You appear to be having problems sticking your sentence/question together. Let me know when you get a hang of it.
Lol keep arguing blindly like a mumu. Mr. Boer isn't a citizen like you claimed unless you have proof he gained citizenship this month. Again dont tell people what they can and can't question weirdo.

Boer applied to be a Nigerian citizen but did not meet all the requirements. He has Dutch and Canadian citizenship through his father, Jan Harm (John), whose family emigrated to Canada in the 1950s. And he has U.S. citizenship through his mother, Frances Ann (Fran), whose family emigrated to the United States in the 1940s. John and Fran taught their children Hausa, rather than Dutch. Boer’s parents now live in Vancouver, BC.

He is obviously a naturalized Nigerian citizen or a citizen by ancestry like Atiku and Buhari. He is qualified to run and there should be no discussion about his person.
There's nobody above scrutiny unless this guy is your idol. If it's so obvious tell inform me which is it. It seems you're not sure so you're making assumptions.

Whites are not indigenous to Nigeria. Except his parents were Nigerian citizens when he was born, I don't know how the above applied to him.

Nigerian citizenship is by ancestry and naturaliation; not by birth.
You should reread my post slowly this time. I agreed with you. I told the other two to reread the constitution.

Muslims in Nigeria are already educationally, politically and economically disadvantaged. The Christians, if they truly are mirroring Christ, should therefore fear God who creates and cherishes all, and desist from further dehumanizing Muslims.

I hereby most humbly plead with Gov Rotimi Akeredolu, a man much favoured by God, not to hand over any other Govt-funded school to Churches.
Lol your plight is very pathetic. You write up implies you guys are incapable of building educational institutions without the government. Theres nothing stopping anyone anyone from starting a private school. 2nd government can still build and operate their own secular schools.

I already made a whole thread on the hijab issue with 3 solutions. The issue boils down to property rights vs religious freedom. I personally think its best for the state to remain secular and not fund, maintain or own religious schools.

Blue3k:
Option 1. Oyun Baptist High School rejects any state funding along with conditions attached with the funds. Ban the hijab and ask students who won't want to obey the rule to transfer.

Option 2. If Oyun Baptist High School thinks the state is infringeding on their agreement and religious freedom they should go to court. The court has to figure out which party is in charge of administrative duties.

Option 3. Allow students to wear hijab and move on. Assuming the school is state owned like Kwara state claims they have to. State school follow state laws and regulations

No you guys are just ignorant of the law. Reread section 25 of the Constitution.

Chapter III: Citizenship 25. 1. The following persons are citizens of Nigeria by birth namely

a. every person born in Nigeria before the date of independence, either of whose parents or any of whose grandparents belongs or belonged to a community indigenous to Nigeria: Provided that a person shall not become a citizen of Nigeria by virtue of this section if neither of his parents nor any of his grandparents was born in Nigeria;

b. every person born in Nigeria after the date of independence either of whose parents or any of whose grandparents is a citizen of Nigeria; and

c. every person born outside Nigeria either of whose parents is a citizen of Nigeria.

2. In this section, “the date of independence” means the 1st day of October 1960.

His real name is Wiebe Boer, he’s a Dutch.
Is he also Nigerian? If the answer is no there's no point discussing any further.

Ps: Did the Google searches he's not a citizen as of April 2022. If he recently became a Nigerian this month someone show receipts.

Solution to this terrorism is devolution of the police.
State police will definitely work with the locals and counter this attacks before they take place.

This is terrorism i don't know why they calling it bandit, all I see is terrorists sourcing for money hence stealing and kidnapping.
All the usless people in nass have to do is delete that item from the exclusive list. They don't even need to replace it with anything. The 36 states legislatures can move from there.

I would also argue loosening gun ownership restrictions. If people weren't sitting ducks they'd fight back themselves. Since they are they run and hide in idp camps or pay the protection money.

Nothing like attach by force the two communities that borders imo and rivers states where the 17 oil wells that was seeded to rivers are still Igbo speaking communities and igboland it's just artificial division by the nigerian state that's causing all these confusion
There's no confusion one side of the border is rivers and other side is Imo. If these igbo speaking people want to join imo there's a constitutional process to getting it done. Nobody complaining about this issue on the internet will go outside and solve it. Lol everytime the answer is presented you hear new excuses.

Justice Mary Odili has been antagonistic to Imo state development but yet occupied their position in supreme court.

Imo state has never gotten any beneficial ruling through her years there but rather it always ends in tears for them.

EFCC should try and look into her case as she leaves.
Why do you weirdos never argue what is faulty about the ruling? Its always trite emotional nonsense. Its funny Rivers gave Imo the chance for a 50:50 split but Imo wanted all or nothing and lost. Blame Imo for being too foolish to take a good deal.

Might be a good idea for fiscal reasons. There's no reason to have too many paid holidays. Public workers get paid at tax payers expense so they should pretend to be productive at least.

Lol I don't know why everyone's mad. Why do you guys want them to spend your tax money on services you're not receiving? People here have are weird. This is an abusive relationship for the tax payers and students paying for services. Honestly they should be demanding prorated refunds for university housing, parking and meal plans.

The federal government should just get out of the education business. Leave this up to the states and private sector. Handover the campuses and let them do as they please. We know the issue is the fact they won't charge necessary tuition and raise taxes to fund the system.

I don't want to share it with anyone because it's a family issue, since am anonymous here

I told my wife to do family planning after our second child, she refused claiming she is not a kid and knows how to prevent herself.

Now she is pregnant and will not terminate it.

My head one bust, been thinking how to survive this economy with 3kids, while earning a salary less than 100k.

She has her niece leaving with us and my own nephew also leaving with us.
Lol you got ur wife pregnant and you're acting surprised when u knew she didn't use birth control. Better get a Vasectomy, use condoms or get her on birth control after this one.
PoliticsRe: Why Is An Hausa Man Not Coming Out For President: Are they Fulani slaves by Blue3k(m): 9:53pm On Apr 24, 2022
grandstar:
Do the Hausas see themselves as their slaves? I doubt it. That is the issue.

From the history I learnt in school, the Hausas before the coming of the Fulani jihadists were largely nominal Muslims. The Fulani johandist made them observant Muslims. I am sure had Dan Fodio and his boys not conquered the Hausas, they would probably be mostly Christians today.

Also, the Fulani and Hausa commoners are basically one. The Fulani have been greatly Hausaaad (forgive my new invention), with many not able to speak Fulfude, the Fulani language. It is only the Fulani in Adamawa that have not been fully tainted by the Hausas. That is where Atiku Abubakar and Aisha Buhari are from.

Zahra Indimi, Buhari's daughter finds it difficult to speak Hausa. Her native dialect is Fulfude and not Hausa.
Lol you're really reasoning with disingenuous mumus who care nothing about Hausa's. They just don't like the fact the dont hate the fulani like they do. Nobody is stopping anyone from running for president or forces them to vote, marry or keep Fulani in ruling positions.

You're correct about the history of the dan fodio conquest. They were nominal Muslims considering Islam arrived century prior. Lastly the Hausas assisted in the overthrow of the kings in the revolution.

Notice these sort of threads are never made by hausas. The second you get one in the thread they remind the busy bodies they're idiots. Their arguement boils down to you're a slave if you dont do what I want instead of your own will.

1. Just bury the man you dont need permission to conduct the burial. 1 monkey can't stop the circus. You problem is you want spectacle/ befitting burial.

2. Go to court over land not over burial. If your father didn't have a written will or estate plan it will probably be determined by law or tradition.

3. Remember this experience and plan your estate so your estate for your own children.

I updated the Original post to list specific laws. Your questions were helpful. Only issue is the sentences are small. They should have been updated decades ago. At least you know they've always existed.

The Penal code Section 308 and 309 cover criminal misappropriation. Section 312 covers criminal breach of trust.
PoliticsRe: Federalism: Can states prosecute corrupt presidential pardoned governors? by Blue3k(op):
Blue3k:
The problem with Nigerians is they want federal solutions to local issues. Why didn't the state prosecute this crook and lock him away? If the people of Taraba are offended by this pardon its not too late to prosecute him using the EFCC play book. The state should do what ever is necessary to achieve this outcome
Federalism works but the states are simply uninterested in anything outside of collecting handouts. I always argue it the state assemblies that are main reason governors run wild since theses guys are either beta males or in their schemes. They never overrided a veto on a state level in 36 states. Sadly most Nigerians are blind to this reality.
