I have always wanted to write about this but I have been procrastinating but here I am today writing about it.

Firstly I am a Human Chimera (Twin Chimerism),we are quite rare,many people have no idea what it's about but I am going to write about it,I can't do that in one day but I am going to do it by starting today.

A chimera is essentially a single organism that is made up of cells from two or more individuals i.e it contains 2 sets of DNA,with the code to make 2 separate organisms. People who have 2 different sets of DNA are called Human Chimeras.

Chimerism is a natural phenomenon, a medical mystery that has not really been understood fully till now.

My mother was pregnant,as usual pregnant women go for scans to ascertain the sex of the unborn child and guess what? They told her she was having twins(a boy and a girl) she was excited. She got things for twins and all. Lo and behold,the delivery period came and all that,before I came out,it was a tug of war,they almost did a Ceasarian Section(CS) for her but as they were wheeling her to the theater I popped out,they did all they could to bring out a my twin but couldn't find any other child.There was no 2nd child,everyone was shocked,I guess they searched and searched.

That was when the confusion started,they said it was a medical mystery. They said I absorbed my twin,This was in the 90's though. I was born with a one in a million kind of birth mark,one part of my ass(which I cannot show you) down to my thighs and lower legs are dark in complexion and the other part of my ass(I cannot show you that too) are fair in complexion down to my thighs and lower legs,people who know me know how it looks like in reality. Below are pictures of what I can show you for now,part of my thighs,as time goes on I will add more lol... . I tried to bleach the dark leg,i tried everything, e no gree bleach...I kuku left it jare,I dey flex my thing dey go,anytime I wear a short gown see eyes of shock,people get shocked because I am not hiding my legs,I cannot o. Some people don't even have legs to walk,so I am damn grateful...Ehen before I forget,one leg is fresh and sexy for a lady and the other one is just normal ,I guess it's for my twin,since he was a guy. My big toe nails are kinda different too.

From my observations looking at the structural status, I think the Contractor should be held responsible for this disaster.

I just don’t want to believe it’s Y12 rods I’m seeing there. Even the broken concretes are looking uncured. They should hold the Engineer responsible and not the Governor.

You sound like an Engineer and I beg to differ on the blame call.
The governor is not to blame.
The contractor is also not to blame.
The blame goes only to who opened the culvert for use.
And size of reinforcement doesn't always matter but distribution.
And you can't tell a cured concrete from otherwise by looking at these pictures.

To call the story short guys, I had an encounter with police officers earlier where extortion was involved. Then it occurred to me that when we experience similar issues from some organizations we can actually report.

We know we can always report banks to CBN and telecommunications to NCC. I read up on how to report police officers and got some clues, like reporting to Public Complaint Rapid Response Unit (PCRRU), even though I understand this is a government thing.

But I later got to know the unit is a division under the public police force itself. So I have this doubt if it would be active like NCC/CBN.

Has anyone here ever reported and experienced a positive result after reporting?
Or is there any other way to report them?

it works very well. Make sure you have all details before calling. They will easily take care of the situation but be ready with evidences as the erring officers can lie for Africa.

You just might be having feelings for her.
I see no reason her not giving you attention should warrant this action.

Good day NLers, please I need your take on this.
I'm a student in one of Nigeria's prominent public universities.

A girl decided to vie for admission in my school via the predigree programme but she had no accommodation. Because of the relationship between my parents and hers, I offered to take her in from January till now

I offered a roof over her head.

The first night she came, she slept on the floor and I wasn't okay with that, the following night, I told her she could have the bed, I vacated my bed and relegated myself to sleeping on the floor, we can't share same bed since she's neither my babe nor sister. And this sleeping routine has continued ever since then. The floor is my new bed

I gave her my spare key, uncensored access to my kitchen and everything within my legal occupancy.
Cut long story short, last week Tuesday she woke up, had her bath, ate then stepped out briefly, when she returned we were outta water. Tap water of course. She called my attention to it to which I remained calm. Meanwhile I hadn't eaten neither had I bathed. At noon, she came to me that she was hungry but couldn't cook due to unavailability of water, I then asked her if I am to fetch her water??!.

She said she was gonn take food stuff to her friend's place (upstairs) to cook.
I replied by asking how many of her friends had lacked water and brought food stuff to cook here??!


She got angry and took some money and left


That same Tuesday, I went to see Chelsea game, when I returned, I asked her if she cooked but she didn't dignify me with her attention talk more of a response.
I thought it was rude but considered it as one of the many tantrums of ladies

The following morning, she woke up, acted like I don't exist, couldn't greet... had her bathe and left. Returned, unlocked the door, walked in like I wasn't there, ate, left to her friend's place.

On Thursday she repeated the routine, I called her back when she was going out, I asked her if she considered me as her father, brother or boyfriend that she'd wake up and start throwing attitudes...
I made her understand that I am her benefactor.
Hardly did I finish before she left. She returned and continued in same path and that has continued till this very moment...

Last night she didn't sleep at home, when she returned in the morning, she unlocked the door with her spare, walked in, ate, brushed, dressed and walked out without a single word e come be like say I be ghost.

What I did, I changed the locks, took some stuff, sealed my door with strict instructions to the caretaker then moved to a friends place outside my lodge and I've been there ever since.

She has returned and has been calling my line but I've been ignoring...

Now, is my action too harsh or still in line??!

my first soup was cooked in October last year. I set out to cook this Egusi soup I saw online since i dont stay with my wife.

They are in all honesty.
OSFRA has been successfully taking care of the estate but trouble started when residents made move even up to the presidency to stop Lekki Gardens from erecting High Rise buildings as they believe there security is compromised.
Lekki Gardens enjoys some government favours too so we're able to go ahead after meeting state government requirements.
Now OSFRA levies were grossly increased to frustrate works and insists that all must be paid in full even though a huge chunk has been paid.
They have a case in court, CPs and the governor has tried to intervene but because OSFRA has the backing of some highly placed residents, they won't back down.
Almost all the high rise buildings are constructed already so you can imagine why the continuous fights.

It has become very clear that the association will stop at nothing including ignoring constituted authorities and resorting to self help to get their way, even if it means constituting themselves into a nuisance to disturb the peace, standing in the way of progress and development or preventing legitimate business owners from accessing their investments all for the achievement of their personal agenda at the detriment of the common good of Lagosians.

I had discussed severally with the lady in question as my company has been stopped several times by OSFRA.
Inviting touts I won't say she can do. Mr Shola has been the attack dog but listening to him also show the impunity contractors show.
Last time we were accused of mobilising touts but these were just labourers working for us.
Residents attacked us because the gate was locked for several hours on a Monday morning.
There are different sides of a story and don't try to make a business look too bad till a police report confirms it.

The only way you can get your money from that account is to unfreeze the account. Note as well, no banker will take the risk of touching any frozen account except of course it is "worth it".

So the only advice I have for you is, commence the process of unfreezing the account.

FCMB made payment when i froze my account. This is naija anything can happen. About 3 bankers risked losing their jobs then, i just had to pity them.
The payer cannot unfreeze or even talk about it, best op can do is to make a strong case between his bank, the scammer's bank and escalate to the CBN. If you dont bug them, it wont get far

This depends on the staff strength of the organizations. They are both very challenging aspects of practice that mostly require your presence always except of course you have attained management position and have people assigned under you.

I've a construction company startup. I applied for both companies and was interviewed , I don't have any clue about their salaries as I haven't gotten any appointment letter yet.

I have worked at the highest levels of both.
If your target is to gather experience, then go for a good construction company but if you like to do things in a mundane repeated manner then real estate is for you.

I don't know about students visa but for business visa, for now, you have to come first then apply for your wife and kids

Therefore do not be deceived to think that the word that receive the most "likes" is the Truth, because it's usually lies that receives the most "likes". But no matter the amount of "likes" that lies have, even if it has the most "likes", it would never be able to make it to become the Truth.

And it's only the Truth that can set people free, never lies! John 8:32

So ensure that what you believe is not lies even if it has the most "likes", otherwise you'd not be set free but still remain in bondage!
