Some will be, but the smaller states will still elect the same Republican Senators and some seats are so heavily gerrymandered they'll stay the same.

A small backward state like Mississippi has the same number of senators(2) as a huge state like California.

Noem was a governor of ones of those states. That should tell you everything about the people voting there.

Well, for what it's worth, recall that I said a personality issue, the word mental was used by someone else. And to my limited understanding people who have difficulty or uncertainty about their sex certainly have some issue with identifying personality. I did not mean it as any insult.
