ohh gosh this is really getting tiring now. Why does it always has to be about money. What happened to ladies can you marry a man who you love and who loves you back? guy I would marry my man even if he was earning R1K coz money is not everything. I know how it's like to be in lack, and I know how it's like to have plenty. so I have learnt to be content whatever the situation. besides, in a man one must look at his character and ambition, he might be earning R2K today, but the one who created him is not a fool, and I know for a fact that someone's current situation might differ a whole lot in the future. Obviously I cant marry an ambitionless idiot who I can just see that he should be left as he is because he is hopeless, and besides, if I also contribute in the household, that R50K might just have a partner / helper right ?
can I really find a woman like you in this world?!...becus I believe u speak from experience, all d girls av seen here all love money, except you.uer different

Like I said in the earlier post you quoted, it's only the Migrationsamt that authorises whether a visa should be granted/denied. In case, you didn't understand my earlier post, below is how the process works:

When you submit your visa application (and supporting documents) to the Embassy in Abuja, the embassy forwards your application to the Migrationsamt in Switzerland. The Migrationsamt in turn contacts your school to verify your admission claims (and sometimes requests for some documents that can only come from your school) and evaluates (based on the supporting documents you submitted) whether you are "able" (usually, financially) to successfully undertake the proposed study. It is based on this evaluation that they decide to grant/deny you a student visa. It is this decision that is transmitted to Abuja embassy where they print your visa and stick it to your passport (if granted) or otherwise.

So, strictly speaking, the Abuja embassy is NOT authorised to grant/deny a visa application; such action is an exclusive preserve of the Migrationsamt.

Good luck
Good day bro @Santino1;sorry to disturbe, pls I got a mail recently from the embassy requesting for my rentage papers and a student insurance sort of thing,up to 25,000chf accompanied with a letter. of which i have done...but I haven't received any reply from them since then, am a bit tense pls u got any idea of such?

@mako... Well I was just telling kilokeys what it was... Besides the google weather map he posted says -2... I have survived in -11 so how much more -2... He needs to understand no one goes out during work... Schools get suspended and work too... Who wants to drive on ice? Anyway I wont debate here but I just need any Nigerian in Serbia.. I had gotten Ghanaians but I believe Nigerians are there too... And yeah there's fridge in the coldest country... You really think the weather is a ice burg in Europe? Common man haha... Anyway about taking part in the change in Nigeria... What's the change since we got independent... Bro, Nigeria is finished... Nothing can repair Nigeria... The problem is we the citizens, we had lost it.. We are glued to dirtiness corruption carelessness.. If you clean your house, can you trust anyone else not to stain it before you arrive? Imagine we dont have tall buildings everywhere... Why? Because there is no power... If we have 24 hours power, there are people who has money to build 15-20 storey building, besides all the hotels will be gladly happy to build at least 10 storey buildings but who would do that when there's no power. If the power goes off and your in the elevator, or if its even generator and the gen trips off.... What will you be doing in the elevator nd not to mention if your up to 5.... Bro the power is a big issue... By this time we don't have 24hours power... We dont have a train of 1996-2001. They are using train of 2010 in south Africa, we are older than them independently yeah? The train we have in Lagos, how old it is... We dont care about ourselves that's why people are hanging on the train when its moving. There are police who will arrest you in abroad if you train to kill yourself... But in Nigeria, try killing yourself in front of the police station... They won't see you until your dead... There's alot to talk about Nigeria but I dont want to die of hypertension now...
need not to say...Nigeria is apparently a piece of shit!!!

I suggest you get in touch with the school's rectorate. The school is the one processing your visa with the "migrationsamt" (Office of Migration) and it is only when the "migrationsamt" approves/denies your application that the decision is transmitted to the embassy in Abuja, where they issue/deny you a visa.
To provide some perspective: When I applied for the visa, the embassy people told me to check in three month. However, in the fourth week, my school sent me a mail to go to the embassy and provided me with the mail and phone number of the contact person at the embassy.

So, you should contact your admission officer perhaps your school has similar arrangement with the "migrationsamt"

Good luck
pls man...I don't know if u have any idea of such.the embassy said I should check in two months time for my visa;of which I emailed them.then they emailed me back stating that they are not authorized to issue me a student visa...pls if u have any idea about this let me know ASAP. thanks

*smiles, your kind is rare*

Just focus on other things and leave relationship aside for now, you're too young to get married so don't distract yourself , make friends though and get them to know you well but don't ask them out , you'll definitely find one who will appreciate you for who you are . smiley
why do people in Africa view someone who is 18 to 24 years as being young?!...this is so wrong;in western world once u clock 17 yrs,u become a taxable adult,so u certainly can get married depending on ur maturity level not age.pls we should change this mentality.it has made many wax old under their parents...bearing in mind there still young.
