basilico:You insist the overbearing is about what you can "buy" in EU when the overbearing is about what you can import into EU. And if you knew anything about bananas and such likes, that they deteriorate in quality quick, you just might understand the importance of guidance for banana importers. We wouldn't like you to pack Grade A bananas at source only to be arriving at our ports with 'this is not fit for human consumption' grade, and if you were smart you'd heed the guidance instead of thinking we'd allow you to sell crap in our shops and poison our people! Below is about what you'd call, the overbearing EU Commission's standards for beans. Or at least the consequences of you ignoring it.

AmazonTopaz:It's close. Maybe the win of the more evil will wake them up like drumphgt awoke America. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2022/apr/11/french-presidential-election-macron-le-pen-melenchon

basilico:First, not "buy", but that can be imported into EU and sold. Second. Did you miss the "I should note here two things: One, that I am hugely biased against the very idea of the existence of the European Union itself. I think it’s a bad idea and everyone should leave"? Do you think it is wrong for EU to have standards for bananas imported into EU? Should EU let you dump any banana you want in EU? Do you think UK abandoned standards for banana after it left EU? When you are full of kraken, bas, all you'd see is bamboo. But if you decide to open your eyes and look, here's another view.

MaxInDHouse:Well nature (what is perceived by us as nature and nature itself) has everything to do with thoughts in our minds, because we think about the nature we see around us, as intelligent creatures each of us have his or her own personal trait developed through our own individual experience of the nature around us, we only change due to convictions brought on when nature imposes itself on our perception and compels us to want to or forces us to change, as shown in the equation below. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newton's_laws_of_motion So unlike unintelligent creatures that can not think nor reason each of us is responsible for our own actions, and our nature, and our behaviour, and whether we burn in hell or go to heaven or just turn into manure. MaxInDHouse:And to learn and have one's own thoughts changed too, max, unless one is the only righteous know it all here and the rest of us are damned.

basilico:Turkey is begging to join EU! |
Ibime:Well, time, I guess, will tell. |
I think I saw a guy called Vettel but he retired!
|
Ibime:Sakozy may have made such a claim in a member state where islamophobia wins votes for Le Pen, but most European leaders can not claim Turkey can't join Europe because they are Muslims and Islam never stopped them joining EU groups in the past. In fact, Europe would be glad to have them inside. |
Imagine! Russia pays it's debt to its enemies, lol. http://country.eiu.com/article.aspx?articleid=862006669&Country=Russia&topic=Economy&subtopic=For_2

sanpipita:I was hoping they would have and show their stupidity. |
synw:Not paying attention, despite the associated ignorance being our greatest problem. Thanks synw. |
StAmbrose1:Not really. It's not as if that one shop would have to find the cash to pay the 300m, and there's not likely to be many at the same time. Delay would likely be due to checking the authenticity of the win, and the winner. It's not like it's 30k after all, so we need id and bank details, please so we pay the right amount to the right person. And expect delays as our lawyers might also contact you to arrange further payment for the publicity. A more than usual delay, like longer than you'd get paid 3k, will get Nigerians shouting already. |
Soulsymbol99:300m is change to Bet9ja. https://nairametrics.com/2018/07/06/economics-of-sports-betting/

Ibime:This is conspiracy, Ib. The reason Turkey has not joined EU is because they have not fully complied with EU Regulations. They've been let into other European associations in the past despite being Muslims and will be let in this one soon as they comply. For Europe, Erdogan is probably the obstacle, with his erratic economic policies and what seems like illegality.
|
benalvino3:That's the problem they face, who exactly is, themselves. There's the different countries with their different political needs (see current elections in Hungary and France for instance), then there's the disparate citizens in separate nations whom politicians aren't sure how will behave once sanctions hit their pockets. No one wants to be voted out of office for supporting Ukraine afterall. A pretty neat hypocritical dilemma I say. |
AmazonTopaz:See their type. Our local version wan police person bedroom. https://www.nytimes.com/2020/10/27/world/africa/Nigeria-anti-gay-law.html

AmazonTopaz:Supreme Court should abolish RoevWade and let each state decide on its own. It's America, darnit! The land of the free and the brave, If ya don't like the law in one state move to a better one and refuse to buy from states you don't like! Sanctions. Sanction states with laws you don't like with your feet and with your wallet. I so love capitalism. And demallcrazy ![]()

So, we should subsidise fuel to the tune of 1.2 TRILLION naira or more annually, and take loans to cover up the deficit resulting ?Pity this person left. So wise! |
AmazonTopaz:They have no choice. It's a ridiculous law. No different to forcing women to hijab. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2022/feb/09/el-salvador-woman-freed-abortion-law-10-years

ono:You planning to do worse next time perhaps? We might have not believed you'd stoop so low then but we now know what you are.

feedthenation: The anti-Greene challenge was brought by the same groups that unsuccessfully tried to remove Cawthorn from the GOP primary ballot in North Carolina. A Trump-appointed federal judge shut down that challenge, ruling that a Civil War amnesty law passed in 1872 still applies and therefore shielded Cawthorn from being disqualified over his role in the January 6 insurrection.Forgiveness of past sinners implies forgiveness of future sinners. Christ, after all, died for all sins. Lol. The administrative judge already rejected a request for Greene to testify at a deposition. The challengers also demanded that she turn over a wide array of documents related to the 2020 election and January 6, including any emails she may have exchanged with rally organizers or members of extremist groups that were involved in the attack. Greene opposes these efforts.I support her on this though. We may fish through drumpthfs wardrobe but I draw a line here. |
gambojimeta:Court decide my black ass! GQP should defund the police so da MAGat don't get caught! |
basilico:No, bas, you are not getting this right. You bambood it as you usual do and got the kraken that qanon told you to believe thereby blinding yourself completely to the other sides argument. First, the "police problem" they complain about is overpolicing, hence, defund the police and reduce police number. Now, are defund police asking for more funding elsewhere? What for? And why? |
basilico:Google please. I am not your slave nor are you paying for your education. Bas, what is hedging and what are futures? |
ono:How else will she educate the "They were stupid" if she just lets "these people go home to their families"? Do you not believe their stupidity should cost them, or do you just want more stupidity?
|
ono:I saw him as a threat. It's why I plotted to raise the dead to vote for Biden instead. |
gambojimeta:He forgot to remind us that drumphgt too must have therefore also been "goaded on", which just shows he must not be the Commander in Chief. |
Obrigardo:You'd need to understand their motive. Some of them are antidemocratic, and would have loved drumpthfg to be king. They'd do anything to get their hearts desire. |

basilico:A net importing situation is Nigeria. Welcome to debt land! Strong dollar will reduce your exports, as those you export to will need more money to buy what you sell, and there's no guarantee the local market would pay those prices especially if some other country is selling the same to you a lot cheaper, as in, if it cost you less in local currency. That's why we buy more from weak currency China than we buy from America. Buyers can always do without you or find alternatives. Cheap imports into your strong dollar economy will also kill your local producing market (Walmart), because manufacturers will move to where imports come from (Apple). Jobs in both sectors will disappear and employment and discontent will increase, as will your deficit, and your tax revenue will decrease at a time when you'd need more money for social expenditure. And as your debt grows, so will its cost, as more interest will be charged on what you owe. basilico:We do not live in your "ideal world" where anyone buys less and sells more to earn a surplus. In the real world, you'd have countries like Japan that has to import all its energy, and America, both with huge deficits and debt, and your strong currency will be nothing if you are not producing anything because it's cheaper to import. Your tax revenue will decrease too, and you would have to sustain more people with what you have or you'd have riots on your streets, and your cost of borrowing will rise, which will then weaken you currency. You are not the only person in the world, you see. You might be able to pull the shots with say, Nigeria, but countries like Saudi and China that you import from, will peg their currency to your dollar so strong or weak does not affect them much.

Obrigardo:It hurts don't it. I feel polluted after responding to it, but then I feel irresponsible if I don't burst its lies and educate it out of its ignorance. There's readers here who must not be allowed to be polluted by such individuals |
benalvino3:So, all the posts where I say people do sometimes plead guilty to crimes they never committed were not read by you? I wonder then why waste my time responding to you at all!
