Mumu, pontificate as if I have any power to do anything regarding the matter. I only stated the truth. You and your fellow cohort getting excited about dissolution of the Union. It ain't gonna happen even in your wildest dreams. 🤡 Clowns
There wasn't a hint of insult(s) in the first comment I directed at you, but being the crude air-head you've consistently proven to be, you left the issue in discourse to haul slurs.

You're clearly an idiot and you'll remain one for the entirety of the period that fat-filled cranium of yours sits on your wobbly neck.

Peter Gregory Obi is bigger than Labour Party as it stands. He has no business being caught up in whatever unpalatable shenanigans that Julius Abure might be involved in.

These calls are appropriate and it will be in his best interest to heed them.

Don't get too excited. There have always been talk about Texas secession (Texas) atleast since the 90s as they believe that they were not properly admitted to the union and also the fact that they have all it's takes to stand alone.
However this is the work of some dreaming radicals who envisioned an utopia (that will never happen if Texas eventually secessed.) Here are some excerpt from one of their meeting

Standing in front of a massive state flag on Saturday, Claver Kamau-Imani outlined his utopian vision of a Nation of Texas that he believes is just on the horizon.
No taxes or Faucis, no speed zones or toll roads. No liberals, no gun laws. No windmills, no poor people. A separate currency, stock market and gold depository. “Complete control of our own immigration policy.” World-class college football, a farewell to regulators. And unthinkable, unimaginable wealth.
“We are going to be so rich,” he chanted. “We’re gonna be rich. We are gonna be rich. We. Are. Going. To Be. Rich! … As soon as we declare independence, we're going to be wealthy. I personally believe that our personal GDP will double in five to seven years.”
“The independence of Texas is good for humanity as a whole,” he added to cheers.

You can see they are radicals cos since when as anyone enjoyed the above in Human his except the Bourgeoisie
So you somehow reckon you're in the right place to sit in the comfort of your home and decide or pontificate on what's best for the state of Texas?

Because it leaves a sour taste in the mouth how you're swift to dismiss the legitimate concerns of a people simply because you feel you read a few texts of negligible history on the internet.

When it's time to appropriate humongous sums for their bloated allowances and expenditures, they do it with a swift stroke of the pen.

But when it's time to effect the increment of minimum wages of the average citizens, they form committees that will sit for months without tangible results.

Nigerians, una never see anything!

How much has your father given back to society? You Nigerians should learn to appreciate success without attaching conditional clauses to it. I can bet you didn't know him until this article surfaced on nairaland but you now feel you have an opinion as regards his wealth and resources.

EreluRoz:
Is that so? 😳
Her loyalty and dedication to Ayade's evil schemes formed the basis for which he championed her nomination and subsequent appointment as the National Women Leader of the APC, because he saw her as a deft stroke to push his chances during the last Presidential elections. She was appointed, he lost his Presidential ambition, lost his Senatorial push as well and just when he thought he could have been rewarded with a Ministerial appointment, she used her place as the National women leader to sidestep Ayade to become the beneficiary of the Ministerial slot.

That woman is not just a thief, but a very slimey and deceptive snake with the face of an angel. What do you think is the reason no single Cross River voice or coalition has spoken up on her behalf? She's rather paying faceless groups in the North and middle belt to canvass for her reinstatement.

Eiya, I'm thinking someone misled her into what she did, she can't do all that alone.
Stop insulting our sensibilities.

Betta Edu has always been a thief right from when she was the Cross River State Commissioner for Health under the Ayade's disastrous administration. That midget used her as a special purpose vehicle to loot and syphon billions of naira belonging to the good people of the state.

She simply took her thieving expertise to the Federal level and got exposed because she couldn't play her cards well.

Hi everyone, on a scale of 1-10, what's the probability of a regional war breaking out in the middle east this year?
The US is grandstanding in Yemen. America knows she cannot afford to escalate tensions to culminate in an all-out war that would involve Iran. If that happens, the American government and economy will receive a devastating impact, considering the role being played in Israel and Ukraine. Already, resources are being spread really thin to fund the on-going wars. A third front in Yemen with the Houthis is going to be the one solid excuse North Korea will need to move on South Korea and China on Taiwan.

Forget the noise being made here on nairaland, but the US is weak, both financially and militarily, as of this moment. And with tensions already boiling amongst American citizens for the stupendous roles and policies Biden is playing out, it is going to take just one more silly mistake for Biden to be impeached.

This is no longer about the quest to flex might as world powers, but there is plenty of disquiet within the American society and Biden is on the detrimental end.

So is there a possibility of a war in the middle east? Yes, very much likely. Iran desperately wants one. North Korea cannot wait. China is smirking and doodling in the background waiting for that moment to squeeze Taiwan and America knows she cannot afford one right now. The cost is going to be too great for them to bear.

See, let me write a short history of this thread for those that are new

Initially, when the conflict in Ukraine began, there was no specific discussion thread dedicated to the war or related matters. One pastor righteousless, initiated a world news thread, and some of us joined to express our opinions. However, due to our opposition to perceived Western wrongdoings, we were driven away with offensive insults. They insisted we create our own thread, which we did.

Writerng initiated this thread and invited some of us. They came back to the thread they ask us to create to mock us. Despite initial mockery claiming our thread lacked engagement and was considered dead, over time, people recognized the thread's authenticity. They realized that not only did it contain factual information, but it also housed knowledgeable analysts in international relations and politics.

Gradually, our engagement increased, surpassing others with similar topics. Despite attempts to undermine the thread, it proved unsuccessful then and remains so now.

Hence, I advise against engaging with those trying to disrupt. It's just jealousy, if this thread wasn't doing well they won't care about it. I've been through it; they'll eventually tire out, only to be replaced by a new set.
I attest to the factual genuineness of this your explanation. As has always been my practice, I'm 80 percent of a silent reader and an occasional commenter.

Righteousness's thread was so toxic and hugely inclined towards Western propaganda to the point I stopped opening it, before I found this one, sometime later. I was sceptical about this at first but I wasn't disappointed with the daily contents when I eventually joined, because I realised 97 percent of the content brung here by the OP could be verified, which I constantly do.

A huge bulk of the antagonists to this thread have close to no knowledge of International relations of countries and their political landscapes. This isn't me looking to demean anybody, but it is the fact. I read certain exchanges and wonder how people can have shit for brains.

A small peek at my profile will tell you that outside nairaland, I have very good links to the outside world. Not only do I have families and acquaintances spread across different countries, I equally have business interests likewise. Those of us who are knowledgeable of these things are very comfortable with the work this young man is doing bringing neat information here for the easy deglutition of all and sundry. Whether or not others see Russian-laced propaganda in his updates is inconsequential.

WriterNig brings mostly facts here and that's all that matters. Every other opinion should be shoved where the sun don't shine! Heck, I've never even quoted the young man directly or engaged him in anyway. I don't contribute here, but I have to be an idiot not to admit that this particular thread is one major reason I open nairaland at least once a day.
