PoliticsRe: Bianca Hires Private Guards For Ojukwu’s House by Callotti:
Danka7777: Usually I don't write this long but had written this on and off during the week, to post on here. Please read carefully and thoughtfully. Don't take sides but let your judgment tell you who is to blame. I had written this in response to this article and forum below.
http://www.punchng.com/news/ojukwus-son-alleges-blackmail-by-family-members/

Here it goes below!
I will advise anyone who doesn't have facts on the late Ojukwu's family feud should not comment or assume what the problems are. I know ojukwu family very well, we are family friends. And many of us who are very closed to this family are in the position to tell you how things fell apart. I will relay to you guys what happened in this family in an indirect way, hopefully narrating this indirectly will make you feel it more. Lets assume that you come from a very wonderful wealthy family, great father, mother and siblings. Your grandfather was a Billionaire who is seen as the patriarch or someone who brought the family name to limelight through his vast business empires. This grandfather of yours trained and spent millions to educate this son of his, who happens to be your father. Your grandfather did all of these with the intent that these business ventures of his would be looked after, expanded and become a generational-type of business. Out of the blue when you and your siblings are still in school, trying your best to be very educated and to continue the family legacy of father-to-son business transference, your Dad tells you and your siblings that he is bringing a new wife, a wife much younger than even you his sons; that in the first place is disgusting many of you will agree with me and would automatically make you lose respect for him instantly. Instead, you (the siblings)gave him benefit of the doubt and supported him in marrying this new wife, presumed to be extremely beautiful. Few years later, things begin to fall apart, you father doesn't talk to any of you his children, he stops supporting you in college, in a nutshell, sort of disowned you all( his children) because he now has a new wife and children by her. You and your siblings are worried, everything is falling apart all because of this new wife, who succeeded and convincing your father to cut off contacts and support for his children. You all ended up supporting yourselves in college, and majoring in fields that you knew that if Dad had supported you as his own dad did for him, you wouldn't have majored in those fields. You and your siblings only majored in these fields because you all had to work and support yourselves, knowing fully well that your Dad is a millionaire, the money is there, so what is the problem! Things weren't like this when he was still married to your mom and without this new wife, things only went south when he took in this new wife. To make things worse, this new wife cuts all contacts between you and your father. Even after you have accepted that, yes he didn't support me or paid my way through college but just want to have a good relationship with your father, guess what? That wasn't going to happen. This new wife basically creates a wall between you and father, and because there isn't any of his own in the business, all of his businesses, most passed on from your late grandfather to him have been run down by people who are only there to steal and pillage. To make matters worse, when you are in the country and try to stop by at the family home to say hi to Dad, you are refused entry to your OWN father's house, even when you Dad fell ill and you wanted to stop by and see how he was doing and to discuss plan to get him better treatment, you are refused entry and all discussions made about his health were done without your consent nor that of your grown-up siblings ( in their 50s and 40s.). How would you feel?

In conclusion, how would you feel if these happened to your family? That vibrant and successful family, all of a sudden destroyed, all by the inept decision your Dad made; to take a beautiful bride, all for the selfish interest for the satisfaction of the flesh. Couldn't he had opted to have her as a mistress and not have to bring her into the family and destroyed what your mother toiled for years to build, and equally pillaged your grandfather dream of having a generational-type of business. Today, there is no existing business that your grandfather passed on to your dad. To make things more embarrassing, there wasn't even money to fly him abroad when he took ill. You and your grown up siblings are disgruntled by this and the embarrassment because when things like these happen, the first thing people would ask is: where are his children? Once again you are asking for his children, did he train or financially support his children, instead his priority was in taking a baby doll exquisite wife.

Will continue later. But this is in a nutshell what happened in Ojukwu family. These children are innocent, victims of an irresponsible father (may his soul rest in peace)who destroyed a family because of a beautiful younger woman! Many people don't know in details what happened. These children for the most part had contemplated disowning their father(Ojukwu)even in death but again people would ask, where is his children? The question I will pose back to these people is, did he support these children of his? The answer his No. That's why not all of his children from his first wife came for the burial, even the ones that came, you can tell that they didn't want to be there, there are unhappy by all that happened. Read about Ojukwu's late father, Sir Louis Odumegwu Ojukwu, one of the richest men in Nigeria in the 1950s and 1960s. He was stupendously rich. Ask Dim Ojukwu what happened to all these properties and monies left in foreign accounts by his late father.Read about him. These children you see in the picture are still trying to come to terms what happened to their late grandfather's investments. Link below
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Louis_Odumegwu_Ojukwu

Many of you wouldn't understand this but I speak from having come from wealthy family also and we faced a very similar circumstance. But we the sons took a very crucial steps, that I wish Ojukwu sons would had taken a while ago. We all came back from abroad; four of us, we are professional engineers, we told our Dad, you know what, we are not against you taking a new young wife, we understand you need a woman to keep you company, this is very understandable, we will support you, however, don't destroy this family because of a fresh flower. It took years to build by our mother and equally us, not only you, but again don't destroy all these by a new wife, a woman who hasn't sown where she is trying to reap. Long story short, he thought about it and changed his mind.

Why am I saying all these, because sometimes the children are the victims of their father's poor decisions. And usually when the breadwinner dies, responsible children will fight for their father's properties(their own properties also) to safeguard the wealth of the family. This is what is required of responsible children to do and not run away. All of you saying that Ojukwu children are gold diggers, please think twice, is fighting to keep your father's properties makes you a gold digger? And Imagine, this younger wife(Bianca) hiring private security to ward off the rightful children of her late husband from coming to the family home. This should tell you a little more about her and what her plans were and are.

Some of you will interprete this as if I have something against Ojukwu, NO NO. Ojukwu is seen as a hero in East, as an Igbo, I see him as having played a formidable role in the Biafra war, however the truth must be told.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!
See as you just come open Ojukwu nyansh for NL?

I nor fit shout!
Thank you for letting us know o! YES! It is all Ojukwu's fault. WE ALL KNEW FROM THE GET GO!
It happens all too well in Nigeria. MANY MEN ABANDON THEIR CHILDREN BECAUSE OF A NEW WIFE AND HER CHILDREN.
But, could you stop the in-fighting and let Bianca and her children have the old man's stuff.
You guys are grown, and can make it.
Think of your younger siblings who did not ask to be born.
If you continue fighting. . . it would keep tearing you apart.
Bianca has made her choice. . .just as Ojukwu made his choice.
Finally, your father's property is YOUR father's property.
It would be nice to work for yours. . .even though Ojukwu inherited HIS OWN FATHER'S PROPERTY.
Be men and let the woman BIANCA have the property IF YOUR FATHER OJUKWU NEVER WROTE A WILL.
This is hardly worth it. LET IT GO AND BURY THE HATCHET!!!! NOW.

PoliticsRe: Afrocentric Scholar Chinweizu Dishes Some Hard Truths About Nigeria And Africa by Callotti: 5:56am On Mar 29, 2012
Q: Nigeria , an enemy state?

A: Yes, it was created by our enemies. Lugard was an enemy of the African peoples he conquered and foisted the Nigerian state on. And that state has not changed. It was programmed to be the enemy of the Nigerian peoples, and so it remains. Just think of Bakalori, Odi, Zaki-Biam, the Apo Six. Is that the behavior of a friend or enemy of the Nigerian people? So why should I be advising an enemy creation on how to preserve itself? It's none of my business.
My sentiments exactly!
To whom it may concern please!
God bless America. . . my home sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet home!!!
PoliticsRe: Afrocentric Scholar Chinweizu Dishes Some Hard Truths About Nigeria And Africa by Callotti:
Cool stuff!
Q: Now, how would you assess the present Nigerian society as it is. Are we showing any real signs of readiness to stand on our feet?

A: Nigeria? Stand on its feet? This Nigeria that cannot survive one month without imports? That must be the joke of the century! Can Nigeria defend herself? Can Nigeria defend her territory and population from any attack? If she can’t, what are you talking about? Where is Nigeria going? Nowhere but down the drain and into the sad condition of Haiti. The world is in crisis, you can’t defend yourself, you can’t even grow your own food? All it would take to scatter Nigeria is an embargo from wherever we import all these importables. If they embargo exports to Nigeria for one month will there be any Nigeria left? You are in a disaster if you can’t even survive for a month unless your enemies allow you to eat. The root of the disaster is that you don’t even understand that you are at war and that you have enemies; and you take your imperialist enemies as your best friends!
The imperialists have always been my best friends o!
Africans are their own worst enemies. . . TRIBALISM!
I can tolerate racism in any form. But tribalisim from YOUR OWN PEOPLE? Worse!
Oh boy, speak for yourself.
The devil you know is ALWAYS BETTER THAN THE CHRISTIAN SAINT!

Q: What must Nigeria do to counter these obvious inadequacies?
A: I am not an adviser to Nigeria. If I have any idea, why should I help to sustain this rickety structure by giving it to them? Nigeria to me is an enemy state. So, I don’t see why I should give out any idea on how to preserve Nigeria.
Hmmmmmmm. . .my sentiments exactly!
I did not help nigeria enjoy it's loot, so I can't be part of the nation-builders. Period!

http://www.antaranews.com/en/news/80700/iraq-not-to-invite-non-arab-countries-to-baghdad-summit

Baghdad (ANTARA News/Xinhua-OANA) - Iraq will not invite non-Arab countries to attend the Arab League summit in Baghdad slated for March 29, Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki`s office said in a statement on Sunday.

"Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki rejected the idea of inviting non-Arab countries to attend Baghdad Arab summit," Maliki`s office quoted him as saying during an interview with Iraq`s Afaq satellite channel.

"There will be invitations for international and regional organizations, but we do not see any reason to invite non-Arab countries," Maliki said.

Earlier, Baghdad said it had completed its preparation for the summit and was ready to receive the Arab leaders.

Iraq sees the summit as a significant milestone in its history that would lead the country to play a powerful and positive role in the Arab world. (*)

How is she gonna cope?
It is unfortunate that after crying to the press to leave their father out of 'our' politics, they ironically could not wait to see him six feet under to really feed him into 'our' politics!

What a shame!
All because of money?

Good for her!

On behalf of the family of Dim Chukwuemeka-Odumegwu-Ojukwu (Eze Igbo Gburugburu), I issue this statement to express our profound gratitude to governments, leaders, associations and persons who have continued to pray for the speedy recovery of the patriarch of the family, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu.

I appreciate especially, the solidarity, support and assistance of President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan and the Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. I extend similar gratitude and appreciation to the Government and people of Anambra State. The governors of the other states in the South-East geopolitical zone, the Nigerian media, religious organizations, the Nigerian people especially Ndigbo in Nigeria and all over the world and several other persons and organizations, who have continued to pray fervently for the recovery of my father.

I wish to assure the general public that there has been steady improvement in Eze Igbo’s health condition, having just returned from the United Kingdom where he is currently hospitalized. I thank Almighty God for the improvement recorded so far. The quality of the treatment he is receiving and the prayers of his numerous admirers and well-wishers have been most helpful and reassuring.

However, I wish to seize this opportunity to express the family’s disappointment in the conduct of a few persons who have continued to drag the name of my father into politics, especially at this his most trying moment, when he is not in any position to respond to what is being said or done in his name. In circumstances such as the one the family has found itself in, it is only the natural spokesperson of the family who is my humble self as Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu II, his son, that is expected to speak on his behalf whenever the need arises. Similarly, comments on his specific medical condition or progress are to be made by the hospital authorities who are currently managing his treatment.

Until I left the United kingdom last week, the progress made by my father in his recovery has not developed to the point of his being able to communicate his views and opinions to anybody including myself, orally or in writing. In fact, this has been his condition since the crisis in December last year. It is therefore, in absolute bad taste, disrespectful and unethical for some people to engage in certain political comments and purport to have obtained my father’s consent and approval for such comments, when there is no truth in such claims. It is in the same like manner that the family views certain exaggerated statements on the recovery of my father without the authorization of the medical authorities who are managing his health.

These developments have embarrassed the family greatly.

I therefore appeal to the persons concerned to moderate their comments and desist from subjecting Dim Odumegwu-Ojukwu (Eze Igbo Gburugburu) to political commitments and engagements without his consent especially during this challenging time in his life.

I appeal to all wishers and admirers of my father not to relent in their prayers, solidarity and support for his speedy recovery. By the special grace of God, he will return to Nigeria healthy enough to resume his contributions to national development.

I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

May the Almighty God bless you all.

May God bless Nigeria.

•Hon. Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu II
