We went for biometrics 25th.
Got visa application sent to DMC mail for both of us.
I decided to just track our profile today
I found out my son's profile still has UPLOAD highlighted and also BIOMETRICS ENROLMENT ON RED.


Do i need to worry?

When you uploaded, did you upload on your son's profile too? And was it accepted, did you print out a copy of the accepted documents for him? If you did all this, try and upload again and see what happens

I will sincerely advice you to take out time to go through the thread since you have lots of time before delivery.
Zero travel history and unemployed doesn't sound good neither do funding account with 10M for it to look good sound any better.

Don't pay for flexi anything. Enter together and your application will be treated as family.

When you successfully pass the border and enter UK then you can cancel the booking online up until 12 noon on the day of arrival. Even if you miss the 12 noon deadline, only the first day booking will be charged. The remaining days booking will be refunded.

You are so right. We can all see how some doctors and hospitals were flooded and they just had to stop accepting international patients.
And again everyone musnt go to Toronto/Ontario. let people explore other provinces.

I applied that I will be travelling with my spouse but right now he's engaged and can't travel Anymore. I want to travel alone. And ofcourse I didn't say I know anyone as we were supposed to stay in a hotel if travelling together but since I will be going alone, I will be staying with my friend. I understand I still have to book hotel so as to avoid plenty explanation of where I'll be staying. The thing now is that most hotel will need you to cancel atleast 2days before arrival or pay, how do one tackle this as I have to have a valid hotel booking to pass through immigration incase if they ask.

Some hospitals do take payment from international patients before arrival. $5000-$10,000 thereabout. So I think the problem will be for people looking for cheap bills. Just get ready to pay with $8000 thereabout for Vaginal birth and ofcourse higher for CS

What is this all about and what does it entail . Who has even submitted something and gotten a positive response. I would love people that are in this stage to kindly respond. Thank you

The request for funds will be contained in an Internal Memo to the GM who will in turn minute it to the Accountant for disbursement. A copy of this memo will be attached to my visa application.

Kindly note that for the other companies, I only intend to present Certificates of Registration and Bank Reference letters (Without their respective bank statements).

I am however considering sending Bank statements of the account where funds will be transferred from.

I think you should just keep your application simple. If one company account demonstrate enough funds, use it. Don't go and scatter VO's dada with plenty documents and explanation they don't even read atimes

So I was at the Vfs center today to check if my passport is ready, but it is not yet with them, it is still at the embassy. The crowd there was really massive, its like everybody is trying to run Away. I wonder why they are still keeping my passport after all BVL dropped since 13th November, please anyone with paper application, how long did it take to return passport after BVL dropped?
Please does anyone have information on how I can request my back fast? I need the passport on Tuesday.

Maybe they decided to do more background checks. They do this very well

After submission, I picked 30th Oct for biometrics not because there wasn't date but because that's when my spouse will be available as we were to apply together.
All the while, I didn't know I put monthly income where they asked for yearly income until the day we finished biometric village people
I came here to ask for any remedy to that.
I immediately mailed them, paid about 2k plus with my card. The responded same day and said nothing can be done about it. Arhhhh
I resorted to prayer as there was nothing I could do. I also had hope and believed that they must have seen people with such mistakes in the past and maybe whoever that responded to my mail can help me update since the bank statement even though not salary based but about that stated amount enters at different intervals from company to personal account. 1M was deposited a day before printing, to personal account just so there will be balnace even though the account is very very active but we don't keep savings there. More like deposit, exhaust, deposit again.

For Abuja, there was still free date for 25th as at when I checked. Lagos date may be in December now. You cam aswell keep checking. Some times, date pop up

Is it possible for one to go for biometrics without international passport cos Passport is with another embassy. She has a copy of the data page. Anyone?

8 weeks is less thank 2months. Wait a little while. Maybe from 2 and half month, you can send them mail
