It's a large area specify a flight path say JFK to LHR

And I will give you the best interpretation I can.

If I'm your captain and as my first officer I show you two those two pictures, are you going to be telling me this thrash?

I have answered you

You have your radar to the left

ILS glide slope locator to the right

And a Sigwx for wx briefing

I didn't ask you to list the items,
explain what's in the picture,

A Google Image search can tell you what those are.

I need a detailed explanation on what you can see on the pictures not listing items for me.

I have posted a few pictures for him to explain.
Surely an aviator with 5000 hours in combat in Iraq and Afghanistan shouldn't have issues with them.

You are not ATC

You really should watch more movies.
ATC doesn't use personal identifiers.
There are well established terms, go and Google and at least under basic aviation terminology and stop embarrassing your self.

Lolz

No aviator asks "am I clear for take off "

It's the language of layman who watch a lot of movies

d frustrated one here is u , who obviously have no mother, you want us to clap for her for dumping people in the atlantic. Have you asked urself where those passenger would have been if d rescuers did not do a good job

The rescuers would have been using body bags if the pilot didn't carry out the procedure that made her save lives.

Excuse you!
Where did you get your own version that she crashed into water? Ehn? Where?

He/She was at the site when it happened and also had access to ATC logs too.

Too many people that have no clue about aviation be forming experts.

Stop being mischievous !.This pilot did not land on water. She crashed into it. In captain Sully's case everyone could clearly see the aircraft sitting on the water with passengers rushing out. Wait for investigations to be concluded.

@ bolded that's why you should STFU and wait for the investigations to be concluded as you said.

The bottom line is what ever decision she took saved lives.

For your information, Captain Sully crash landed into the Hudson River.

Excuse me, but are you celebrating a shitty pilot?

She crashed.

She failed at what she is paid to do

Now you guys are celebrating her shitty skills

You are a category one idi.ot.

The fact that you claim to be a pilot (if it's true) makes it more disturbing.

You can take your 5,000 hours (if it's true) and shove it up your as.s.

Right thinking aviators appreciate their own when they take decisions that save lives you are here talking rubbish.

There is only 1 reason.....

PRICE.

If the iPhone sells for the same price as infinix hot note, then trust me people will say 'to hell with customization or tweaking or inability to transfer files'.

If the iPhone sells for the same price as gionee m5, then u will know customization, tweaking, changing of imei doesn't mean sh*t.

Not true.
IPhone can be very frustrating to use especially when you are coming from the liberty of Android.

It's like moving from freedom to captivity.

I also see no atom of sense in what the OP did. Not everybody can think logically and critical when under intense pressure

Some jobs actually require you to think logically and critically under pressure.

If the applicant can't perform under pressure, he has no business being there.

Imagine the pilot of an aircraft freaking out when there's a turbulence.

Well OP said they deal with complex financial theories so I presume the applicants should have some form of maths knowledge.

davide470 about six years ago when I got to this stage, I was confirmed by an Indian. We were 18 only 3 were picked. To be candid if I asked them the questions that Indian man asked me six years ago I am very sure none will scale through. Your degree (1.1, 2.1) shows you are capable of learning, But it doesn't show your speed or rate of learning. We deal with very complex financial theories. Moreover first class is as common as clay around here. Trainees are very expensive to maintain. So when they under perform...your decision making skill will be questioned...Arithmetic (Numerical skill) determines alot. Sometimes you get incomplete data from a client and you are supposed to advise them based on the data. They are paying you millions for that, do you tell them incomplete data? You reason out the rest from God knows where....so I was fair enough...

People who are against what you did are exactly the type of people who will most likely never become management staff due to their infantile decision making processes. In my line of job, there is zero room for error at any stage. I salute your courage to do the right thing.
