If you weren't really daft you'll never make a claim of ”objectivity" and before you spout the "neither are you" retort, it would interest you that i didn't make that claim as i tacitly admitted my bias, my reason why and my resort to using logical reasoning to make deductions, theories and conclusions in that order!

With what you said and what I believe, my assertion is that they are people who try to twist the Holy books ( Quran, Bible) just to sooth their own believe so that their followers will be loyal to them ( this is the case of these Sunni and shiite issue) like and like other Christian churches too. Talk about Catholic, Anglican and pentecostal churches whereby they all have different doctrine, in which they go against each other.

In christianity, it takes the form of a theological debate, in islam, sunni's would kill you rather than debate with you and that is why there is so much death and destruction, shi'ites historically radicalized and became militant to protect themselves from sunni's when debating theologically stopped being an option
