sonmvayina: Then why would they be arguing if they had the gospels?
We argue because we all have different understandings of the gospels and just about all else we argue about. And if you seek deeper you'd find that's because we all don't 'see' the same gospel or anything else we look at.
The brain is to blame. We all have one, which, without training, registers what one sees but ignores what others see.
MaxInDHouse: How long will you continue to be deceived by Orthodox physicians?
Blood transfusion is no longer in use!
Go and confirm in advanced countries!
It's a pity we have to bring the schooling to you.
Key facts
Of the 118.5 million blood donations collected globally, 40% of these are collected in high-income countries, home to 16% of the world’s population. In low-income countries, up to 54 % of blood transfusions are given to children under 5 years of age; whereas in high-income countries, the most frequently transfused patient group is over 60 years of age, accounting for up to 76% of all transfusions.
Based on samples of 1000 people, the blood donation rate is 31.5 donations in high-income countries, 16.4 donations in upper-middle-income countries, 6.6 donations in lower-middle-income countries and 5.0 donations in low-income countries.
An increase of 10.7 million blood donations from voluntary unpaid donors has been reported from 2008 to 2018. In total, 79 countries collect over 90% of their blood supply from voluntary unpaid blood donors; however, 54 countries collect more than 50% of their blood supply from family/replacement or paid donors.
Only 56 of 171 reporting countries produce plasma-derived medicinal products (PDMP) through the fractionation of plasma collected in the reporting countries. A total of 91 countries reported that all PDMP are imported, 16 countries reported that no PDMP were used during the reporting period, and 8 countries did not respond to the question.
The volume of plasma for fractionation per 1000 population varied considerably between the 45 reporting countries, ranging from 0.1 to 52.6 litres, with a median of 5.2 litres.
MaxInDHouse: When God established the nation of Israel as His organized worshipers there are millions of people throughout the earth faithfully searching for the face of the true God but there was no organized form of worship so the nation of Israel stands as the organized people worshiping the one and only true God.
Anyone reading this might want to wonder how this so called "nation of Israel" is what God established, especially as we know they were constantly at war and were sacked and plundered and its people enslaved lots of times and today practise apartheid. They definitely were not organised, least not enough for the different factions of Samaritans and Pharisees and Sadducees etc not to exist.
MaxInDHouse: In Christianity Jesus (Our new highpriest) didn't initiate tithing so there's no need practicing it among his disciples!
The only difference between tithes and donations is the congregants willingness to pay and the proportion of what they pay. Organisations will collect which they can or go bankrupt.
Can't believe I left this your thread alone for so long Max.
MaxInDHouse: @Budaatum I have deleted you completely in my diary so please don't quote me again because i will not respond no matter what you type. Goodbye!
I'm not quoting you for a response, nor are you the only reader here.
I'll quote you whenever I want to Max, regardless of your diary.
I have always found this definition of atheist not believing in deities, to be absurd and ridiculous, however one wants to connote believe to mean "TRUST" or "FEAR", as it completely misses the fact that as far as anything is concerned, atheists do not believe, period. That said, culture, so I forgive, for despite many claiming to be atheists, one can't fail to notice religious residue in many. Worse for the Christian though, who merely believes God exists but does not know whether God exists or not, probably because their believing got in the way of their asking and seeking and knocking with all their hearts and souls and minds and beings until they find understanding.
I am an atheist. I do not believe that gods do not exist because I know that gods do not exist. I also know that all gods are and always have been stories we read of in books, and that some choose to believe those stories to be real, like believing Tom and Jerry really exist[ed] somewhere.
What does exist is the books we read to learn about the gods we are given. And thankfully, its a big book, a complex book, a book where every single word could mean lots of things and sentences even moreso, and so prone to be debated and discussed and debated so growth may occur. And not only do we Nigerians have one single book but two! Both in foreign languages.
We are indeed at the believing stage, and have only in my lifetime progressed into the reading stage. And here we have the writing stage developing, along with the use of the mind stage which it promotes. We will someday leave behind our childish beliefs and progress to the knowing stage someday, for only those who know can say 'let there be light' so light is, in Jesus Mighty Name Amen.
Max, I hope I do not need say I fear no man. For man can only kill the body, not the soul.
IjeBos: Fact Check 1.) Wisconsin was a heavily Republican state with a Republican Gov., supermajority Republican Legislature and Republican controlled Supreme Court until Dem. Evers won in 2018. During that time they passed stricter Voting Laws including a strict Voter ID law. https://pbswisconsin.org/news-item/the-life-cycle-of-wisconsin-election-ballots/ 2.) Wisconsin has a law that ballots can't be counted until election day. So generally when the polls close at 8pm election day the volunteer poll workers must process all the 3.4 million votes cast in that election. 3.) Dems usually live in big urban centers/cities. And since votes are cast/counted on a county level, when those Dem counties come in they have a lot more votes and generally swing the vote tally much more than the small red country Republican districts which dribble in. 4.) There were multiple recounts in WI, led by Republicans. No fraud was found. "Biden’s victory by nearly 21,000 votes has withstood recounts, multiple state and federal lawsuits, an audit by the nonpartisan Legislative Audit Bureau and a review by a conservative activist law firm, the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty." https://apnews.com/article/2022-midterm-elections-wisconsin-lawsuits-presidential-16d90c311d35d28b9b5a4024e6fb880c
Basilico counted 2000 mules and dump won. He just can't convince us to accept his version.
MindHacker9009: That even science is whiteman's witchcraft. I used to hear this before but thought it cannot be, but now I have come to realise that to come up and make for the first time some of the things we use today is beyond just education and research. If not with all the universities we have today in Nigeria Nigeria too should be sending spaceships to the moon. But African's supernatural powers are only used for wickedness and to tie people down.
"Some of the things we use today", like cars, generators, bridges, telephones, defibrillators?
The quality of your witchcraft matters, and the white man's seems based on the proper use of the senses to learn, while most Africans have not yet discovered their eyes.
When we do discover our senses - and we will one day - greater things than have been done shall we do.
What would you call Obi if he behaved like dump did?
Nigeria's Appeal Court has rejected challenges to Bola Tinubu's narrow victory in February's presidential election.
After an almost 10-hour verdict, judges said the petitions by his two main challengers were without merit.
Both Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party and Peter Obi of the Labour Party had alleged widespread fraud.
Despite the election challenge, Mr Tinubu was sworn into office on 29 May.
The election was the most fiercely contested since the end of military rule in 1999, with three strong candidates for the first time. Mr Tinubu won with 37% of votes cast, against 29% for Mr Abubakar and 25% for Mr Obi.
basilico: They confessed right.Makes a difference when there is no body.
You obviously lack the ability to understand I chose two where the confessions were untrue to show you why we just don't take people's word for it and why evidence is important bas, but I guess you at least try a tiny bit harder than stupid idiot who doesn't even acknowledge a brain is in his own head.
This is like saying black me is incapable of ruling black myself, and was an excuse used by some to keep us in chains working on their farms while our women were impregnated to breed kids for sale.
Pray tell, are you incapable of ruling yourself or are you not "black man"?
Incidentally, similar thinking was what kept Adam enslaved in the tiny Garden of Eden until Eve proved otherwise and freed them from slavery and they went on to be self-employed and populated the earth, we read.
Gerrard59: Of all the countries that have developed rapidly, there had one thing in common: one-party systems or years of brutal dictatorship but characterised with economic development. Cultural traits of the racial or ethnic groups play a significant role. Still, for any country to rapidly move from poverty to at least middle-income status, she needs to embrace capitalism and have a party that enacts policies for the betterment of everyone. For these policies to stand the test of time and show results, the party needs to be in power for a long time.
The West had centuries to fine-tune things. That time no dey again.
We have had our "one party" dictatorships under military rule, and that did not work for us. And nor would I think we are willing to pay the blood price that the likes of Mao and Stalin and Pol Pot demanded, nor are we stupid enough to want to fight the wars and battles to get such people to lead us.
Democracy works for intelligent societies who are capable of organising themselves and planning, and we just are not yet there. Thankfully, democracy is educational too, as it swiftly imposes the consequences of our choices on us so we can see if we chose good or bad and decide which we want in the future. No other form of leader selection gives this opportunity to rechose a few years after a bad choice, and in some instances you'd be stuck for the lifetime of the chosen.
It may seem slow, but evolution is not like a day being a thousand years, so patience is required to work democracy and see it's benefits.
The stupid idiot can't claim no "seditious conspiracy" no more.
Rising to speak before the sentence was handed down, Tarrio called Jan. 6 a “national embarrassment,” and apologized to the police officers who defended the Capitol and the lawmakers who fled in fear. His voice cracked as he said he let down his family and vowed that he is done with politics.
“I am not a political zealot. Inflicting harm or changing the results of the election was not my goal,” Tarrio said. “Please show me mercy,” he said, adding, “I ask you that you not take my 40s from me.”
U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly, who was appointed to the bench by Trump, said Tarrio was motivated by “revolutionary zeal” to lead the conspiracy that resulted in “200 men, amped up for battle, encircling the Capitol.” Noting that Tarrio had not previously shown any remorse publicly for his crimes, the judge said a stiff punishment was necessary to deter future political violence.
“It can’t happen again. It can’t happen again,” the judge repeated.
Tarrio and three lieutenants were convicted in May of seditious conspiracy and other crimes after a months-long trial that served as a vivid reminder of the violent chaos fueled by Trump’s lies about the election that helped inspire right-wing extremists like the Proud Boys and the Oath Keepers.
basilico: Back from the bot ban. I like your reasoning. When it's a case of Trump saying he won elections he has to prove it to you by presenting unrefutable evidence. Video evidence of fraud.. Ruby Freeman, 2000mules etc not enough. But a murderer only needs circumstancial evidence to be found guilty.
And that your misunderstanding makes sense to you Basilico? The cases below are why evidence is required for murder convictions. And yes, dump can't just say he won and we all just take his word for it without seeing credible evidence.
In October 2001, in Neuburg an der Donau, Germany, Rudolf Rupp [de] vanished. He drank excessively, and was not well-liked. His wife, their two daughters and the elder daughter's fiancé all gave police confessions and they were convicted of manslaughter, or being an accomplice to manslaughter. There was no physical evidence of a crime. In 2009, Rupp's car—and his body—were found in the Danube, seemingly having got there after a collision. A retrial was held in 2010.[23] All the original convictions were quashed on the grounds of insufficient evidence.
In spite of advances in forensic technology, the possibility of the supposed victim turning up alive remains. In 2003, Leonard Fraser, having allegedly confessed to the murder of teenager Natasha Ryan, was on trial for this, and other murders, when she reappeared after having been missing for four years.
pansophist: But sadly, I can say that nigeria is fully in the hands and clutches of the imperialist. The biggest scam evil will play is to pretend it's not there. It's there, and if you have eyes, you can see it.
I do not see that Nigeria is fully in the hands of imperialists. I am assuming imperialists are not Nigerian, do correct me if I am wrong. We Nigerians are far too openeyed than to allow some foreign imperials to take our wealth from us, and we are far too greedy to share.
pansophist: Appear weak when you are strong, and strong when you are weak — The supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting. If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles.
Sun Tzu.
It's all over Christian teaching too, but impatience ensures negative passivity is all that's seen and not it's power.
Now, if only we all go learn to organise in China instead of in UK, Nigeria might be greater.
pansophist: The ultimate victory is one which is won without a fight - Sun Tzu
This, Sun Tzu and all other knowledge China has evolved through its over 2000 year history, is what the Western world seems to ignore much.
It's like they consider China like the India and Africa they wrote history for, and at a time when India is considering a name change. I can just about see China delighting in the fact it is underestimated.
I'm dreaming of building a 13900 but can't think why to pair it with an unaffordable 4090, and I'm considering the 7950X. 14th Gen would arrive before I decide I guess.
bemeruca: Mumu you can defend people or things by making excuses and lying on their behalf. With a head as big as yours one would think this will be easy for you to understand.
MindHacker9009: I still don't believe these kind of stories too, as there are no chams that can stop any bullet. But still there are demonic activities that happens which can only known by experiencing it.
So why present it here when you don't believe it already?
MindHacker9009: I made reference to MaxInDHouse post as it made me remember a friend of mine telling us that when he was still very young that he used to live in a house his uncle rented to the Army and that there was this soldier that keeps a snake in pot under his bed in his room and when his in he calls them in his room and he will start playing with the snake. My friend told me he told them that his mum took him to someone to get a charm for protection when he was about to join the Army during the Nigeria/Biafra war so that bullets will not penetrate his body. My also told me the guy does gets into fights with his superior officers and they used live ammunition on the guy but it does not enter his body and the guy shows them all the place they shot him when he get into a fight with his superior officers which has some weird marks and then the guy starts rubbing it with something and the marks will go away. I did not see this myself so I'm not sure if this really happened or not.
I did not see any of this and I still know it can never happen.
