HappyPagan:He would love it. I'd love it too. Be good telly.

Got something to hide?

Kukutenla:Those bills he signed positively affect "security, economy, peace and unity". If we have electricity we will see the thief and unknown gunmen coming. The thief and unknown gunmen might not even need to exist if they have electricity, because they'd either be in their houses watching Man U beat Anyanwu National or bbtacha's boobs or using it to do their business, and if I'm in school I will not even need to be a thief or an unknown gun person because I'd be too busy getting value for my student loan. |
nairalanda1:I should not have to be paid peanuts because of rurals! I got loan to pay back for the skills I bought that they are paying me peanuts for! It's because of this cheap NYSC labour that Nigeria wages are derisorily low. We are worth lots more than what they currently pay which is why Nigeria is rural to UK that is stealing our doctors and nurses and teachers by paying them more. Rural schools will just have to hire skilled teachers and doctors and nurses and so forth at the appropriate rate instead of using unskilled and underpaid labour that they recycle every year! Just as you would not tell the brewer or baker or butcher to charge less in rurals, so too must you not expect me to sell my skills for less because of rurals. I am very aware that my task of convincing you or anyone else that you are worth more and deserve a living wage is going to be an uphill struggle. This my aluta continuatas.

Kukutenla:And would like to see the better Nigeria instead of dreaming about it in advance. Love Tinubu's electricity bill and student loan bill and petrol desubsidisation. If he scraps the employers wage subsidy called NYSC he will become my current god.

LordReed:As Unknown said, he is trolling to seek attention, and is best ignored, is what I think, or ridiculed for being stupid. He might as well go walk naked in the street for all the special he might be feeling, because, unfortunately for him, this just discredits anything he says in the future, and all he's said in the past too. You just watch people link his future threads to this rubbish. |
This is like Inter Milan claiming Man City did not beat them and win the UEFA Champions League, while Man City is jubilating in Manchester and planning to win next year. Dump did it too, claiming Biden did not beat him while Biden is preparing to beat him again. Sore losers, some people are, and it's rather very shamefully disobidient! And yes, I am an Obi supporter, hence the below, and it pains plenty me that Tinubu beat us. As for those who would claim the beating is not fair and square, well, next time you too win unfairly and unsquarely if you can.
|
Since they are taking our doctors and teachers, they still are seeking our help. |
Shame on us. Kyrgyzstan is selling education, while we are perpetual buyers. |
And this, despite Saudi Arabia reducing output by one million barrels a day. Makes me think, oil oil everywhere and far too much to fill my tank!. Good thing Nigeria has found a new outlet for its crude oil in Dangote's refinery, or we'd have ended up drowning in our unsold crude oil.

I did not know Tinubu is a Jew. Thankfully, the loan is not compulsory, and you don't need to take it if you don't want to. Below is a more intelligent and better considered view, for comparison. CodeTemplar: |
Basically, the loan will make students more responsible? I must agree, since most wouldn't take loans for what they see no benefit in. This is a going to effect a psychological change. Instead of going to burn their parent's money, students will be burning their own future earnings, so would likely choose more wisely how they burn it. Students will also better hold the school to account for what it is they are paying for, which would increase the quality of the education they receive. And if lecturer strikes add to the cost of the loan, God help that lecturer (provided the lecturers are adequately compensated for their service, of course). |
happney65:We do see, and because he is so deranged, we mostly avoid him in case it's infectuos. |
Tinubu has signed a student loan bill, so there's no more reason or excuse not to go to school to learn instead of sprouting this sort of rubbish that just makes you look and sound stupid. |
JagabanBorgu:In my town in Osun State, the program was cancelled and no money was disbursed when the person organising it was informed that people were paying for land they never had to show to collect the money. He was the local councillor, but got sacked because he was not corrupt enough to give them the money without checking they would make good use of it and would not likely pay it back. They were mostly like the person I just responded to above. |
NobleSeed:Of course some of you will still run away with the loan despite guarantor. It's not like some of you would mind your parents being hassled for a loan you took but never intended to pay back. But we thank the gods that not everyone is like you. Some people respect themselves and their parents enough not to cause distress for their parents and will pay the loan back. The rest of you we will just count as loss and cost of doing business having limited your sort by making it not so easy for you to swindle the government. And of course it will be the last assistance you get from the government or banks as you will never ever be able to show your face again to collect a bank or government loan or assistance. |
Sounds like your dog has what seun's dog has. Consult him. He might have found a solution https://www.nairaland.com/7712012/dog-slowly-crashing-dont-know |
NobleSeed:You just shut your mouth and still nonsense finds its way out. The sole purpose of requiring a guarantor is so your yahoo is in vain, and that's why you are here opening your mouth to cry loudly. Pẹlẹ sorry that they've made your yahoo harder. Meanwhile, consider not shouting. |
Senioreddy:The op said "recommend", and not the "appoint" that you conveniently changed it to! He said only the governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) was handed the responsibility of recommending someone to take up the position of the NDIC managing director. If the governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria is recommending, it must be to someone who does the appointing, and I'd expect that to be the president unless you know otherwise. |
seborrhic:Hopefully, they'd scrap NYSC too and pay people what they are worth, instead of subsidising employers at the expense of employees. |
NobleSeed:So, because we have not, according to you, chased those who stole public funds in the past, we should now make it easier for public funds to be stolen? Yep, that makes loads of sense. Next time there's an election, perhaps elect a a better stealer of public funds so he can let you too so easily steal public funds. There's loads of them in jail already. Just choose one from prison and make him or her your president please. It's democracy after all. You can vote a president who lets you eat the national cake for free and with no payback. |
richidinho:We are not China, and Chinese do not give loans without collateral and guarantor. China is a communist country, where communal responsibility is a thing, as opposed to us who would claim to be a capitalist country. Perhaps when we start chopping off the heads of corrupt politicians and government officials, we too might be trusted to pay back what we owe, but until we have our Mao and our own Communist Revolution, collateral and guarantor is for capitalist us.
|
richidinho:Many people got agriculture loans and never paid back. We were once asked to form a co-op for cassava loans. Lots of people joined only for me to discover those running it were not even farmers, and were padding it with us who were to give them credibility. I later found out this was cassava loan 2.0. First time they did it lots of people ran away from town because they could not pay it back having never had land nor planted cassava. Personally, I don't understand how people expect a savvy Tinubu (you have to be savvy to have had to forfeit in America what it's claimed he forfeited), not to put hoops in place so he gets our money back plus profit. To impact people, those who took loans must pay it back. |
mrvitalis:How can certificate be guarantee, when you'd collect your certificate after you graduate and before you start paying back the loan? |
I doubt people quite understand that the purpose of student loans is so universities can be properly funded. Of course fees will increase, since current fees do not cover current expenditure, lol. Besides, its a profit making business too, you'd find https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Qpji1TNUMk https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5DnV6c2z_5Q |
So they have someone to chase in case you do a runner. They need someone to hassle if you don't pay. You're after all not expecting them to trust you'd pay after graduating, or are you? Jaguda is not that gullible, I think. |
sonmvayina:It's called lens flare, but I think you need to be older than 12 to understand it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OaHVdA8KLtw |
Finally, and after 8 years of City:Skylines, CS2 will arrive on October 24. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eC-gjyvUvGQ |
lhordspy:Ops eye is not paining him enough, or he would have gone to an optician so he can see. |
XAUBulls:It's actually being filled by immigrants from Europe, especially non-EU, and from Nepal, Kazakhstan and South Africa. Indians and Pakistanis immigrants tend to go to school where they learn to become UK prime minister. |
