No they can't. Military has better tactics and are stronger, but their job isn't to interfare with anything civilian. If our police were raliable, there wouldn't be jungle justice or police handing over a suspect to the military. Trust me.

How can police hand over a suspect to the military? Who's job is it to investigate? Nigeria is a joke and seems our police is the dumbest!

Sometimes our defense sounds like a joke. Have you stopped to ask how 22 able-bodied men were killed. We can technically say 22 defense men went to settle a dispute without carrying arms. It is a nightmare if they were actually with their guns.
