If you are the type that pays attention to little details, it should bother you. However, in that case find a partner that is as sensitive as you, else you live with that behavior. Only few people see such thing as issue and when you complain, it is as if you are making mountain out of a molehill. They can't enter you brain.

Thanks to moderator who moved the topic to fp and i got the answer i needed.

I bought a vehicle 'bus 18seater' and kicked off the business. The business has been filled with pains and joy but i always keep my head up.

Two days ago the car failed break so i parked it by the road hoping to return the next day with a mechanic since it was night. Coming the next day, electric pole and fence fell on the bus and damaged it beyond repairs.

The cause of the accident is as a result of the gutter a construction company dug.

Should i sue d company? What should i do. Am confused and depressed. 60% of the money i used in buying the bus was a loan. I haven't paid it.

Pls lawyers in nl advice me.

Sue the company, sue whatever electricity distribution company and sue the owner of the wall. First of all approach each with a view to settle out of court.

The truth of the matter is that you were wrong to park by the side of the road. Still shouldn't stop you from trying.

As you can see the flogging and punishment is not working, you need to change the hand you use to deal with her.

I would suggest positive parenting classes. They really helped me learn how to manage my kids and reward positive behaviour. If she keeps getting your attention by being naughty, there's no incentive for her to stop.
