How many times has humanity come close to obliterating itself and how many of them were spearheaded by gay people. All the wars that have been fought over the course of history that have resulted in the deaths of billions, pray tell how many of them were caused by gay people?

Number two. I do not understand what you mean. By sterile. A sterile person can't . Does not mean they don't want to. .a straight person who does not want want kid. Knows and at least acknowledge the process in heart.

A sterile person can't have kids naturally. Whether they want to have kids is immaterial. The question is should sterile people be having sex if sex is all about procreation?

Oga abi madam, answer my question - what do you say to a straight person that is sterile or does not want kids since your big problem is children. Must everyone have kids? Are all the kids on the surface of the earth today being properly taken care of? Yet you want people to add more! Are you ready to take care of all the kids that would be added to the world if all the gay people would suddenly become straight?

I don't know what they teach you in the church you attend but here's the fact of the matter. People have sex for wiiiiiiiide variety of reasons. Procreation is just one of them. People have sex for procreating, for pleasure, because they're bored, in order to afford a new car......the reasons are endless. If sex is all about procreating, what would you say to heterosexual couples that are sterile for some reason or don't want to have kids? That they shouldn't have sex?

Am a christain and I like to believe that Christianity draw from truth. And I have often ask myself the same question. Why not embrace homos with love and accept them. Is that not soppose to be the Christian way? But then I read the bible and categorically it's stated. That homosexuals is a sin.note that the Bible is my standard.

Let's start from the begining And assume we all are trully free. And we have rights and that rights can lead to self determination and independence.

So we prescribe we all go our separate ways. So all homos gain true freedom and form their own republic. And so does heterosexual. We cheers to that!.

Then in a hundred years time we go back to check on both population. Which of the two set do think will still be striving.

Might shock you to find that heterosexuals would have wiped themselves out first. Besides, it's straight people that keep giving birth to gay babies so trust me, the gay "republic" would keep having a regular stream of young'uns so long as the other side is still alive. Afterall, gay people's didn't just drop from some magical rainbow land in the sky. Except you want to say straight people should stop having kids, in which case, well, they'll both die out.

Besides, putting sexuality in a box of reproduction is oversimplifying an extremely complex concept. If all there is to human existence is to reproduce then....what's the point of everything we've done?

Oh no, on the contrary, I'm advocating for population control. In this economy, people are still having 5,6,7 kids! Later you'd hear complaints about how university admissions are difficult or there are no jobs. How wouldn't that be the case when there are so many people around. And that's just talking about those who grow up under parents or guardians. Factor in kids at orphanages and motherless homes and you have a problem that's even more complex and difficult to solve.

It's why I'm bemused when people talk about controlling Africa's population like it's a bad thing.

One of the daftest things I've heard is that the West is encouraging homosexuality to curb Africa's population

1) Homosexuality is legal in much of the West. Are they curbing their own population too?

2) This population we even have now - of what benefit has it been to us? People just be breeding like rabbits, having kids they can't take care of to grow up to look for jobs that there aren't enough of. At the end they'll all pack their bags and say they're going abroad in search of greener pastures. In that case, would you blame them for seeing our population as a problem not just to us but to them as well.

Stories like this would continue to be rampant till Nigerians change their perception of gay people and HIV. A lot goes into sexual education to prevent child pregnancies and transfer of STIs bit they are done with the assumption that all kids are straight - meaning kids that aren't get no sexual education at all and end up being at risk for contracting STDs.

The sad part of the way we view gay people is that it comes to bite us in the butt down the line. Many ladies are married to gay men right now and have absolutely no idea. Some find out and start weeping and crying, forgetting they've been part of those that have forced gay people to conform to societal expectation. That's just best case scenario. Worst case scenario is that your gay husband who has been living with an STI/STD transmits it to you.

I think we need to change our perception else, this would just be a tip of the iceberg.

I can't trust him further than I throw him. From critic of various governments to an apologist. The only reason he's not one in the current government is because they don't consider him worth their money, else he woulda been singing Buhari's praises by now
