I have always known the SE states were rigged massively by LP. In a sane election, not even in America you can't get 99% of votes as they were claiming. Voter intimidation, bullying, lies and propaganda yet they couldn't even get 50% real voters. Out of 176,000 units we've seen less than 1,000 units results flying online since 5 days now. Expecting to win an election when you could only win 2 regions out of 6 is foolhardy. The worst is apart from SE they could get good lead in any other states apart from Abuja.

Apart from SE other areas Obi won the margin were slim. In the NE and NW that really helped Tinubu, he was second in most states. This is all part of APC's plan B. Their plan A has been abandoned. APC is no more interested in winning the election through the polls
APC now intends to win through the courts. The APC believe they have a silver bullet in the mode of the Supreme Court.
This is where the recruitment of Wike comes into play. The APC knows they can't win the election through the ballot. There is no mathematical path for them to win. They have known this for months now, that's why they were trying to get the elections postponed, in order to buy more time.
Since that failed, they moved to plan B: which is to get the Supreme Court to disqualify the winner: Obi on the grounds that ANAP and the Obidients forced INEC to help them rig the election.
If you've noticed, INEC is yet to release the total number of PVC holders ready for the election.
Remember Fashola was asking for the data.
That is the first claim APC will make.
Their second claim will be to disqualify Obi on the grounds that Obi is constitutionally not qualified to be president because he's not the legitimate LP presidential candidate. The other guys who contested alongside Obi will be recruited as witnesses.
The APC will try to use these baseless claims to get the Supreme Court to disqualify the winner, Obi, and declare the runner up: Tinubu, as the winner.
This is why they have been testing court judgments for the past 2 months. Remember all the funny court judgments that the courts have been throwing out there.
All that is to test the mentality and patience of the populace.
This is the plan by APC now.
Forget about the peace accord. Tinubu will not accept the results. He will claim he has been rigged and will head to court to contest the results. He is counting on Wike's closeness to judges, and the CJN. This is why the US has cast a spotlight on the Supreme Court judges. The US is already aware of their plans.

In this context of public office, a leader's performances can be rated on how they met the society and how better they left it. While growing up in Lagos before he become governor Lagos was dirtiest city in the world, he reformed Lawma by introducing PSP thereby making alot of people employed and many millionaires. Before then we normally used cart to throw away dirt. Lagos was notorious for Molue then today we have BRT buses, he started LagBus and BRT. He created KAI, LASSAA his policy with using consultants especially as regards taxes as ensure that Lagos IGR has grown bigger every month for 24 straight years. I'm talking about what I can see and defend and those polices today have added real value to Lagos.

Other governors come up with policies but after leaving the policies are dead either due to improper planning or lack of vision. Look at when Oyo wanted to franchise BRT, they called it Ajumoe buses, Makinde cancelled them because it was majorly meant to immortalize Ajimobi than service delivery. But you can't cancel or rename LagBus or BRT because they weren't named after individuals for cheap publicity. Can you cancel Lawam, KAI, LASSAA, LASEMA, IRT etc in Lagos ??
