Lol open grazing has been banned in the south apparently. These herdsmen better go start a ranch and solve their desertification problems. These trouble makers burnt all their goodwill because they refuse to adapt or regulate themselves. |
These governors whine too much. If you really want history in the curriculum just add it. Hire the history teachers and get the books written. There's plenty of historians around that can get this done. |
helinues:I don't see how your statements dispute the fact these holidays can be legislated into law easily. What point are you trying to make? |
helinues:. My opinions haven't changed. Refer to my previous comments on lunar holidays. |
That plane figure would be nice merch. |
Chisaedhor:Call her doctor |
Bump |
dederocs:Why are you struggling to answer a yes or no question ? You don't need to be Omni present be witness an arrest especially if you passed by hundreds over the course of your life. I've witnessed police collecting bribes but no arrest at checkpoints without any such powers. |
dederocs: meobizy:Have you seen anyone being arrested? |
dammyBoxes:I agree the guys a waste of time. He'll have to learn from experience women aren't angels before he gets common sense. |
RuudVanNisteroy:Your simp identitarian arguments are painfully stupid. By this stupid logic we shouldn't elect old black right-handed men because the all fit that category aswell. You clearly ignored all the other cases of corruption involving females in this country because vagina equals virtue. Even in small positions these particular females found a way to steal millions and say stupid stuff like the snake ate it. Lastly If you attribute all the evil in the country to men anything good also goes to men by that logic. I really don't understand why you biological determist don't use common sense. There's more to individuals than their sex.
|
RuudVanNisteroy:Nobody is stopping them from running a successful campaign. If people don't want to vote for then it's too bad. Younger candidates don't get into office because people simply choose to vote for fossils. Lol you're logic behind them being potentially better leaders because they have vaginas is laughable. I hope that's not the best you or them can come up with on the campaign trail. |
budaatum:The problem can be solved by the NBS publishing improved crime statistics that detail reported victimization rates by tribe, perpetrator by tribe, and if they're foreigners. Reporting race is pretty common in a lot of countries but since 99.9 of Nigerians are the same race that would be pointless. These sort of stats will inform the public if any particular group is disproportionately committing certain crimes. |
Lol so what? Why don't you offer them more protection money idiot. Go defend the farmers yourself or tell the farmers to arm themselves.
|
Ndume said the Nigerian Army now rations ammunition for soldiers.Yawn what's the purpose of DICON? Do they just exist to pay salaries only? Manufacturer the bullets or buy them it's that simple. Mr law make why dont you summon the head of DICON ask him tough questions if this really bothers you. |
panpan: tunnex190:All these fear are unfounded because you live with satellite waves going all around you everyday. This why your and TV and GPS signal signal works at all hours. Lastly 5g is non ionizing radiation unlike the sun which is harmful to living things. Recall SARS and Bird flu also orignated from China? Both came before 5G tech existed. Lastly 5G launched in April 2019 in South Korea with no diseases associated with it. |
Reference:Lol make a counter argument instead of rambling like a mumu. Cry to mods if my questions hurt your feeling. |
Lol how many of yall still believe 5g causes covid 19? Better question do you know where 5g falls on electromagnetic light spectrum?
|
Biafranboys:Its not don't lie. Nigeria has similar laws banning foreigners from certain occupations. Lastly ecowas protocols don't regulate these laws. If they do cite which protocol on particular you're talking about.
|
Biafranboys:Yeah don't move to Ghana problem solved. |
Biafranboys:What has NIS been doing if thos is true? Why is Nigeria not enforcing the laws on the books regarding illegal immigrants. This is foolishness. |
Lol these fear mongering old fools need to rest. Nigeria is yet to exterminate boko haram with less than 20k active members but you expect us to believe millions will exterminated by magic. |
Bump |
Governor Emmanuel insisted that such categorization was at variance with the decisions of several security agencies, that place Akwa Ibom as one of the safest states in the country.Hmm why don't these security agencies publish their crime statistics for the public? The NBS hasn't publish crime stats since 2017 but nobody talking about that. The issue is even worse you consider the published crime stats are always lazily done. The stats only report aggregate crimes instead of doing it by per capita basis. Doing it this way doesn't factor in population which why crime stats are reported on per 100k basis.

Powersurge:Noted I'll add those examples to the initial post. I can't find the 2009 example but I did see a 2011 and 2013 states of emergency declared by Jonathan. Who knows if the 2013 emergency expired. |
The current police are staffed by angels who aren't collecting bribes all day? Didn't the federal government have to disband SARS because they hired thugs who murdered young men for sport? If there's Decentralized police it will be staffed by your neighbors who are connected to their community. This different from federal police posted anywhere and get orders from Abuja disconnected from place they're policing. Lastly to discourage foolishness just have institute more rigorous recruiting standards. State legislatures will simply need to do their jobs and regulate their behavior. If you feel the people i your state are useless morons you should not have a state or local police force. Let the competent states just push along while you guys get your acts together. The great thing about federalism is we can have multiple governing options within the country. |
Rossinkup:Interesting, can it be inferred the President can't add these unspecified number of troops on the streets without a state of emergency declared? What law in particular prevents him from these troops if you know? I really don't see what prevents him from doing so right now especially after calls for this state of emergency. |
A lot of concerned citizens are demanding president Buhari to declare a state of emergency due to insecurity but nobody outlines what happens afterwards. What emergency powers does the president get after making this declaration? Are more funds going to be released? Does the president start conscriptimg troops? In 2018 Buhari declared a state of emergency on water, sanitation and hygiene, has anyone experienced any noticeable changes since? What about the states of emergency decelerations made under Jonathan? If the answer is no why do people believe this emergency declaration will be different?

HellAnus:Helinues is here asking stupid questions about oaths like he didn't hear the same audio we're listening to. If Amaechi denies again who knows if they won't upload a 15 minute interview next. |
iampeterben:The protectionist laws existed before the border closure. Pressure groups like GUTA simply pressured the government to enforce it. It isn't going away for that reason. |
Lying Amaechi at it again. The only way to keep these weirdos honest is to catch them in 4k. In the future he should just say he doesn't recall making that statement. Mysticwebb:Lol they gave him rope to hang himself with. Front page: Lalasticlala

She said the Ghanaian government did not target any particular nationality in the exercise. "Countries sometimes take tough decisions in order to enforce their laws, just as Nigeria took a decision to shut its borders to prevent smuggling, despite its impact on ECOWAS member countries," she had said.I'd be interested in the numbers of shops that were closed owned by other nationalities. I just hear about Nigeria since that's all thats reported. Is it that others really come with A million dollars or do they simply ignore the others law breakers. The law itself doesn't violate any ecowas protocol. If it does cite it. A diplomat, who does not want his name in print, saidIf they're in Nigeria illegally why haven't they been deported. What does NIS exist for? How is that possible for them to "become citizens and enjoy all privileges" if the government was enforcing the laws on the books? Incompetence and corruption is the federal government problem. |
