Crocodile tears. Are u the good one, who did not allow his selfish interest destroy Igbo interest?

Wat will happen if u people team up and build the east? Was Ojukwu not a man like u?

Ojukwu was only 31 wen he shouldered the responsibility of the entire east, putting aside his own personal interest or ambition.

He fought for his people, that he believed were being victimised by the same people u are in bed with today.

Do not insult Ojukwu or our collective intelligence and conscience again by mentioning the name of Ojukwu at every rally like he approved or sent u to APC. sad

Soludo dis must not be the end. I never liked Peter Obi. Even though initially i liked GEJ, but power has gone to his head. We are the ones that go around making excuses for ur short comings and supported u from the dayz wen u where vice president to becoming president.

Soludo is one of us and an intellectual. Soludo can't harm u but rather support and work with ur Gov. It breaks our heart to see Soludo struggle so much with just the clearance stage not even the primary. cry

Why am I not surprised? OBJ AND Andy Uba? We want development on a large scale not Billionaires like Dangote or Adenuga.

Andy Uba, if he wins will mostly be the Presidential candidate of PDP in 2019, he will produce Igbo billionaires and not development. Like OBJ and the Cabal before him.

Give us Soludo.
PoliticsRe: Soludo Sues APGA Over Disqualification by Bliss4Lyfe(f): 9:10am On Aug 23, 2013
0nlytruth: My concern is that PDP and Jonathan may be planning to rig election to favor PDP in the November elections.
For the sake of our dear sake, we must make sure that they cease and desist from their selfish plans.
I am beginning to reevaluate my support for Jonathan going forward, because he seems to be involved in Soludo's troubles.
Politics is a quid pro quo business. If you support my aspirations, I support yours. Simple.
If you stiffle mine, then I would be very stupid to support yours.
I hope that they find a face saving way to give us Soludo (our true choice for governorship in Anambra state).
They caused this mess, they should fix it!
The one good thing about all this is that once Soludo is cleared, his name and popularity will be on the up, just before the election.
How better to get attention if not through controversy. Now people are talking about Soludo and thinking Soludo. If this continues just like the case of Amaechi and Odili, Soludo will have more followers.

As long as he is still in the game, he has my support and APGA get a second breathe of life. Anambra can't keep producing Peter Obi likes and Ngige likes as Gov of Anambra, least Anambra Stagnate.

Growth is desired and there is achievement in success.

It is in order to say once again to show dat we have not given up on him and to support him in his court case.

Soludo Ka anyi ge so... Long live Soludo and long live APGA

PoliticsRe: Soludo Sues APGA Over Disqualification by Bliss4Lyfe(f): 5:03am On Aug 23, 2013
So Peter Obi, Umeh and GEJ want Soludo to suffer before moving to the next stage of the democratic process.

GEJ second term assurance is tied to Soludo. I wonder how corporative Anambra will be with GEJ Administration once Ngige APC becomes Gov.

Soludo is a former member of the PDP, if anything GEJ should be fully behind him not all this bruhaha!

Don't see how all dis is in the interest of the Presidency.
PoliticsRe: Whose Interest Is Gov Peter Obi Serving? by Bliss4Lyfe(f): 10:01pm On Aug 22, 2013
touchdown:

Look southerners in nigerian politics have
inferiority complex. Why can't they
hound Tambuwal like they've been
hounding Amaechi?
At least OBJ was able to regularly spar
with IBB and cut influential Atiku to size.
The north were as vocal in criticizing obj
as they are now against Jonathan.
Jonathan's complex is such that he can
only attack/bully his own people. Amaechi,
Ibori, Silva etc.
I can't help but agree with dis. My point exactly. Who does it benefit wen GEJ keeps fighting his own people.
PoliticsRe: Whose Interest Is Gov Peter Obi Serving? by Bliss4Lyfe(f): 7:26pm On Aug 22, 2013
Very good question. Anambra people should Ask Obi.

If only he knows how much disqualifying Soludo has upset us all.

He will undo dat which he has done. huh

PoliticsRe: Okonkwo Concedes APC Ticket To Ngige by Bliss4Lyfe(f): 8:08pm On Aug 21, 2013
lollz at the rigging. All dat was required was a little P.R to seal the deal for Soludo. Look into his profile and u will find out exactly wat Anambra is missing out on. Andy Uba will take Anambra back to the dayz of Nwobodo. i don't need to tell u who and what Nwobodo is all about since i know him very well.

Gudluck with the rigging.
PoliticsRe: Okonkwo Concedes APC Ticket To Ngige by Bliss4Lyfe(f): 4:07pm On Aug 21, 2013
Ngige all the way. Like i said earlier got nothin against him. Since Anambra don't want Soludo, i will not support Obi Mediocrity and baby steps.

Where is the Second Niger Bridge? What has GEJ actually done in Anambra to dictate who becomes Gov?

It is either they want accountability and the democratic dividends of good leadership or we embrace the change that Ngige represents.

Like i said, it is not about hate but success of Ndiigbo, watever is best. I am not a blind follower. Neither am i tribalist, but don't get it twisted, u take the piss-out of my ethnicity and I will respond with equal venom.

@jp philips, great write up, could not have put it better myself.

I can still remember the great interest in the media with regards to the Nigeria banking sector under Soludo.

Nigeria banks prior to Soludo were generally perceived as third world banks.

During his tenure at CBN, Soludo was able to institute reforms that brought the Nigeria banking sector to the world stage that it is today.

Nigeria banking module are utilised through out African, u only have to go to places like Ghana and Gambia to see the positive impact Nigeria Banks are making. They are certainly the most postively talked about bank in Europe. (Strong banking sector)

Wen it comes to building an economy, the four crucial areas are Infrastructure, Banking and Finance, Power and amenities such as water etc. Soludo tackled one of the most complex sector, revolutionizing Nigeria banking sector, can u now imagine wat he is capable of as Gov of Anambra State.

ANAMBRA 2013: want Soludo, others’ disqualification reversed
on August 20, 2013 at 12:17 am in Politics
BY Our Reporters
THE Igbo Youths Movement (IYM) has urged the All progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) to reconsider its disqualification of seven governorship aspirants and allow all those seeking the Anambra governorship seat on its platform to take part in the primaries.
The party, weekend disqualified former Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, former Secretary to the Anambra State Government, Mr. Oseloka Obaze and five after screening all the aspirants.
Speaking on the issue, yesterday, IYM President, Evangelist Elliot Uko, pleaded with the APGA hierarchy to reconsider the decision because “it is suspicious and has been fueling conspiracy theory of deliberate ploy to stop some people from running. They should open up the democratic space and let all aspirants take part in the primaries.
Meanwhile, the group has commended Nze Akachukwu Nwankpo, who aspiring for the gubernatorial seat on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on his commitment to Ndigbo since 2007.
“IYM appreciates the fact that Nwankpo played strategic role in getting Ndigbo to vote in one direction in the 2007 presidential polls. We commend him for his commitment to building Igbo organizations and assistance to flood victims last year,” Uko said.
PDP: We’re not part of any court injunction — Okeke
…Says I’m the new face of Anambra
One of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, governorship aspirants, Chief Ugochukwu Okeke (Enyioha) yesterday dissociated himself from the alleged injunction by 11 governorship aspirants against the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, over last week’s congress of the party.
Mr. Ugochukwu Adileje, a lawyer, who reacted on behalf of Okeke said the PDP aspirant cannot be part of any gang up, adding that while he (Okeke) believes in the leadership of PDP at the national level and Prince Kenneth Emeakayi’s leadership at the state level, he does not believe in forming a coalition of protesters in the run up to the gubernatorial election.
Soludo, Ogene, Odenigbo, Uzoh, Mrs. Ekwunife , Okonkwo, Ndubuisi and Ifeanyi Uba
Soludo, Ogene, Odenigbo, Uzoh, Mrs. Ekwunife , Okonkwo, Ndubuisi and Ifeanyi Uba
Adileje said, “We are not involved in any court injunction. Our principal is in touch with other aspirants, but not for the purpose of engaging in any protest. We believe that whatever issue affecting PDP will be resolved because we want peace to reign in the party.”
I’m the new face of Anambra
Chief Ugochukwu Okeke, a PDP governorship aspirant said he is primarily in the race to develop Anambra State and empower youths of the state who have remained unemployed after many years of leaving school.
According to him, a blueprint for the development of the state has already been prepared by his campaign organization, adding that many stakeholders in the state were desirous of joining hands with him to move the state forward.
The aspirant, who is from Anambra South senatorial zone, said that Anambra indigenes abroad have expressed their desire to join him in attracting international investors into the state, adding that as somebody who has established contacts outside the state, donor agencies would double their interest in Anambra State if he became the governor.
He said: “I am a new face of Anambra leadership. I am not a money bag.”
My vision bigger than my fear —Ubah
Labour Party governorship aspirant for the polls, Dr Ifeanyi Ubah has promised to make security of lives and properties a priority in his administration if elected governor of the state.
Reeling out his action plan for the state in his manifesto, Dr Ubah said he would “ensure security of lives and property, preventing, detecting and fighting crime and use of technology to fight crime.”
He said, “I have a proven record of investments and capacity to create wealth and employment, which I believe makes me ideally suited to tackle the challenges facing our state. I have also in practical terms created thousands of jobs and empowered thousands of Anambra indigenes, mostly youths. I have no doubt that my leadership will make Anambra better. I am confident that despite the challenging times we have passed through, the trials and tribulations, there are brighter days ahead. We have forgiven and we should also be forgiven for any misunderstandings, conflicts, or shortcomings.
Contesting on the platform of the Labour Party, Ubah said “my vision is bigger than my fear; my actions are louder than my words; and my word is my bond. Our beloved state has a rich background of success in many fields of human endeavour. Our people have greatly excelled in politics, commerce and industry, academia, economic development and religion, to mention a few.”
Anosike’s clean hands
Senator Emma Anosike is not new on the terrain but admits that unlike many old soldiers on the field that he is not a money bag. The former lawmaker and PDP gubernatorial running mate in 2010 told Vanguard that people form the basis of his own strength as he denied being a godfather or having a godfather.
“Almighty God is my God-father and I can tell you that so far that I have gone in life was due to Gods support.”
On his financial prowess for the contest, he said: “I am not a money bag but my industry is relationship with people and anybody that has the people has the majority. My hands are clean, I feel excited when I’m with them but not excited about their money, I believe in doing things for the less privileged.
Every year, I sponsor two thousand widows, I raise money to start up things for them and I support several motherless babies home every year, that is my calling and if I become the Governor of the state, those areas will be key in my government.
“I believe in helping people and acquisition of knowledge. They believe money can do all things because some of them are illiterates but for me, knowledge is power and key.”
We’ll miss Gov Obi —Ohanaeze
The Anambra State chairman of Ohanez Ndigbo, Chief Chris Eluemunoh says the apex Igbo socio –cultural organization, would miss Governor Peter Obi’s wise counseling to the body when he leaves office on March 17, 2014..
Eluemunoh, who spoke when the governor presented a cheque of N2 million to the body, said Ohaneze appreciates the Obi’s efforts both in the development of Anambra State and the promotion of Igbo course in the country.
“We are going to miss you as your tenure nears the end for all your support to Ohaneze and for your uncommon development of our state,” he said.
Umeh condoles mourning Ekwunife
The national chairman of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Chief (Sir) Victor Umeh, has called on all members of the party to unite as a family, so as to face the political challenges ahead of the party.
Addressing members of Hon. Uche Ekwunife Campaign Organization when he paid a condolence visit to Hon. Ekwunife in her residence in Awka over the death of her mother, Chief Umeh explained that what happened in the recent past in the party, was not really a battle for supremacy, but a struggle for the common good of APGA and its members.
He recalled that during that struggle, Hon. Uche Ekwunife and Chief Austin Ndigwe, stood firmly by him, insisting that he (Umeh) did nothing wrong to deserve persecution at the time. Umeh emphasized that all his efforts were geared towards ensuring that APGA remained a political force to contend with in Nigeria, adding that members of the party must work as a family to ensure victory for APGA in the forth-coming gubernatorial election in the state.http://www.vanguardngr.com/2013/08/anambra-2013-want-soludo-others-disqualification-reversed/

The guy would be better in one classroom or in a closed office in world bank.. but his greed did not allow him, with ihis history of not achieving anything while acting as CBN governor to not understanding the NIgerian politics. His hall of shame is building up.. let him keep trying... he will soon end up in labour party... passing six is not passing senses..... he doesn't have the political smartness we need for a governor. Finally, don't go about starting another stupidity by mentioning Okorocha as potential VP, how? Tell me objectively how and why Okorocha who defected into APC well after the work was in the trenches gets to be VP? Is it not the same Okorocha whose performance is not believed to be 'solid' in Imo that you are setting up for APC as another non-performer? Where is the merit you people always cry about? If you put Okorocha up on the ticket, what state or region can he or will he deliver? Is it not the same SE and Imo that he is from and all of you hate his ONLY for being in APC (a so called Yoruba and Northern Party)? Politics is not about being emotional but facts and Okorocha has to pay his dues which he has NOT! Buhari is guaranteed to deliver votes in the north (in 2011 he alone with virtually no money delivered 12 M votes). The SW, with the second highest population in Nigeria after the north will deliver a decisive vote for Governor Fashola or even a similar candidate with achievements to show. By working hard and tirelessly in the MB and ND, they should get enough votes there. However with your Okorocha on the ticket, a lot of Ibos will not even vote for APC but rather PDP (retardeen),the northern voters who seem not to like Ibo ever since the war will either not vote or stay out of it while in the West, some will vote and some might stay out. This is a terrible position for any party!
Who are the haters and emotional now? A week is a long time in Politics, come 2015 if their is still a Nigeria den all this crap will make sense. I doubt their will be a Nigeria based on ur write up, u aboki are actually sick and should be in the desert, next time use ur actual moniker and not be a coward. You were for PDP all along and just within 2 days it is now a fool's party? In fact, GEJ has to settle out of court when Buhari took him to court for libel which was useless speech made by one of GEJ's aides, I bet you ignored that. If he were such a terrorist, how come no one has never found any proof or do you think over 1 M (Army, Navy, Airforce, SS, Police, NSDSC, EFCC, ICPC, etc) with almost 1 Tr. budget in this year all lead by his adversary (GEJ) cannot find even a small case in court? Why is it that IBB, Abdulsalami, OBJ, Abacha, etc though not officially convicted but their is a general sense that they were corrupt but not Buhari?[/quote]Getting happy are we? I am just getting started. All of u are failures. From Buhari to Fashola and Tinubu.

2015, all will fall apart. As for GEJ and Obi, dey should know better.

Cultured: Nwanne mu nwaanyi jiri nwayo !

The truth is that you are a political neophyte , excuse me' Soludo is not better than any other gubernatorial aspirant in Anambra state , I , for one don't see any special thing about his candidature , he's a no messiah . In reality elections are not lost or won on online medias , because the main people who has electoral powers are in the hinterlands in the state and they will always decide who carries the day in every state and local elections , so long as the electoral umpire conducts a free and fare election . In Soludo I see a brilliant intellectual ,but been bookish doesn't automatically make someone a sound technocrat , even been an informed technocrat doesn't automatically make someone a good administrator and manager of capital and human resources which are the main qualities good leaders not ruler possesses , Anambra need a true leader as governor , someone who will be better than HE Obi . More so, Soludo lacks local/street intelligence which is the main trait every informed and sagacious politician need to have to succeed in Nigeria politics.
I am sure the same was the case for Dora v Ngige.

Watever candidate they are coming up with is week. Ngige and Fashola excuse will not work once people find out Soludo is not in the game.

For me it was either Soludo or Ngige but APC and Buhari was a turn off.

The million dollar question is how worst can Buhari do, sure not worst than GEJ.

GEJ is starting to think he is all and all or above all Nigerians.

Pride comes before the fall.

Who is GEJ to Soludo or even Amaechi or is it becos an Idi..ot and Biggot like OBJ was allowed to smell the Presidency?

It might just be a good ting to pack up dat fools political party.(PDP)

Okorocha and Ngige are presently in APC and it is likely Okorocha will emerge Buhari Vice.

Nything is better than dis GEJ and fighting SS/SE people dat disagrees with him on a particular issue.

We are in a Democracy for god sake.
