Enskynelson: The change of Study centre, u apply at your current study Centre. Upload a copy of the signed form to support.nou.edu.ng under the appropriate ticket. You keep checking your portal nouonline.net to see if it's effected. Do that before payment of fees because you cannot say how long this will take and if they will change it or not. Many students have missed exams due to the fact that they applied for the change and it was not done. For such student, the fees for that semester is a waste. Since u have spent much that your application fees, wait and see if they will effect the change before you go ahead with payment of fees. This is very bad of the school not to process this in time. It should be made as easy as tapping a button. I hope I will get quick attention when the the time comes for me. |

Blessedarethepe: Okay. Thank you. How long does it take to get the NOUN email activated? I have it already, but not recognized by Gmail for now My Email has been activated, and I've used it to reset my portal login.........✌✌✌ I registered personal complaints though via their email. |

a1solution: You are on your own cos dat school if you have problem on their site the e-mail and phone number provided for technical support is just fake. Send mail you will not get a reply for one year, Call their phone switched forever. As it stands now if you are a new student after entering all your data and O' level result details you cant submit unless u go to their study centre to help u submit and this a school that claim its a study at home school. Its like they have imcompetent site admin and poor customer relationship. Exactly. |

Enskynelson: It could delay your ability to login. First, it takes sometime to get NOUN Student email. Even when the issue hidering your login is resolved, you will have to wait to have the student email before u can eventual have access to the portal as the password has been changed already. And throughout this semester, u will be using an autogenerated password that u cannot change to anything of your choice. Okay. Thank you. How long does it take to get the NOUN email activated? I have it already, but not recognized by Gmail for now |

Enskynelson: If you still cannot login, hold on. I think this portal is so slow this semester. Just be patient. It is better you don't attempt a password reset if you haven't tried that. What's the consequence? I already did |

mistiking: Yes I did,I have even use the matric number to register for the semester, but my concern is what it is showing on the portal as in 'not yet verified '. I can not also find my name on admission statistical data on the portal. search well.......I have registered too. But I can't log in. |

itzjohnkola: so I paid last week and after trying several times to upload passport last week I decided to wait till today to try again and now the website is saying my RRR is wrong or no response from remita. every time i want to get something done the website just gives me an issue, it's tiring Even me too. I'm beginning to fear if this could be happening at the early stage. |
Education › Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Blessedarethepe(m): 6:52pm On Jan 24, 2024 |
mistiking: I was verified today and my matric number generated and printed for me by the center verification officer, but in the portal, whenever I input my RRR just to check,it keeps saying not yet verified. I hope there's no problem ? Hope you input it without the dash sign? I was verified today. And I now have a matric no. But after registration, login has been difficult. I try to do reset but I don't have access to the school email. |

Enskynelson: You will choose whether to miss the school exam or promotion exam. If you miss the exams, you will register the exams another semester and write the exam. It won't be an F (carryover) in your result. Okay. Thanks |

Enskynelson: The 140k± will go for: 1.Semster registration 2. Course registration 3. Exams registration
What you have in the fees schedule is for only a breakdown of semester registration. And I am not guessing when I said 140k±. Pls sir what's the breakdown for course registration? |
Education › Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Blessedarethepe(m): 6:42am On Jan 21, 2024 |
Enskynelson: Let him to to nouonline.net, click student, click register. Fill the form and submit. He can then proceed to login. After that, he can pay fees by funding his wallet then proceed with registration. Fees for first semester could be as much 140k 140k? are they following this at all? https://nou.edu.ng/fees-schedule/ |

Education › Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Blessedarethepe(m): 11:17am On Jan 20, 2024 |
Enskynelson: If you are getting "admission pending", you need to use "refill undergraduate form" option (assuming you an UG student) on the application site. Enter your remita number for the application to be released for you to be able to refill. After that, you can then use the "continue after payment" option on the site to fill the application form all over. With a pending admission, waiting is not the solution. Do the above and get back. If you have issues with the instructions, send a DM. I've got over it sir. Thank you for your response. |

mistiking: No admission letter is pending sir,it happened to me before I got it right. Don't remove that hyphen (-) in your RRR. Just copy it as gotten and send,it will bring something I have forgotten now, but not pending, then click on that link, you will get your admission letter generated I just tried it without the hyphen............and it showed proceed to print.............Now I have the letter. Thanks |
Education › Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Blessedarethepe(m): 10:07am On Jan 20, 2024 |
Enskynelson: Was it after submitting the form? If it is after submitting the form, attempt to print the admission letter and see if it is successful Initially, I meant the verification stage. But now, I'm stuck at where you mentioned. And, I attempted to print the admission letter, but it's showing admission is pending. how long will this take? |
Education › Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Blessedarethepe(m): 8:59am On Jan 20, 2024 |
Enskynelson: Thank God it worked for you. Application is still far from being smooth! Blank pages, incomplete retrieval of pre-application info and so on. These I have seen as at the time of writing this comment. even here, it is still showing a blank page. could it be as a result of many trials? |
