If you don't know anything about company law, just keep quiet. The FG should know why they detained him in line with whatever investigation they are pursuing. You don't possess all the facts. Despite a company being a legal person distinct from its members by virtue of incorporation, it is still an artificial person controlled by natural persons. There are times when that veil of incorporation will need to be lifted, such as, when a crime is committed, for the perpetrators to be identified and punished.

Smh. People who should be on their knees asking for a plea bargain. This is what happens when the government is not serious about holding people accountable for their crimes. They get emboldened.
