Rip to the woman. It was in 2012 when I went to Lagos from Ibadan for a meeting. I'd just alighted at Ojota to cross over and enter BRT to TBS. Then the enforcement of using pedestrian bridges was at a high. But from where I crossed the distance was short, just across 2 lanes then cross the BRT lane and join the queue. When out of no where one long empty BRT bus just started speeding towards me. Within the twinkling of an eye I saw myself between the passing BRT and the railings of the BRT busstop where passenger queue in. That's how everyone was screaming around me while I was saying my prayers. After the long bus passed, I was there left with scars from the imprint of the railings. If not for God, I wore thick jeans trousers and carried my backpack, so my backpack help and so did the thick trousers. The BRT people rushed to me, apologised and took me straight inside the bus without joining the queue. I thought it was over only for later that day and the next time I took my bath for me to... In fact that's story for another day. It's my testimony. It's one among several. God is faithful. He alone is Lord and knows why He shows mercy on whom He'd show mercy on. I concur... School has started in Wuhan city also just in case they consider opening church, let them open school too. I was happy when I asked my neighbour's child 1 + 1 and she quickly answered 2! Access bank may be non-governmental but it's still regulated by government (CBN, ministry of labour, ministry of finance, SEC, NSE, etc) . When Obama came on board he pumped money into banks then because of the economic meltdown they'd been experiencing, many condemned the act because they felt he was helping already rich people and organisations. But look at it (I'm not supporting Obama or measuring up with US) we need to help ourselves look within, Nigeria's solutions can be homegrown. I wish NLC and TUC help out. My fellow Nlders this is a bank which donated 1 billion naira to Federal Government for kovik 1-9 Now sacking 800 workers Slashing other's salaries by 40% I've shares in Access but I'm ashamed by their acts. They acquired Diamond bank and made me close my 2 accounts. The same way they acquired Intercontinental and I also closed that account. They also stopped their branches from displaying the Word for Today devotional for people to collect for free, sad and shameful. Who was it hurting? I was watching on RaveTv and they were interviewing Keppy Ekpenyong and he said when he was younger he used to ride his bike from Lagos to Ife I was wondering why people like adventure and risks.
