hadassaheke: Hello everyone!
I applied for my work visa at the VAC office in Berlin, Germany and I was given a tracking number to track my application and I was also told that it takes 10 working days to get a response. And so I've been trying to track my application via the VAC website but it keep coming up with an error message.
Please does anyone know how I can go about this or has someone experienced this before?
Thanks in anticipated response. Fill a case specific enquiry form on cic-dot-gc-dot-ca with the issue you're having written in the enquiry box. |

Thanks. Book a One-way ticket. Those who book 'return tickets' are those who intend on returning at a later date. |

mysticken: I just submitted my study permit and pay fee yesterday online and I didn't add my transcript b'cos didn't collect it although it's a apprenticeship program I am going for but I want to know if it will affect my application and how do Canada embassy verify national diploma certificate I don't know much about this but i'll add somethings: - did you explain the lack of a transcript in your Statement of Purpose (SOP)? - did you explain the reason for going for an apprenticeship program even after you have a diploma certificate (i'm guessing this is what the transcript is for) in your SOP? If you did explain, then I think you're okay - i'm saying what is in bold lettering, out of a very limited experience. So please wait for someone who has a better understanding of these things. I don't know how the ND certificate is verified or if the lack of a transcript will affect your chances of an approval. |

@thaiwo I'll suggest you first ask yourself this question, when you've gotten an answer that you're comfortable with, then draft a rough but detailed Statement of Purpose from your answer and ask someone to proof read it for you. |

johnsonsegxy: Thanks bro. For how long will it take the medical result to be out if i do it let's say Today It depends on where you go for the medical exam. IOM @ Ikeja told me it'd take them 2 working days to transmit the examination results to IRCC QLife Clinic @ V.I told me it'd take them 3 working days to transmit the result to IRCC. They also said they don't do medical tests for visa applicants on Saturdays. Remember: you'll need to call/email the clinic(s) to book an appointment with them before you go. For Upfront medicals, you'll need to print a slip from IRCC website which you'll go with. IOM is more expensive and quicker (as there are few people there per day) compared to QLife - this is based on my experience. For IOM you'll pay before going (use google to know more about this) For QLife you'll go with your ATM card and pay via POS there. Goodluck. |

kerry101: Hello All,
Approval Alert.
Applied sometime in March 2018, myself and parents. Was rejected in May. I came across this forum after my application and after seeing the application documents been submitted by various applicants, it was safe to say although grudgingly that the rejection was deserved. After going through the thread, I updated my SOP with personal goals and aspirations as opposed to being generic in my previous application.
He asked for additional documents to include with the previous submitted docs. I submitted: All IMM forms Sponsor's SOA Letter of Acceptance Statement of Purpose Offer Letter from my work place. NYSC Certificate
He asked for: Payslips CAC Document Sponsor's Letter Visa from US WAEC Certificate Introduction Letter and Study Leave from my work place PPA offer letter during Service.
Submitted June 5th Biometrics June 12 and 13 Medical request November 15 Medicals done on the November 22 Passport request January 10 Dropped passport January 11 Picked up passport January 18.
I (We) prayed and believed God and God did it. I deferred my admission to Fall 2019 so I have some time to keep on working, wait and prepare. Also thanks to all those active members cos I'm a silent one that keep on sharing their knowledge of the process on this forum. God bless you all and all TRV hopefuls will not be disappointed cos God answers prayers. Congratulations! May this be the testimony of others who are waiting and those coming ahead in Jesus' Name! Amen! |

Hi, you and your friend should use Google. Type those words onto Google and it'd bring up web pages you can follow. Also, when one has an assistantship - called Graduate teaching assistantship (GTA) - it means they will be given some amount as a stipend. So don't say "assistantship plus stipend". Also, an assistantship may come with you helping a Professor in a research area, which means you might need to speak to faculty members/lecturers of different schools. kidUrbane: Hello Everybody, Please who has information for graduate studies in geophysics. I want a school that offers assistantship plus stipends. Studied Physics for bachelors with a cgpa of 4.10/5. Currently in the process of registering for GRE. I’m asking for a close friend of mine. Please whoever has credible information on this subject should please help. Thank you. |

Thought so - about the change. I noticed the resolution had reduced, and the pictures were a bit grainy and blurred. I'd recommend Samsung Galaxy S8 or S9 if you don't mind their cost. They have beautiful cameras and a wider range of options to choose from. Originalsly: Hmmm...I did change phone. Was using Sanshng Galaxy S5 all along.....but the Network upgrades was too much for the phone! Got a Galaxy J7 Prime for a visiting friend...which I planned to use after the visit...you should know how that went! Went to get another...was told there was the newer version..the better Galaxy J7 Star. Got it....don't like it. Doesn't give as many options to control the camera settings. |

voguemum: I've read a lot of views and ways to dive into the system from graduates of Accounting, finance, Mbbs, Nursung and the likes when one finally arrives in, either through bridging programs or taking some courses but we've had no information from Microbiology graduates over there or does it mean we'll have to change career path when we finally arrive. Please, if there are any Microbiologist in this thread or anyone who knows someone in that field should kindly speak up and advise on ways to integrate. As there are branches in this field such as quality control/assurance, industrial, environmental, food, virology just to name a few which means there should be a lot of opportunities out there but I can't seem to get my hands on the right information on how to fit in or bridging programs to go for. There ain't much info on Google either so getting an insight from someone already in the system will be much appreciated. Hi, i'm behind you on this. I hope someone gives helpful answers.
