Oya, up your game na and relocate to Dubai so that you can replace him as the new hushpuppi. Because your govt is looting, that justifies their defrauding people of their hard-earned money. Let's see the outcome. The United States just need Hush and Wberry to tightening there system. You think US are stupid like Nigerians government that will prosecute fraudsters, don't be surprised if Hushpuppi and Mr Woodberry worked with the US Artificial Intelligence(AI). Hush and Wberry will help them with a lot of things and they need someone like them in there country to make sure there database is secure. The whites are more intelligent than African countries and shameless Nigerian will be criticizing Hush and Wberry. Your government are looting you every fucking days and you keep quite criticizing the rich Hush and Wberry. Wise up |

Lol.. you go fear 'the normal one and IDP'. And when you direct people to page 1 to get a full grasp of how these things work out, some people will either feel you're too harsh or just want to take that shine by providing shallow answers thereby encouraging the re-asking of questions that have been answered over and over. It's well o. amaya21: You have a lot of reading to do. Please read page 1 of this thread. |

Tyola: In recap, while he is filing for promotion, the years he spent on study leave will be counted as part of his years of experience, that is why NUC recommended that an academic staff on study leave could be promoted once while on fellowship. Thus his three years is part of his years of experience. Weldone! You explanation has made it worth a try. |

I concur but the most important of all is the bolden. He/she must be able to convince IRCC officers he/she was being paid while away on study. But if the study was on a leave without pay, it might not fly. Except if he/she wants to give it a try and feed the house back. YesLadyN: In that 3years you used for your MSc, you were still fully employed! And I’m sure the university approved your studies on the grounds that you will apply your msc experience to your job upon completion! So technically yes, it does count as you were employed and while studying. Essentially your job sent you on training. Many federal workers know this.
Just ensure you include all relevant documents showing study leave approval, references, admissions letters and payslip during the 3year period; expressly state this in your letter of explanation. |

Leapp: Hello pls can anyone help with this? Is it possible to liaise with an ex employer to pay any unremitted pension funds to one's personal account or is it compulsory he pays it to the PFA? Especially if the person is not in the country.
Thanks. I don't know much about this but I would think any fund that comes into an employee's account directly from an employer would be termed as salary/benefits and not pension fund. For it to be the latter, I want to believe it has to go through a PFA, as that's the norm. This shouldn't even be an issue though if it's being paid by an ex-employer as you said, with all the documents to prove you worked for the employer in question and also an explanation in your reference letter what the late remittal (i.e after you had left them) was meant for. |

@bolded is due to being misinformed. The summary of NOCs that qualify for FSW is as follows; 1. Any NOC that starts with 0 (Managers), and 2. All other NOCs whose first digits aren't 0 but has d second digit falling between 0-3. Breakdown of (2) above: The ones whose second digits are either 0 or 1 are classified as NOC A while the ones that are either 2 or 3 are termed NOC B. So Mr/Mrs/Miss Passerby2, the NOC you just dropped is 9241. Obviously, it doesn't have its first digit as 0, which rules it out of NOC 0 (Managers) but the second digit is 2. That means from the definition above, it falls as NOC B. NOCs 0, A, and B are all eligible for FSW please. Try and Google more on NOC classifications. Passerby2: Hello everyone.
Pls I need a clarification. How does an Electronics Electrical engineer apply for FSW considering that his NOC code based on work experience and job duties of over 7 years falls under NOC 9241- Power engineer and power systems operator?
NOTE: This NOC code happens to fall under the Skilled Trades Program. |

The @bolded is 100% true! Unfortunately, they'll go extinct in Nigeria as time goes on because they love coming to human dwellings to search for cheap foods in rodents that are abundant around us. Most cases, they can't avoid being seen and it turns out to be the end for such times. Deoboss: Quite Harmless snake. Saw one in January in my compound & it tried to escape but we were fast to kill it. Some one that knows about snakes in my neighborhood said it is not really venomous |
Science/Technology › Re: The Strange Snake We Killed This Morning by BlestHanneSSG: 3:39pm On Jun 04, 2020 |
Poor Cape/Brown house snake! They bite if not handled well, and that's out of self defence, but are not venomous. They're such a beauty to watch and are good pest control. They will always come around humans to catch rodents, ultimately leading to their deaths in climes like ours.
RIP dude! |
