I had another vision today. Just like the first. Ike was declared winner. |
Lilypink:Tacha needs help. |
fitzmayowa:Nice one from Frodd. Tell her the plain, unvarnished truth. Man like me, very blunt. |
badinfluence:I hope it is a sedative ![]() |
I say a good night/morning specifically to Chibabe005 |
dominique:I knew, but I didn't want to say it so as not to take the excitement out of the game. |
Chibabe005:Why not ICPC too ![]() |
DrakeBlend:This picture aptly describes that post. |
aroundnaija:I always find this TB Joshua picture hilarious. |
aroundnaija:Alabi does not own Bet9ja. |
Brownsun:Who is this? |
donstan18:Words of wisdom. |

AwkaetitiBabe:You are being sarcastic, I guess ![]() |
Vyolet:Hypocrisy is the word, my dear. |
Same thing they said during Ese's own. Always claiming that some imaginary pastors are envious of Biodun. The only thing Biodun needs to do is tame his rod. |
chiblaze07:Where did you read that insulting the president is now a crime? Buhari is regularly called names on social media, from Dullardinnho to worse but no one has been arrested based on that. One of the charges against Sowore is cyberstalking, and not abuse. Cyberstalking is a crime irrespective of who you are cyberstalking. |
tot:Sorry if you see it that way. But that is the plain, unvarnished truth. |
tot:OK, sorry about that. However, the police have a strong case against Sowore. His association with Nnamdi Kanu can be termed a conspiracy to overthrow the government. Perhaps, conspiracy is not a crime under some jurisdictions, but it can be a crime under some other jurisdictions as well. Frolicking with a felonist, and then declaring a revolution are ill-conceived actions. I don't see him getting out soon, except he pulls a fast one like that coward, Cownu. |
tot:Ignorance. When you serve prison sentence, some of your freedom have been denied you by law. Also, for instance, the law can deny you freedom of movement even by imposing a curfew. It means you don't have the freedom to go anywhere after so-so time, maybe 7pm to 7am. You can also be denied access to certain places or buildings even though the law says you have the rights to go anywhere you so wish. Common sense!!! As for Sowore, I wasn't referring to him specifically. I was merely talking about free speech. |
tot:Many of you don't understand the meaning of "freedom of speech", that is why you are always tempted to abuse it. Go to the United States, and threaten to kill Trump, and see if your next guests would not be police officers. You think because you have freedom of speech, you are free to do whatever you like. You forget that the law can take your freedom from you. |
midehi2: Thank God it is in the past now. All the same, parents can be wonderful people. They are human beings, and so are not perfect, but they were and are great people. ![]() |
Mynightmare:Why must you drag Yorubas into this? You people are too tribalistic. Yorubas don't pamper somebody simply because he is Yoruba. If you are wayward, don't expect Yorubas to pamper you simply because you are Yoruba. Sowore has never claimed to be Yoruba. And even if he were Yoruba, he never implied that his Revolution was a Yoruba Revolution. When Obasanjo was president, his loudest adversaries were Yorubas, from the likes of Soyinka to Gani Fawehinmi. When this same Obasanjo was head of state in the 70s, his greatest opponents were still his kinsmen, especially Soyinka and Fela Anikulapo Kuti. This issue is not an issue of tribes or tribesmen. When Kanu said he would visit Lagos, did the Igbos in Alaba not warn him against coming? Was it only Yorubas that condemned the excesses of Nnamdi Kanu? Where were you when Nnamdi Kanu was making violent threats, saying if Buhari comes to a place, he would go back dead; or that if soldiers came to the East, they would be killed? Where were you when Nnamdi Kanu created a security outfit without any form of legal backing? |
Babtech001:Many of these musicians are senseless sha. The police have a strong case against Sowore. Frolicking with a felonist is enough to send him to the gallows. A case of conspiracy can be drawn out of that, automatically. |
Biglittlelois:It was not Atiku that made sure that Obasanjo didn't get a constitutional amendment. Atiku was opposed to the third term agenda, but that was all. It was not possible for him to have made sure about anything. He didn't have that power. He wouldn't have been able to stop Obasanjo. It was the Senate that threw out the amendments balderdash. However, I agree with you that Obasanjo and Atiku's relationship declined because of that. Obasanjo was dipping into emergency funds to try and influence lawmakers. But we must thank God for the likes of Abike Dabiri and many others who refused to be bought. And yes, Atiku was persecuted. He was called a thief, and many other names. There are evidences of Atiku's corruption. But, Obasanjo too was just as corrupt. Both men ran our universities aground. And the likes of Dangote, Otedola, etc, used their money to finance Obasanjo's third term bid. The likes of Fani Femi Kayode were in it too for the money. That one would dance for you as long as you give him food. |
midehi2:Dads and their daughters sha. They used to stylishly spoil the girls. My sister enjoyed that privilege too. No one would dare touch her whenever my dad was around. No matter how much she abused you, as soon as you got up to teach the brat a lesson, my dad would just jejely get up, walk past you and go outside. Then, you know he was going to the vegetation to pluck a cane. |
Afritop:This was common in Muslim households. My parents never used it. But my dad threatened many times to buy it. While I was growing up, we had a vegetation in our compound. Whenever we got into trouble, my dad would just go to the vegetation area and remove a flexible stem. They always looked like pankere, but not as thick. I chopped pankere only in school. Never chopped koboko before. |

safarigirl:You are right. Many of my lawyer friends are into properties, and are dragging jobs with barely literate agents. It is really sad. |
Pavore9:I watched a movie. There was a psychologist in it. A couple had relationship issues. The psychologist listened to them, gave them a test and solved their problems. I can't remember the title of the movie, but I began to respect psychologists since then. Then, there was a time I had some psychological issues. It got seriously to me that I began to be depressed. A psychologist at a popular neuro-psychiatric hospital helped me get over my depression. |
I have a degree in mathematics and physics. If I had to do it all over again, I would chose medicine or psychology. |
