Bro I'm talking of DSS agents, they are among BH as spies. Though BH knows this too and offers a very huge sum to any insurgent that fishes agents out.
You still don't understand me. I know quite well that there are spies but they have limitations. Let me ask you, does the spies install bugging devices and GPS trackers, are the spies well monitored technologically? As I have said, winning the war against terror is not only about spies but how to also track their sponsors and every movement of attack.

No, not red beret. There are agents sent for this very purpose.
It has to be institutionalized and not just sending some crops of individuals to training and deploying them to the field just as an undercover with no mind bogging sophisticated tools. Until then, as I said. Its all child's play.

There is one already.
I hope you are not referring to the police red berets. If I'm right that is a squad for battle and not a counter terrorism unit. A CTU will be technologically powerful, they will have access to all telecom conversations with given keywords, their militants will be technologically brilliant with killer instincts, they will have an extreme monitoring might. Until then, this is all child's play. Terrorism cannot be conquered through from fighter jest and machine guns just like that.

BH, the more they kill them, the more brutal they get. We'll see the ripple effect on the price of beef in market embarassed

That's one of the poisoned water by BH. Cows were unknowingly led to the river by the herdsmen. And what you see is what happens to cows after drinking the poisoned water.
They are growing stronger because the right strategy is not in use. The fight against terrosim has to be about serious intelligence that will locate their sponsors and source of supply. Until the backbone is broken the body rains a fighter.
I'll suggest that an anti terrorism unit be established under SSS.

Osinbajo is still there because Buhari respects Tinubu a little.
If Osinbajo makes more noise he would be visiting CCB & CCT very soon...

Just as after this meeting, Timi Sylva doent shotup, he would receive a fresh invitation from the EFCC...
Media Bru haha. What I know is that Saraki's CCT Saga is not just about Buhari but a cohort from the camp of Buhari and Tinubu. I know El-rufai to be careless with talks and what happened is not enough to say he is the unofficial vice-president. All these are perspectives self.

Travel › Re: Why Are White People ''expats'' When The Rest Of Us Are ''immigrants''? by Bluffly: 1:25pm On Sep 22, 2015
pansophist:
In the lexicon of human migration there are still hierarchical words, created with the purpose of putting white people above everyone else. One of those remnants is the word “expat”

What is an expat? And who is an expat? According to Wikipedia, “an expatriate (often shortened to expat) is a person temporarily or permanently residing in a country other than that of the person’s upbringing. The word comes from the Latin terms ex (‘out of’) and patria (‘country, fatherland’)”.

Defined that way, you should expect that any person going to work outside of his or her country for a period of time would be an expat, regardless of his skin colour or country. But that is not the case in reality; expat is a term reserved exclusively for western white people going to work abroad.

Africans are immigrants. Arabs are immigrants. Asians are immigrants. However, Europeans are expats because they can’t be at the same level as other ethnicities. They are superior. Immigrants is a term set aside for ‘inferior races’.

Don’t take my word for it. The Wall Street Journal, the leading financial information magazine in the world, has a blog dedicated to the life of expats and recently they featured a story ‘Who is an expat, anyway?’. Here are the main conclusions: “Some arrivals are described as expats; others as immigrants; and some simply as migrants. It depends on social class, country of origin and economic status. It’s strange to hear some people in Hong Kong described as expats, but not others. Anyone with roots in a western country is considered an expat … Filipino domestic helpers are just guests, even if they’ve been here for decades. Mandarin-speaking mainland Chinese are rarely regarded as expats … It’s a double standard woven into official policy.”

The reality is the same in Africa and Europe. Top African professionals going to work in Europe are not considered expats. They are immigrants. Period. “I work for multinational organisations both in the private and public sectors. And being black or coloured doesn’t gain me the term “expat”. I’m a highly qualified immigrant, as they call me, to be politically correct,” says an African migrant worker.

Most white people deny that they enjoy the privileges of a racist system. And why not? But our responsibility is to point out and to deny them these privileges, directly related to an outdated supremacist ideology. If you see those “expats” in Africa, call them immigrants like everyone else. If that hurts their white superiority, they can jump in the air and stay there. The political deconstruction of this outdated worldview must continue.

http://www.theguardian.com/global-development-professionals-network/2015/mar/13/white-people-expats-immigrants-migration?CMP=fb_gu
No one can make you inferior unless you permit it. When they come to Nigeria, lets also refer them as Immigrants and not expat. Moreover, Let the truth be said, how can they be invited to build our roads for us, 80% of what we used is from there, Engineering is from there, why won't they do yanga. Every day we have people travelling out to study engineering from in the western world only to come back and become a liability. Nothing superb that we started from scratch or took it up from a point and made it absolutely Nigerian.

Hi friends,
if after reading through this post, you find out you posses most of these qualities then you might be African or have African roots. Please enjoy reading

1. You don’t play with your food: Africans don’t play with their food; you could get beat up for touching the food of an African.

2. You have more than one mobile sim card: The average African has more than one mobile sim card, this is due to the crappy mobile network providers; the funny thing is that most usually have only one phone which might have slots for as much as 4 sim cards.

3. You don’t likewise play with your sleep: Never wake an African from his or her sleep, you just might end up in a coma.

4. You have a very loud voice: This is a gift from mother nature herself, the ability to shout without stress

5. You have Special Outfits that you wear for Christmas, New Year, and parties, to the church or mosque: Africans always love to look good irrespective of the occasion; we carefully select special clothes and hope nobody else wears it except when it had been agreed.

6. You always love to be noticed: Africans love to be the centre of attention even if it’s in our uncles burial

7. You are very respectful and desire to be equally respected: A word synonymous to Africa is respect. An African is trained to respect their elders or one in a position of authority even to a fault.

8. You get scared easily: Need I say more, it’s in our DNA. You want to have a successful prank, try it on an African.

9. You wish you had super powers: As funny as this may sound, we Africans believe in the supernatural and would love to posses such powers for ourselves.

10. You are very materialistic: The success of an African is measured by how much wealth he or she is able to amass for himself or herself

11. You like free things; as long as you don’t have to pay, its fine by you: From free food, to free wifi, to free ride; and African would never turn down this offer as long as it’s free.

12. You love your life: Safety is paramount in Africa; you don’t mind losing all your properties as long as you don’t lose your life. That’s why you rarely see an African on a roller coaster or close to water.

13. You easily identify with people you aren’t even close with: Africans are very friendly. We easily start up a conversation in a bus, train, cab or plane; even with someone you never met before

14. You believe any bad thing happening to you is as a result of external forces: Most Africans believe that aliens are hindering our success or a certain witch in their village is sitting on their destinies

15. You have a very funny accent: well English is not our mother tongue but we try

I LOVE AFRICA

Can you even trust yourself where there's millions of public funds? It's not about me but us. Its a situation that bring tears to my eyes and I pray God heal our nation of this virus and madness.
Well said, if you are talking about trust, but yet it does not warrant saying that Nigerians are averagely thieves. Do you also know that Nigerian Employers are also more way greedy themselves. You need to agree with me if you do not mind that citizens of Uk, for example, are not saints. It's only hard to perpetrate such acts due to the monitoring systems in place. Any average person wherever he or she might have come from could possess this trait of unfaithfulness. This is not a matter of God helping us all we need is an effective monitoring system, CCTVs, Softwares, etc. and that's it. If you go to Mexico, what would you say. Nevertheless, there are Nigerians who are yet trustworthy. Everybody cannot be bad neither everyone good.

DONSMITH123:
A renowned gang leader in Benue State, Terwase Akwaza, aka Ghana, has surrendered 84 guns to the state government.

Governor Samuel Ortom, after the State Executive Council meeting, said Ghana embraced the amnesty programme declared by his administration for residents of the state to surrender illegal weapons in their possession.

Ortom who announced that the amnesty had been extended to the end of September.

The governor stated that the extension of the amnesty window became necessary following a plea by the gang leader that he needed time to persuade some of his friends in the underworld to also surrender their weapons.

Ghana was quoted as saying he became a militant leader to secure his community, adding that he had decided to genuinely embrace the calls by Ortom for people in the state, holding illegal weapons, to surrender them and embrace peace.

The Special Adviser to the Governor on Security, Col. Edwin Jando (retd.), disclosed that he received “135 assorted rifles and 770 rounds of ammunition from those who voluntarily surrendered their weapons, with 84 rifles submitted by Akwaza”.

The governor expressed appreciation to President Muhammadu Buhari, Taraba State Governor, Darius Ishaku; the Catholic Bishop of Katsina-Ala Diocese, Bishop Peter Adoboh, and others for their support for the amnesty programme.

leo2sexy:
The Federal Government has reversed the decision by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board to allow candidates that applied to universities with surplus applicants for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations to be reassigned to other universities with lower number of applicants than their capacities. ‎

The policy had been trailed by protests in parts of the country.

The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education, Mr.MacJohn ‎Nwaobiala‎, disclosed this to State House correspondents on Tuesday after briefing President Muhammadu Buhari of his ministry's activities and challenges at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

JAMB had at its 2015 Combined Policy Meeting adopted the policy.
Protests started at the University of Lagos when the institution's authorities announced that only candidates whose names were officially forwarded by JAMB would be eligible to participate in this year’s UNILAG Post-UTME.

www.thisdaylive.com/articles/fg-reverses-jambs-policy-on-admission/215900/
One way of improving our tertiary education is to allow the Universities dictate their pace, Jamb should not be the one to do that. Admission requirements should be determined by the Universities and advertised on their respective course sections on their sites or whatever means at their disposal, Hence candidates will only write Jamb to meet up the requirements. This would bring about a competition of quality. This is what is obtainable in countries where education works.
