The human body is made up of materials and minerals found on the surface of the ground, and not from the core of the earth. Have you ever wondered why many Christians serve God and are still poor or broke? Hmmmmmmmm. If you're a Christian and yet still poor or broke, this is a word from heaven for you. It is very clear from NT scriptures that God doesn't want us poor. One of the things Christ sacrificed was for us to be made rich (2 Corinthians 8:9). One of the groups Christ was anointed to preach to are the poor (Luke 4:18).

There're two kinds of power as described in scriptures.

1. Power as it is in Deuteronomy 8:18
2. Power as it is in Acts 1:8.

Many church folk thinks when they receive power as in Acts 1:8, they speak in tongues and witness unto the Lord etc they automatically will have wealth. NO! You can receive power as in Acts 1:8, speak in tongues, witness unto the Lord and still be poor or broke. It doesn't mean you ain't gonna pay your bills. Permit me to say, spirituality is not to cover up for reality. Christianity is not an allusion to reality. Christianity is more than speaking in tongues, shouting, jumping etc without getting results. You can go to worship places on Sunday, shout, praise, sing, speak in tongues and witness etc, the reality is that you still got bills and expenses to take care of.

Now, what power is God talking about in Deuteronomy that doesn't equal the power in Acts. The power in Deuteronomy is from the Hebrew word Koach that conveys a meaning to be wisdom, understanding, skill, bodily strength, knowledge, insight, ideas and opportunities.

The power in Acts 1:8 is the Greek word dynamis that conveys its meaning as inherent power, power residing in a thing by virtue of its nature, or which a person or thing exerts and puts forth. This type of power doesn't convey the container or carrier but the power that resides within.

There is a difference between both power. God wasn't talking about power as it is in Acts 1:8 in Deuteronomy because Jesus had not come and be glorified yet for the Holy Spirit to give the power as it is in Acts 1:8, dynamis. So, when God speaks of power to get wealth to you - He speaks of skills, ideas, knowledge, insight, opportunities that will birth you wealth. It has nothing to do with speaking in tongues. Do you serve God and still live poor and can't pay your bills and expenses?

Look around you and stop waiting on God but see God in every opportunities, in ideas, insight, skills etc. God doesn't send the Holy Spirit to rain down money on you - He gives you insights, ideas, knowledge, opportunities etc that will eventually give you money or wealth. Somebody had an idea years back and that idea was to connect people globally via facebook. Today, we speak of him as a wealthy person. Somebody saw the needs in the society, and turned it into an opportunity, today we speak of them as wealthy people. Somebody came up with an insight to put sandwiches together, today we speak of Subway as a wealthy person. It's not enough to have faith, your faith must follow up with a corresponding action. There's opportunity all around you as I speak to you. Don't neglect that idea you had in the past. Don't neglect that opportunity, that insight, that skills. Think and let God's wealth be transfered to you!

This is the Word of Wisdom I received from God at 2:30am this morning, and He instructed me to tell His children. And I beleieve this is a good medium to do so.

This year, the man(elects) must not make some vital and sensitive mistakes or error that could make God ask for the man's destiny from his own hands, the world will push him to make those mistakes, friends will talk him to make those mistakes, neighbors will “convince” him to make those mistakes. Once He cannot identify and be sensitive enough and he goes on to make those mistakes, he alone will face the consequence in the dark of his life.

A vital and sensitive error from a believer could shut out heaven from a believer and might withdraw heaven's resources (Talents, gifts, empowerment etc.) from an endowed and anointed man or child of God. Let us be careful and vigilant because endless prayer or intercession might not reverse the consequences or scars but might only forgive the sin.

Why will He destroy the whole city of Jericho, Cities of Sodom and Gomorrah with burning hails,children of Isreal( that He handed them over to raiders who plundered them. He sold them to their enemies all around, whom they were no longer able to resist)? The same God that loved them.

Why and Why? We should not be emotional or blind our eyes away from one thing they all have in common, that once a man abhors inquity in Him, the same loving and kind God is just and can go to any extent to do anything He wishes?

The personalty of God is never complete if we only discuss about is love but not His anger( wrath) if we are to obey His words. WHy will the same God love and will destroy and kill? Simple He has done everything and everything for men, to sacrifice a whole Man just to save them, then you should know the same God means business and real business.

Rom 1:18,For God's anger is being revealed from Heaven against all impiety and against the iniquity of men who through iniquity suppress the truth. God is angry.

But its unfortunate if God decides to do anything no one can hold him back, wheather His decision seems right or emotionally wrong.

The Bible continually warns of a place called hell. There are over 162 references in the New Testament alone which warns of hell. And over 70 of these references were uttered by the Lord Jesus Christ!

There is Understanding of the words by the words, Understanding of the words by the spirit and Understanding of the words by the reasoning of men, events etc.

1. Understanding by the words by the reasoning of men: It is very easy to fall into heresy, false teachings and doctrines if the words in the bible are understood by the reasoning of men, events, feelings and popular opinion, because the original context can be misunderstood differently per events and time and personal opinion. So Mr. A can understand a sentence and interprete in a different way different from the original context. So to me the version is not the problem but our ways of understanding and interpreting things. This understanding is prone to Large Error.

2. Understanding of words by the words: This is through using materials, dictionaries, literatures, sources etc. Although this often helps and be close to the original context but might also give contrary opinion on personal convictions different from the original intent. This understanding might not fit in or be used in all situations or circumstances, time and events. So still prone to some degree of errors

3. Understanding of the words by the spirit:

The bible says the scripture is inspired by the spirit of God which makes it different from every other books Man has. SO i believe for us to have a correct interpretation devoid of personal interpretation and heresies, false explaination and doctrines then we need the personalty that inspired it to give adequate interpretation and understanding, because everyman can give more than 10001 interpretations to a given sentence from their personal opinions and understanding just to suit.
The word of God is considered life and living because the Holy spirit gives a living understanding of what happened more than 2000 years in the same context relating them to different situation and circumstances of life. Any other man's logic and reasoning will defeat the original context and life
within it.

Then do we then say man has no choice to reason out somethings from the bible? Yes man must reason out everything but through the eyes of faith and understand by the spirit of God. If these two things are not present then we give opportunity for personal doctrines.

I believe Jesus had to use Parables to drive in his point to his audience so that they will understand the context and truth he is trying to pass across. Secondly He understands by the wisdom of God that some of the words He speaks are beyond what the simple man can understand and had not seen before. Taking a look at all this parables he uses those normal and things they know and that happens every day in their society to explain what they don't know and cannot see, so making it difficult for them to doubt but can only believe or reject those messages.
If His Parables were lies and cannot be true or cannot happen, there is no reason for him to tell them because He will understand they will know He is not telling the truth and will get them confused the more. So all the Parables told by Christ might had happened or can happen or is happening at that present time.

Dont let us forget there are two wisdoms highlighted in the scriptures; The wisdom of God and the wisdom of this world.
And the two can not be same. The formal (wisdom of God) can explain the later but the wisdom of this world can never comprehend the Wisdom of God.

The wisdom of God is based on Faith,the Spirit of truth and reality, while the Wisdom of this world is based on mere reasoning and logic and only limited to this world.

So looking at the parables, Christ used the wisdom of God based on the fundanmentics of the truth to make an analogy of what is in this world and out of this world.

ijawkid: The only way stephen was able to see Jesus sitting at the right hand of his Father was either through a vision or revelation........stephen never had a periscope.....

And please stick to the visions and revelations in the bible alone,it would help reduce the many persons who just believe any story they hear because its about heaven......

Be content with the scriptures.........in the past when servants of God were given revelations and visions it was recorded for our sakes.....

Was there anywhere in that bible verse that recorded Stephen was in a trance, vision or revelation? I understand the way you twist scirptures to your thoughts but there is no way you can do this.

When Peter was in a Trance of the unclean animals it was recorded that Peter was in a trance.
John was given a revelation and the bible spelt it out.
On mount of transfiguration when Peter saw Moses and Elijah, the bible didnt say he was in a vision or revelation.

Then why do you have to add to the bible and of call the bible a liar.

Jesus Christ was born as a MAN without a human father hence his divinity , but with a human mother hence his humanity.

He was not a pre-existent angel or a pre-existent God , he is the Son of GOD.

Under normal circumstances , if we wanted to know someone a little more, we will ask him questions about himself/herself and and also their closest friends and family members.

Now , when we apply this simple logic to Jesus Christ , what did he say about himself ?

He called himself Son of MAN , the way the truth and the life, the one who is to come etc , but he never once called himself GOD or an Angel.

What about his closet friends and family , they called him the Messiah, Christ , God's anointed one, Son of GOD , but never did they speak about a pre-existent Jesus who was either a GOD or an angel.

Even demons who should know better , never once called him an angel or GOD , they always called him Son of the most high.

Scripture is so so simple and yet we have made it so complex that many babes in Christ including some adults are deceived with the volumes and volumes of twisted theology trying to explain concepts that do not exist.

It is time you think for yourself, read the bible for yourself, ask God for wisdom and stop defending the creeds and beliefs of your organisation.

This is not what we want, we want truth which is in JESUS .

Jesus Christ is a glorified ADAM , the Lord of Lords , King of Kings, our High priest and saviour.

Frosbel I told you to discard the word LOGIC when explaining the things of God they are beyond human knowledge and God can not be calculated and subjected to human philosophy, law and order please.

Then if you still want to hang on that then you have to prove by logic. How is it possible for God to have a Son, is He married or does He have a wife? By human logic a man can not give birth alone without insermination of any type.

Show me in the bible where it was written that God conceived Jesus for 9 months before you referring him has Son of GOD?

How Logicically can a spirit pass through a woman's fertilization organs and make her conceive?

Let us start with these first.

How possible is it for stephen to have seen Yahweh and his son sitting @ his right hand all the way from the earth if not through a vision or a revelation??.........eh??.....

Its because of not being content with the scriptures that many believe that in hellfire,satan is with a pitch fork stabbing the hell out of hellfire occupants and that MJ and pope john paul are roasting seriously under that condition.........

I know you just do religion which i understand very well. You have no close experience with christ. So you are saying that God can not do anything He wishes to do to anyone He chooses.
Was it recorded that stephen was in a trance, seeing vision or revelation? You are not been truthful i tell you and you know it. The best of our thoughts are not near to God and He is an unquestionable God.The bible says His ways are not ours.
If God decides to do anything 100000000 Ijawkid can not stop Him. That is the reason why He is God or his your God stoppable?

I read your article and i must say that the Test of our christian faith sometimes could shake our believe in Him and could also make us ask questions of our salvation.

1 Peter 4:12-13:
"Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you; but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ's sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy."

"My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience." (James 1:2)

But sometimes these trails comes for us to learn somthings about 1. God 2.Ourselves 3. Our environment. Also to equip us and strengthen us for other stage or phase of life. For sure God is not unaware of this silent times, but during this period we are refined like Gold (1 Pet 1:7) to be the best if only we allow him to cruise the Ship of our lives.

2 Corinthians 12:9-10
Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong."

To share it as testimony and encouragement to others that might be passing through what we have passed through so that their faith will be strong.

Lastly we should do more of encouraging ourselves in faith and elightening each other rather than killing ourselves with words.
