Ibime: Ambode went at the next primaries and so will Fubara. He is from minority tribe and Wike controls delegates
Tinubu would have briefed him to be patient till next election so as not to jeopardize the countries bread basket, just like Tinubu did with Ambode
Fubaras goal now is to chop enough to make his one term worth it. That's a good deal for Fubara
Still cannot discount Wike causing chaos before the next primaries though. All I know is delegates will chop tire if Wike does the sensible thing and waits I agree second term is not sure for Fubara . This 4 years is sure for him if he doesn’t sleep on the bicycle and allow Wike spring surprise attack when it appears everywhere is cool and calm |

Itsrm:

That's why I added that they are loyal to Wike. So it easily can be a lie. And it can be true.
Even if it's a lie and SIM was being targeted, then he has BAT to thank for saving him Yeah, maybe he owes Tinubu for not standing aside and watch the state burn ; but he certainly took his destiny in his hands by having the the HOA torched first . If those HOA members had form quorum to seat on his impeachment , he would’ve been a goner like this . |

Itsrm: You have to go back to the origin of the fight.
Fubara wanted to hijack the structure from Wike. So far, he has failed. Wike still controls the entire PDP structure.
And according to the statement by the Rivers State elders(loyal to Wike I have to add), there was never any plan to impeach Fubara. The person they wanted to impeach was Edison Ehie who was the majority leader of the house. SIM got wind of it and thought he was being targeted. Lmao And u believe this ? For naija politics? Na God save Fubara say he no believe this kind lamba, he would've become ex-governor by now. |

GloriousGbola: Fubara has only been on seat for six months. he has not had time to garner any long term support. and now he has put wike on the alert. he does not at the time even have a track record to endear the electorate to him
what this looks like to me is winning the battle too early in the war. You have not disputed anything I've said. The battle was started by Wike making a move to impeach Fubara and thus far he has not succeeded. If Wike had succeeded it will be visible to the blind that he's the invincible kingmaker his loyalists portray him to be. At least we remember late Adedibu vs Ladoja saga in Oyo state. Adebibu moved against Ladoja a seating governor and successfully had him impeached by the HOA. That is not the case here, Wike simply failed replicating same |

Itsrm: Lol, he didn't win anything. Wike still controls everything. Wike is also not a fool. He knows SIM is no longer to be trusted. He already even hinted it in one of his press conferences that the last election may be over but another one is coming. I really don't understand how Wike won this round o. Wike planned to impeach Fubara using the HOA members, Fubara's loyalists foiled the attempt and Fubara is still the governor as of today. Whatever compromise they both reached behind closed doors we don't know, but what we do know is that the impeachment move failed and Fubara will most likely finish his 4 year term. Maybe Wike will win the war eventually, but this first round of battle surely favored Fubara. Or how u take see am ? |

The one Wike did on Aker and Nkpor Road is still there standing strong without any issues. What makes these two roads interesting is that was used based on the nature of the soil in that area. Asphalt may have started given way.
The concrete road itself is not the problem, Nigeria just happened to the ones already failing in Ebonyi That's the problem with politicians. While u are busy buying into their lofty ideas, they codedly have their own end-game |

This man just wants to steal. You abandoned Lagos to Abuja existing highway in a deplorable state, but want to construct a fresh one.
Did we tell him the distance was our problem, or the bad roads?
He should go and ask Dangote what it costs to fund a concrete road.
Maybe na this nonsense e wan come do for National scale. [/color] This is why I agree with the house of assembly decision of putting the whole thing on hold first. Emaprince: The congregations will have to be some special kind of foolish people to remain there. The new pastor needs to build and grow his own gullible followers.
Foolish people dey this life I swear. Imagine mothers and fathers waking up to discover they have been sold to another pastor and they didn't move on with their lives. All of them deserve flogging. lol. When I was growing up, Primate Ayodele and Late T.B Joshua are two prominent pastors I know who always end up with so many failed prophecies in a year. When it is December period, Newspapers like Tribune will write center-spread stories of " failed prophecies of prominent men of God -year 2001 ";be rest assured those two aforementioned pastors will make the list. As at the time of T.B Joshua's death , his church had thousands of members all over the world. Primate Ayodele is still alive today and also has tens of thousands members as well (In fact a friend of mine got married in his Church a couple of years back). The man still gave failed football prediction last week sef. How these pastors get to have a tight grip on their members I will never know. If people can stay put in a church where the leader constantly gives failed prophecies, tell me why such people can't stay put in a church where the founding pastor sold it to another investment pastor? |

GloriousGbola: I doubt anyone else caught in the net is innocent.
After that intervention by OAU student union, the release of over 40 of the students arrested, the public statement from efcc on stopping night raids, the whole case will be too hot for any fumbling.
Right now the evidence for anyone still in their net go pass circumstantial. And because of the fallout, they will hit anyone they caught with the book.
As an aside, you must be very careful and very paranoid about sharing your devices. A few years ago a friend asked me to upgrade his laptop to windows 10. While backing up his files I found a lot of scam related stuff on his hard drive. Pictures of some woman from Facebook. I called him to tell him. He was very suprised. Turns out he had lent his laptop to his brother who had been serving a year ago. The brother had been trying to learn work or had shared the laptop with someone else.
Which reminds me that I have to have another lecture with my pikins about paranoia and not sharing your devices with your friends. This was what I was telling Prospa that day . The innocent ones would get released upon the intervention of the SUG/Alumni of the school . The not-so-innocent ones will defintely get charged and all they can hope for is for their lawyers to tear through EFCC’s charge against them in court . The-not-so innocent ones are those who may at one point or the other tried to learn yahoo but failed at it, those who never did yahoo but have incriminating evidences on their phone( evidences such as copy of checks ur yahoo friend sent to u to convince u he’s cashing out , screenshot of gift cards ur yahoo friend shared with u, etc ) ….. That’s why it’s important to always go through ur gallery once in a while to see if some illegal pix/ screenshot has not found its way into ur drive via WhatsApp groups u belong to where friends send all sorts of crazy stuff both legal and illegal . If EFCC or any law enforcement agent catch u ehn, u go explain tire o. EFCC has definitely gone the way of the defunct SARS going through people’s phones and building cases from whatever scrap of incriminating evidence they find on it . |

Ellexy: I wonder if the members will continue attending the church. If the new pastor that bought the church is vast on the “WORD” and can be very sleek with his words , there’s a high chance he will retain 65% of the congregants . I’ve seen someone bought a school with the brand name , building and even the students get she found a way to turn around the business. So if this pastor too can know his way around the flock he will have them even doing 2nd Baptism by his hands revalidating the old one |

4. This is not war. We see only Israeli soldiers. No Palestinian soldiers. Only civilians running about frantically as they search for family members who were missing. There may be fighting but it can only be between Israeli soldiers against Palestinian civilian. Yet the bombs and rockets have pulverised the whole city.
DR MAHATHIR BIN MOHAMAD November 8, 2023 This is propaganda on steriods. If the author claims he only sees Palestinian civilians and no fighters, then where are the rockets entering Israel's airspace coming from? Who are those firing those rockets & missiles? Or is Israel firing missiles into its own airspace as a decoy to crush the whole Palestine civilian population? Since this Dr. Mahathir knows so much, he should make us understand some of these things na. |
