(There are many old women who are engaged as road-sweepers,, there are old men who push carts and wheelbarrows in the streets, hoping to get someone who needed loads to be carried by them -- and people see these type of people everyday) Nobody considered that they needed financial assistance. How to properly regulate it wouldn't be their main target, but how to generate revenue from it. Ok naa.. For now,, that's no more bad news if it is true.. It now simply means that she and the kids won't even suffer for long before she gathers herself back.. That means,, there are men (or at-least, a man) who are (is) already hanging around and waiting for her to just stop crying.!!
