That is the first claim APC will make.
Their second claim will be to disqualify Obi on the grounds that Obi is constitutionally not qualified to be president because he's not the legitimate LP presidential candidate. The other guys who contested alongside Obi will be recruited as witnesses.
The APC will try to use these baseless claims to get the Supreme Court to disqualify the winner, Obi, and declare the runner up: Tinubu, as the winner.
This is why they have been testing court judgments for the past 2 months. Remember all the funny court judgments that the courts have been throwing out there.
All that is to test the mentality and patience of the populace.
This is the plan by APC now.
Forget about the peace accord. Tinubu will not accept the results. He will claim he has been rigged and will head to court to contest the results. In this context of public office, a leader's performances can be rated on how they met the society and how better they left it. While growing up in Lagos before he become governor Lagos was dirtiest city in the world, he reformed Lawma by introducing PSP thereby making alot of people employed and many millionaires. Before then we normally used cart to throw away dirt. Lagos was notorious for Molue then today we have BRT buses, he started LagBus and BRT. He created KAI, LASSAA his policy with using consultants especially as regards taxes as ensure that Lagos IGR has grown bigger every month for 24 straight years. I'm talking about what I can see and defend and those polices today have added real value to Lagos.

Other governors come up with policies but after leaving the policies are dead either due to improper planning or lack of vision. Look at when Oyo wanted to franchise BRT, they called it Ajumoe buses, Makinde cancelled them because it was majorly meant to immortalize Ajimobi than service delivery. But you can't cancel or rename LagBus or BRT because they weren't named after individuals for cheap publicity. Can you cancel Lawam, KAI, LASSAA, LASEMA, IRT etc in Lagos ??

I believe a lot of Nigerians who have for years hated and abused the APC have now come to realize that indeed Buhari was a bad market but antecedents and records in office shows Tinubu is a better candidate in this election. I have tried my best to hate on Bola Tinubu but his records and events of the last one month has shown that he's the only realistic fellow contesting and even though he may be a victim of advanced age. His intellectual capacity is not in doubt. I will be voting Tinubu come Saturday by God's grace.

No other candidate has policies they initiated while in government become more sustainable than Tinubu which to me shows that he must have been a listener in his crew. Atiku would have made my cut but that SPV audio and his response put me off.

Sincerely, the job of a President is not to run 100m race. Now looking by antecedents and manifesto for me BAT is more of a realist than either of Obi or Atiku. Although my candidate still remains Kola Abiola and I would be glad to waste my vote on him but should I have to change my mind it would be Bola Tinubu and it has absolutely nothing to do with tribe. 4. You claimed El Rufai doesn't obey court orders, we all have rights to challenge lower court orders but no one can challenge the decisions of the Supreme court. It is that simple.

The law doesn't deal on emotions and mind you the fact that we have a seemingly rubber stamp legislator doesn't mean they no longer have powers to impeach a President. But there are guidelines. If Joe Biden tries what Buhari did, by now he would be served impeachment notice.

Peter Obi as a man, is very conscious of his image right from when he was a youth. This comes from his family blood.


Did you know that Peter Obi's father was so rich to the extent of qualifying as a billionaire today, but guess what? Peter Obi's only sister left all that wealth to become a Catholic Reverend Sister at the Monastery while his brother too became a Catholic Reverend Father, they didn't bother about their father's wealth like many typical Nigerian rich kids, this should tell you a bit about where Peter Obi comes from and the reason for his pious and contented lifestyle even as a privileged person he is.

Sincerely I am getting disappointed at your civility and intellectual capacity. I mean you can handle issues well and elaborate but rather you'll chose to go on the attack mode whenever Peter mention PO. Kudos to you!

Meanwhile, my own person issues with Peter Obi has never been about his personality and yes $2m then and even till date is a big money.. Although I have reasons to believe he didn't steal the money but his explanations are not convincing enough for me. There are certain times one can get misinterpreted. There's no justifiable reasons for paying a contractor in cash. But let's agree no one is perfect.

My only grouse and measure of a leader for me is wealth creation. Personally, I don't rate importers who just are all about importation and wouldn't also aspire to get into manufacturing. The major issue I have is why Obi never went into manufacturing locally looking at all the brands he imports. That for me wasn't good enough and it makes me scared that he can deliver on the promise of changing us from consumption to production which he never did himself.

I'm so happy to hear about his siblings. That's very impressive.

If this is true, then it is clear that Buhari has intelligence that most of the monies kept by Tinubu and APC Govs for vote buying are in the higher denominations(#1000 and #500), so he is now telling them that they have been destroyed. This of course means that they can no longer be recirculated to the public and hence are no longer legal tender. But the old #200 notes can be re-circulated to the public to ease the suffering of people.

Smart move!!!

The Govs know that at this point they cannot continue to use the "people" to pursue their selfish aim of vote buying. The people can use the old #200 notes as well as the new notes. But the billions of naira in #1000 and #500 that were kept will become useless and cannot be deployed for vote buying as voters cannot accept monies that no other person or institution(including banks) would accept.

You didn't read the stories well. Even if the governors have the old notes. This article states that the old higher denomination in circulation would still be accepted. Which means they can still use their old notes. Meanwhile, all our top Presidential candidates are majority shareholders in many banks. We would be deceiving ourselves thinking they can't get these new notes easily.

The Cabals played Tinubu. The first plan was to half the vote from Tinubu's own region by tricking him to go for a Muslim Muslim ticket knowing fully well that south West region is 50/50 based on religion. The Cabals know 80% of Christians in the southwest won't vote for a Muslim Muslim ticket. Ask yourself this question, have you ever seen a Northern presidential candidate pick a Muslim VP even when his region is about 85% Muslim? Now they are putting anti-people policies in place to further cause more damage to APC/Tinubu.

My point is whoever the cabals are, have their own candidate. When last did you see the PDP attack Labour Party on anything whereas APC is always on the Labour party's case now and again when it should be the other way round as it seems LP has gained a stronghold of major PDP States. There is going to be a shocking coalition between PDP and LP very soon.
