I’m thinking maybe the child didn’t die sef , maybe the child’s father is trying to forcefully take custody by deceit and came up with that story that the girl is deceased .

This is the part that makes me think they may give it a shot.

What may be the challenge of the kids is how they will prove the source of funds with which their father bought the property is not the proceeds of crime .

That's why I think Naija government should not sleep on it, the moment the kids file such claim Naija government lawyers should show up and make petition the court to have the court transfer the property to Naija government. They should show evidences of the man's crime and get the property from the kids.

Now Jerry is dead, Tali Shani is "dead" and now the lawyer Mike Ozekhome is seeking to convert the property to his own

A cousin to Tali Shani named Marcel Obasi showed up to state under oath that He knew about the property and his cousin affair with Jerry Useni, he presented medical reports, a Nigerian national identity slip, a mobile phone bill, a death certificate, and even an obituary notice.

I read the full story already.

Mike Ozekhome na Dagbo man, he was obviously working for Useni all those times Nigerians were fighting the military Juntas of IBB and Abacha which Useni was a very big part of and beneficiary of. Later they will claim they fought for democracy with their blood.

He obviously helped Useni do a whole lot of legal abracadabra and maybe helped him beat the law in stashing away what he stole from this country. (who knows). From the look of things, Mike Ozekhome wanted that London house as his settlement for all the clandestine services he has rendered to Jerry Boy, hence that lawsuit he instituted in a bid to transfer the property title to himself.

It's a shame that they had to go through all those lengths of forgery and providing fake Son and fake cousin for the so called Ms Thani.

Normally Nigerian government supposed investigate this thing and try to prosecute at least the Nigerians behind the fake NIN and fake death certificate they presented to the UK court in a made to swindle the UK justice system.

It is unfortunate that the outcome of this case will give UK authorities more reason to never trust any official document that ever comes out of Nigeria on face value. They will subject such documents to through scrutiny.
