Go to the authority and report the pastor and stop making your husband look like a fool in public for marrying a rape victim.

I don't know why women find it hard to use their common sense on social media.
You are the problem of Nigeria.

So, because you had the hots for your pastor means everyone else is same? Were you there when it happened? The Bible says you should not bear false witness. If you were not there, you can't categorically state that it didn't happen.

If he went further and had sex with her against her will, that's rape. No matter how you want to color it, it's rape and it's wrong.

That guy should sue Mr Cole, next time he won't take people's pictures without their consent. huh
If you're in a public place, anyone can take your picture, consent or not. The question for determination will be if a plane during a flight fits the description of being a public place.

Who received the allocation for the month of May? How much is the monthly personnel cost of Ogun State?

Let's pray we don't have to borrow to pay salaries subsequently.
Feels like an interrogation. smiley

If he resumed 29th of May, I'm assuming that Amosun received the allocation for the month.
For him to mention 7bn, I have to assume the bill is 7bn.

I have a lot of faith in Dapo's intellectual capacity. I'm sure he will come up with a long-lasting solution and will be able to find recurrent expenditure subsequently without recourse to borrowing.

Am still lost on how our leaders think how much more loan will u take to pay salaries, can't the state itself find a medium to be self sufficient..All our leaders are same tho same archaic thinking without new measures to change the life of their subject
How do you want to "self sufficiently' raise 7b in one day to be able to pay salaries? Resumed on the 29th and no money in treasury to pay salaries on the 31st. Think it through.

Fuqman:
One of the biggest problem of career women is Marriage(Having family) The two just can't work, you gotta sacrifice one. However, it will be much easier if most guys actually know what women want. Too bad, most women don't even know what they want. Take it or leave it, good people always get the burnt.
Instead of trying to find out what women want why can't guys fixate on what their woman want? Different women will want different things same as with men.

Some are comfortable being called "Mrs" regardless of their home situation, some don't want to be married, some don't want to be married to a man.

Trying to find a one size fits all leads to your kind of comment.

@ Op, let me give you a piece of financial advice for your marriage. Instead of using your money to run the house, bring that money and put it in the savings.

I don't know why Nigerian guys are hotwired to automatically discard whatever contributions you make if the money was not used in making "big ticket" expenses.

I kind of feel that's why he thinks he can change plans as he likes because he feels it's his money so he has the final say.

As regards your quagmire, you're a smart woman. I know you will figure it out. Sometimes, we have to stoop to conquer, if you know what I mean.

Soo wrong! Traditional marriage is just a palmwine drinking ceremony in the face of the law. You and your mum should lay your hands on anything you can from your stepdad and plan your exit . Your mum has no marriage papers and no child for the man.
The only way better option is if the man adopted you as a child, you answer his surname and there are legal papers certifying it.
They are married under common law. It's just a pity that now it has to be the rules under common law that apply and they are not usually female friendly.

He didn't write a will. At least, not that we are aware of. All his money has been withdrawn from his accounts.
He doesn't need to have written a will. Use his death certificate to get Probate from a court. Then take it from there.

Btw, does he have any kids?

Please get a probate immediately. Liquidate as much from his accounts and move to yours or your mother's. Get big muscled bouncers as security and not let those people near the house. Sue them for ownership of the hotel and fraudulently converting your car.

Blank I'm not stupíd.
Of course there are always exceptions to generalizations, which is why they are called exceptions or outliers.
The existence of these outliers don't disprove the existence of the alternate majority.

Although I know you're implying I shouldn't have disbelieved the poster who said that, but then, what if I told you that I have a very special superpower?
It takes me just one conversation with a person(male or female) to decode their personality and mindset. I didn't just wake up one morning and knew how to do this, I worked on it and trained myself on it. It's not 10/10 accurate all the time, but the margin of error isn't enough to be a complete fail.

So yea, that particular person saying money cannot buy her submission, is blehhhhhhhh...
Maybe if Bukatyne said that, I would be more inclined to believe it.
The fact that you are insisting that they are outliers because it doesn't conform to your opinion means that part of my message was lost on you. However, opinions don't change facts, it only colours our perceptions.

Cheers anyway.

Everything I put in bold there, believe me, most Gs already know. Na women dey deceive themselves.
It's the reason why we have never taken Nigerian women who preach equality serious cos we know wetin dey happen behind the scenes.

Yesterday, a lady here was trying to prove to herself (definitely not me) that money can't buy her submission. If only she knew how much I laughed as I read that statement. She never see money be that, is all I could say to myself.
There's something about generalizations that blind a person from knowing that the world is filled with such diverse people that there are people that actually believe and do the contrary. Don't begrudge anyone their beliefs or opinions.
