They are charging him for 2nd and 3rd degree murder. They dropped their 1st degree charge. I think they are overcharhing him. They should have gone for manslaughter. They have to prove beyond reasonable doubt that chauvin intend to kill floyd even as people were taping everything on their phone.

I am not talking about the law when I am talking about timpa. I am talking about how people die from drug overdose and most times police cannot tell what the outcome will be. They have been trained a certain way. Police does not shoot at a suspects leg, they shoot to neutralize.

Chauvin was not there to kill anybody especially on camera with people watching. He has to do his duties and unfortunately for floyd he has overdose on drugs. Had heart issues with covid.

To say it was homicide is going too far. I don't think chauvin deliberately killed floyd. I think floyd died of OD

The officer followed normal procedure but a simple search on YouTube provide a similar case that lead to death but there was no knee to the neck but clearly at his back. Tony died but no one burned the streets or the media carried the news because he was a white man.

He also had drugs in his system. He was the one that called the police and when they wanted to take him he started resisting which led to his death.

The op's comment is not gospel so I don't see why I should go through it again since I discarded his view as due to limited understanding in my very first post. That is not to say mine is gospel either though, do note. You, though, are focused on the rabbits and the eggs, mere teaching tools from traditions and customs and festivities, and would want me to concentrate on the finger and ignore the moon as you do.

Dig deeper here for instance, and see past rabbits and eggs. Then wonder why such ancient traditions survive through the different Gods.
