It's the foreign HR they should be worried about I think... sincerely doubt if Nigerian HR performs social media checks on potential hires, at least as thoroughly as a foreign HR would.

In Nigeria Big companies (most especially multinationals that can give u Ur first major break) carry out serious background checks before they finally employ U.

They mostly contract independent companies who carry out the background checks on their behalf.

Efcc are mad, how do they continue to raid houses, hostels and hotels irrespective of who is in charge is very alarming.

A sane agency will carry out their investigations thoroughly and go arrest those involved in the crime. Not raiding a particular place and then just packing anybody they see there.

They continue to do so because those in government have never for once punished the superior officers.

If for example after the raid on Skales house in Lagos the head of EFCC in Lagos was suspended , do u think the EFCC guys in Osun State will just carry out another raid in OAU knowing fully well they will put their superiors in trouble ?

Until the government start dealing with the superiors, the junior officers will not stop those illegal raids.

If the government is serious, they need to reposition EFCC as an agency that investigates financial crimes and not some Yahoo Yahoo arm of the Nigerian police force
