Nigerians are a funny lot. Atiku was a Vice President at a time Tinubu was the Lagos State governor. He had unlimited access to information that most politicians don't. For him to be consistently requesting documents regarding Tinubu's college degree, is not something anyone should write off as ignorance or political desperation. Whatever Tinubu is concealing at CSU is obviously enough to shift the balance of the cases pending at the Supreme Court and even Tinubu knows this. Even worse is the fact that whatever information Atiku acquires from CSU can still be admissible as evidence when the Supreme Court sits. Tinubu knows this as well. It is no wonder the very loquacious Reno Omokri and Femi Fani Kayode have been noticeably quiet on this issue. Yet, the ignorant and feeble minded supporters of APC on nairaland keep dancing shamelessly in their desperate bid to just sound slightly intelligent. |
Terco90:And who's stopping justice from prevailing? |
I'm sincerely getting sick of all this noise about Mohbad. Can they just quietly get to the root cause of his death, administer the requisite justice and let us give attention to other issues of societal relevance?! |
MVLOX:Here in the North and amongst muslim circles, average couples keep it simple. Husband can own a keke napep and wife can be selling masa and kunu aya, yet both can have a peaceful home, birthing as much as five children and raising same without as much as a fuss. Livelihoods are modest. No ambitions. No big dreams. So these mass weddings actually matter to the selected couples cause it serves their interests as they do not have the resources to process the ceremony. |
Lol. I like your campaign strategy. Though the outcome of any elections shouldn't be to display political dexterity, but to administer good governance to the electorates, like Babagana Zulum is doing in Borno State. |
They're stealing rice in Ibadan and rams in Jigawa. Yet they said they were voting in Tinubu to teach us politics in the South and East. Okay. |
So the concern of the "woke" society today is who Alozie is fucking?! Okay. |
Nigerians have lost faith in INEC and its ability to conduct decent democratic elections. They can give the PVCs to APC minions to use for voting when the time comes. |
We'll either be fine or dead, when APC is done with us. |
Praxis758:That ex-parte injunction is a constitutional anomaly and rightly does not prevent the State Assembly from going ahead with the impeachment proceedings. |
FreeStuffsNG:My mistake. I actually intended it the other way. |
donbenie:😂😂. Come and beat me! |
Had no idea Man United was even playing today. That's how badly we have degenerated to the point fans no longer concern themselves with match schedules.. Mtscheew! |
You won't leave Nigerians to bask in the luxury their lean resources can afford..😊? Juss imagine the likes of the OP going to Morocco, Kigali or Johannesburg. We no go see any other thing for nairaland again be that! |
Afamsi:At least he still has that foundational originality. Unlike that cow they call Yul Edochie! |
Seun Kuti, the Nigerian Police is your friend. I just say make I remind you..😊 |
Not a big deal. The Kaduna State government visited Lagos State sometime ago to study the infrastructural and revenue generation blueprints. It's a practice as old as time. |
Under proper economic circumstances, decisive matters involving the apex bank such as this, are supposed to count as positive indicators that will instantly reflect positively on the current standing of the exchange rates. But Nigeria under APC just dey carry us go where we no know! |
😂😂. They've already started fighting. Omoluabis and their masters. |
Considering Tinubu's love for France, does anyone know if he can speak French? Modified: When Timaya said "I travel to America just to go charge my phone", he was making plenty sense😂. |
OP, What's the essence of the thread if you're going to censor the bress..😠? |
Larryndelaw:😂😂. And whoever paid your tuition through school will be feeling proud that he/she actually spent the money well o! |
Orinechi:That's not part of his job description. How many other moderators do you find on threads leaving consistent comments with clear political leanings? Even Seun Osewa takes his opinions to twitter/X. If he's that keen on dishing out his opinions, he should resign his place as a moderator and join the teeming crowd of nairaland interlocutors. Nlfpmod often creates threads and sparsely engages in the comments section, but when he does, you cannot take away maturity and objectivity from his words. This Oga saunters around with so much audacity, even banning people with contrary opinions to his, as if he borrowed Seun money to add to the creation of nairaland. He ought to be replaced with fergie001. That dude has a better brain sitting in his cranium than this other guy. |
festacman:When I read the part where he said government has to allow market forces to determine the FX trajectory, I had to scroll back up to see how the man was described. Is it not the same market forces determining the price of the dollar against the naira that has put us where we are today? The same policy Tinubu implemented about a week after his infamous subsidy removal remark? Agreeably, government has to come clean. Leakages have to be blocked. The economy has to be deliberately removed from the grasps of a selective few elites, Tinubu inclusive. And there has to be massive local investment to boost local production, and even the monkey at Aso rock knows all of this. But where is the political will to execute these initiatives? |
mariovito:By your deductions, only pastors and clergymen are duty bound to uphold the tenets of moral decency then? Consequently, individuals like Tonto Dikeh are at liberty to spread their vaginas like Red Cross aids to refugees while littering the internet spaces with visual contents of their debauchery? You sound intelligent, but your shallow mindedness is despicably conspicuous, I'm sorry to say. I reiterate my opinion that a public sex tool and behaviourally toxic vermin like Tonto, has no moral basis or judgemental yardstick to call out Bakare, mostly on the grounds of promiscuity. |
Lol. Nigerian democracy. INEC will select the highest bidder. Then the Judiciary will remove or affirm INEC's selection, depending on who pays them the most as well. |
Alliswell248:Rome wasn't built in a day. Nigeria is 63years since Independence. All the societal gains made have been reversed in the last 8years and 4 months by people who have "basic understanding of international economics"..😂. The last one ruled you with a military reference letter. This one is ruling you with a forged college certificate. Hunger is churning the lengths and breadth of the nation, but it is my talk that is cheap. Ba magana! Yunwa bata san fuska ba, kawai! |
SAMBARRY:Nigeria wey certified madman go stand for traffic intersection dey control normal people in their vehicles and them go dey obey..😂? E be like people never begin understand say god make this country as comedy channel wey them dey only tune to when them wan laugh for heaven and hell. |
omenziate:- Security is non-existent. - Electricity is appalling. - The naira is prostrating to the dollar like Orile touts paying respect to Sanwo-Olu at Alausa. - Previous investors are unable to repatriate their earned revenues due to CBN bottlenecks. - Existing companies are shutting down in their numbers over rising operational costs. And one brown-toothed first class Chicago Accountant is wasting tax payer's money, junketting the globe with the claims that he's trying to woo investors. Even Robert Mugabe in his last days as the Zimbabwean President was not this foolish! |
"...why didn't you tell us this before the elections? So that when we're voting we can behave anyhow." C'est finis! 🚶🚶... |
Me, I no dey put mouth for this Tinubu certificates matter again ra-ra! The bumbling idiot is messing up the economy and we're all feeling the effects, irrespective of political divides and interests. The same youths defending him with vigour are the ones littered everywhere on twitter and nairaland dropping account details for giveaways just to feed. Idiocy and tribal hypocrisy no dey buy cheap garri for markets. So na una sabi! I sha know I can never stoop to begging for online assistance to put food on my table. So if you like, die in defence of a seasoned criminal and drug lord! Buhari did his. Now one stupid old Yoruba man is using over 220 million people for cruise and dolts are applauding him, calling it political sagacity. Una stupidity for Nigeria fit make Albert Einstein tear all him research journals, had he been alive! |
Greatlee54:Empathy shouldn't suppress truth, at any given point in time. Bakare simply stated what we all know. Shouldn't have been a yardstick for Nollywood's sex tool to call him out on the basis of promiscuity. |
