Interesting example but they lost so it's not the best example. Do you have any information if these voters split their vote? I keep reiterating if people vote Candiate we'd see split ticket voting occur more often. We'd see different parties take different branches of government.

If Nigerians candiate instead party we should see more split ticket voting. The legislature split should will be more pronounced or maybe different parties controlling different branches of government. Figuring out if this statement is true would require polling data and reviewing election data.

Adeleke's won 17-13 local governments. If the state houses of Assembly elections were to conducted we can expect Similar margins for the PDP assuming electorate votes by party. If people vote by candidate APC could retain the state house. Until these elections are conducted it be hard to tell how true this supposed paradigm shift is.

I really don't care about religious ticket situation since the easy solution is simply not voting for them if you disagree. If you wanted to show the context you would show religious population distribution by state aswell. The list confirms running mates are just strategic plays to get votes from certain demographics.
