I am sincerely disappointed. Deploying soldiers to the south east is a failed strategy to curb IPOB. The sit-at-home exercise was a success in all ramifications, and I don't see any election happening in Anambra. Mind you, if IPOB should succeed in Anambra then they have won the war.
