it seems to be cultural for us not to clean up after ourselves. After all, what's the work of the cleaners?

Once a person makes small money, he can no longer hold broom. Very sorry state.

No doubt ur correct but the problem is that yobe is not Lagos or some part of Nigeria where English or pidgin is used at all. So what do you think will happen to such students when they leave north??
What obtains outside Nigeria is that you learn English and work. You will hear people with atrocious English but are very intelligent and knowledgeable. I admit it's a barrier because a lot of international companies want you to be able to communicate in a business language. However, if you have no plans of that happening, why bother?

Not necessarily. You might be in love but the whole concept of marriage tying you down can make someone pause especially if you're female. Societal expectations can be cumbersome on women after marriage.

I've never seen this as an issue. I've always been open minded. I've been a Catholic from birth, it has never made my life any worse or better. My fiance too is indifferent. But the issue is the time. I don't want to do my wedding in January or February. It all ends this year.

How did you get past your issue?
Do you mind me asking what part of the country you and your intended spouse are from? I know Yorubas marry in the wife's family church. Igbos generally marry in the man's church except Abians that marry in the woman's church.

It can give some context to where this issue is coming from .

Your wife is like me 100%. My husband and his family are also the social type. I started taking classes to be able to control the more extreme aspects. My husband shields me from his family. We still go to family events, social etc but my husband has made them understand that I'm like that and now no one disturbs me.

Proud and snobbish, those were the words they used to describe me initially. Said it was because I was a rich man's daughter. When people got to know me, they realized that I was sweet and unassuming. My hubby's family don't joke with me o.

I will shout back especially in front of his friend. That one will definitely put mouth and I will insult him as well. And tell my husband that should be the last time he will shout at me and embarrass me in front of others. If he tries it again, I will not just embarrass him but humiliate him in front of people. Let us all be mad together.

After I will beg him very well but my message would have been passed. He tries it again and I will still shout back let us know who is mad.
