Female workers are taking advantage of this. Imagine a staff pregnant every year, to the past 3 years and asking for full salary during the absence.
Most private coys have a rule of 2 - 3 years gap before another pregnancy.

We only have certificate science students in this country. None of them can model a factory and put it up for production, none of them. Our Science and Tech Ministry is even making matters worst as they simply do nothing but earn daily bread from the government. No idea, no strive towards original Nigerian Technology that can compete with the world just like the likes of China, Germany, Japan, Canada, Isreal ar all unique to their creativities.

Waiting for when a black man will start doing things on is on but we must start with love and trust as this is greatly lacking in our daily lives.

The man is very stupid. Irrespective of the fact that you want to spend even a minute outside the car,you should have either fasten the seat belt of the back seat where your child is or better still let the kid be with you for safety purpose. Meanwhile always lock your when you step out of your vehicle.
I'm sure hat car has AC which makes some people think upside down, because there is no need leaving the engine running while doing a quick step out. Was he AC born with the girl. Instead of him o is switch off and come down with the girl, he decided to be foolish. God saved him
Sports › Re: That Ridiculous Booing Of Dele Alli By Nigerian Fans During England Vs Nigeria by Bluffly: 8:39pm On Jun 02, 2018
Ndonu101:
Today Nigerian fans in Wembley booed Dele Alli whenever he touched the ball. I commend the fans for turning up in their numbers to cheer the super eagles but I also condemn them for the treatment of Dele Alli.

Here is my reason

What was on display or fueling the reactions by Nigerians is a very faulty culture we practice in Nigeria. A culture rooted in tribalism. You know that culture that says Chukwuma born in Lagos to Igbo parents is not from Lagos, or Adekunle born in Onitsha to Yoruba parents is not an Anambra indigene or Shehu born in Port Harcourt to Hausa parents is not a River State boy!

Geuss what? The world has moved on from the backward tribalism and mentality that goes on in Nigeria.

Dele Alli was born in England and he feels English. Anybody going to London to boo a footballer born in England who has chosen to represent the country of his birth just because his name is Bamidele Alli and his father is Nigerian? Guess what, you are displaying your backwardness to the world!
That is a lie, the world has not moved on from that and it's not peculiar to Nigeria. Yes they may have booed him on the pitch but other countries have their way of expressing it. Nigerians are not 100% evil nor good and same goes for every other citizens of the world

Car Talk › Re: End Of Danfo Buses As First Set Of Brand New Buses Arrive - Video by Bluffly: 11:39am On Jun 01, 2018
Zoharariel:
Wallahi, the spate of armed-robbery in Lagos is about to sky-rocket by 2000% if nothing is done for these Danfo drivers/conductors because they too have families at home.

You banned okada & now you're banning Danfo simply because you want to turn Lagos to London overnight without putting all the necessary infrastructures in place.
These shows are average black man thinks. Must they turn to crime? Well, the quest for quick money without creativity and diligence is because of this menace. Go to most developed countries people walk up to 1km, 2km hee e need a bike to do that. You see extremely regulated taxis alone which is not even messing up the streets. But here no one wants to be creative. the easy way, easy business. If the Danfo is faced out, let them apply as drivers for the new one or get a handwork or go into other trades

The second fiddle man. That is why you all keep consuming without creating. There are many National leagues in Europe that are not in the limelight. So what are we saying, What is European about it? Those countries only just know how to promote themselves better. China has never asked Barca, Man U, Real Madrid and their likes to come and do such. It is you people that keep running around the world telling them that you are helpless and yet embezzle and mismanage everything and still run back again and cry for help.

You have self-esteem issues. Football is a borrowed sport and inviting experts to fund
and support a local academy is a smart move.
Look at your mentality. Football is a borrowed sport. Why not keep saying Car is a borrowed tech, Aeroplane is a borrowed tech, why not say, the modern house you live in is a borrowed tech, Your Tarred road, a borrowed tech, Wrestling is a borrowed tech. Do you even know the meaning of self-esteem? Look at him saying a smart move because Real Madrid has come, so it is a smart move. Why have billions of dollars in Health not been a smart move all this while? With the rate of Donors in our health sector, nobody is meant to be dying of Malaria anyhow, Maternal mortality rate should have drastically reduced.

It is people like you that contributed to what Nigeria is today. In the next five years by God's grace, you will come back here and tell me what impact this has made to our local league. Simply lack of foresight and mental laziness is the greatest problem in this country

Smart move indeed.

Stupidity. Black leaders are a mistake. Must your football mentality change until you bring in a foreign club to come and do foundation laying for you and using their name. Now you will go to their country and be contesting that you are equal shouting racism and saying black lives matters even when the black life is meaningless to the same black man huh

Painfully I am already seeing mediocre praising him.

Save your breath AutoJoshNIG, the greed of a particular region had made them concentrate all federal development to their side while Abandoning Calabar, PH and Akwa Ibom ports as alternatives.

This greed has continued as there's no new rail tracks in the east from Rotimi Iscariot.

Una think you are doing us? grin
No, the problem is that this is a country filled with people that only want to consume rather than build. Even the new tracks you are talking about are still coming back to condition contained in those pictures because all Nigerians do is to consume and do a makeshift. No creativity towards humanity. Careless minds

Romance › Re: Why Do I Always Meet Poor Girls With So Much Demands? Please Help by Bluffly: 8:16am On May 19, 2018
yabas:
Honestly I dont even know where to start. I am tired of supporting girls financially. Since I started dating women, I cant say I have been lucky. Its always buy me this and buy me that. Phone, laptop, recharge cards, dash me, transport etc, I have done it all. Though when I recently started complaining, my close friend told me that he has also been doing same but didnt want to let guys know so that people will not laugh at him.

After all the expenditure, u still break up with them when you get tired of the demands. Does it mean that MAJORITY of Nigerian girls use guys for money? Or is it just me.

I seriously need a gf that will not ask me for anything. Some of my friends will tell you how they have dated one or two wonderful girls that dont demand for anything but not me, I cant point to any girl that I have dated, that I didnt spend money on.

Guys I honestly want to know if this is a general problem or is it just me. ALWAYS meeting poor women, even now that I am looking for a wife, still meeting heavy demanders that I cant settle with. GOD HELP ME OUT. AMEN.
You've been chasing after beauty rather than value

Romance › Re: "Men, Stop Calling Us Ashawo" - Emilia Chimee Dyke by Bluffly: 8:46am On May 17, 2018
Angelanest:
A Nigerian lady, Emilia Chimee Dyke, has issued an advice/warning to guys who are fond of attributing women's successes and achievements to prostitution (or ''ashawo'' in Nigerian pidgin language). The graduate of Abia State University, ABSU, took to social media to tell guys to respect and appreciate women as many ladies have sleepless nights working in order to make money as entrepreneurs.

She shared her advice on her Facebook wall. Read below;

She drives a car : Ashawo

She rents a flat; Ashawo

Ignore cat calls; Ashawo

Go to a bar/club alone: Ashawo

Goes to the market; Ashawo

Gets a degree; Ashawo

Does charity; Ashawo

Dress comfortably; Ashawo

Makes up; Ashawo

Laughs: Ashawo

Breathes; Ashawo

Exists: Ashawo.

Becomes a celebrity; Ashawo

Please why is it a crime to respect women for their hard work?

Why must you look down on women as "ashawo"?

Must you term every achievement of a woman as "ashawo"?.

To every hardworking lady doing legit jobs and doing well for herself, I AM PROUD OF YOU.

Soon we will celebrate our achievements in each other's private jets.

To the other set of women that condemns her fellow woman and says; na Ashawo. She's into runs. I pray you will be alive to see more achievements from the hardworking lady then you'll remain in your gossip state begging her for help one day.

Dear men learn to respect and appreciate women. Stop this madness of attributing her achievements to "ashawo". Many of us have sleepless nights working and packaging products as entrepreneurs. Many of us have sleepless nights reading and browsing. Many have sleepless nights handling one business or the other or even writing note of lesson for their pupils.

Appreciate every woman because without the neck, the head can never stand.

Source; https://www.nationalhelm.co/2018/05/dear-men-stop-this-madness-and-stop-calling-us-prostitutes-nigerian-lady.html
if men keep calling you "ashawo" then start calling them "Ole" or "odaran"as well because na them steal pass anywhere as well as being a criminal

nairaman66:
Good move! They should also carry out a national orientation to road users.. But this can only be effective once they purge all the corrupt officials in the FRSC.
Are they oriented themselves. Have they pushed to make the road itself safe for driving? Many highways are unmarked making night driving more dangerous. Most traffic lights are not maintained, some are stupidly installed. Many roads have no streetlights.
