The sound of "very affordable" is why I'm responding to you. This VO's of nowadays don't want to use ear or eye and see any thing called "affordable" be guided. As for Houston, there are lots of people that offer accommodation services, search well, you will find lots of them and make your choice.

My friend Got his passport back on the 26th after which he got a concluded message on the 16th sept... Alla in all , He was refused. Meanwhile, His younger sister who is married and has 2 kids applied last year with a bank account balance of 980k and 149k monthly salary and the visa was issued. My friend who is the eldest applied with a bank balance of 1.1m bank balance, 180k monthly salary, married with a child applied and was refused. The refusal note is attached ... Justwise and other gurus... Lets have your view.

She simply made a budget to spend more tgan 2months her salary which is a no no. If I don't understand anytging about U.K visa, I understand that you musn't spend more than twice your disposable income.
Your sis could have worked around twice her disposable income since her sis will probably accommodate and feed her.

Try Dubai first before UK.

I think visiting Dubai won't be necessary as she has been to S.A. virgin passports get U.K visa with the right documents and I believe she has enough ties already

You think you did something wrong? No, I don't think so. They believe you can do the vacation somewhere else as U.S is not the only vacation spot coupled with the fact that you haven't travelled extensively. So I will advise you do this same vacation in some other country.

You should write them again since its only by writing they seem to respond.
I think that now you've shown them your proof of pregnancy and they can see your Expected date of delivery, their plan will be to hold onto your application till you deliver then they will request for your passport for stamping . Cunny man die, cunny man bury am

It may be a good time cos walahi, If your application doesn't meet up, they won't even bother with verifying anything. But I've seen a case where after verifying applicants personal statement with bank, refusal still came though the applicant had sponsor and I guess the denial was based on the sponsorship.

You will have to read up to see different hospitals that has been mentioned here, you can go ahead and call them to get updated bills cos most of them has increased their bills.
5months is very ok to apply. If you believe you can't do it yourself and need agent go online and search on Instagram lol.
You don't need someone to send you a letter but you may need a doctor to send you a letter or call to book appointment.

My dad missed his appointment. Can i still use the MRV fee for him or I need a new one? Also, the travel date on the ds160 is October and the available appointment is November 23. Can i still continue with the previous form or I need to fill a new one.

Yes you use same receipt ro book another appointment. Keep checking for early date. If it doesn't come up and you eventually pick a later date, you have to update a new form and re-submit.

Did my biometrics on the 2nd of july
Got a change of status late july (eligibility review and background check in process. )
Now I just received a correspondence letter for the biometrics I did since july. Pls did anyone get this letter n how early or late please. so I can either just forget the process and focus on here. The long timing is really discouraging.

Final decision will come today, tomorrow or next. Let us know how it goes

You can apply now or wait till about 4months, show proof of pregnancy in your application, uou can just tick the family information column where you are asked if each member of the family will be travelling with you. Tick his name as Yes, he's travelling with you. Thats all

@Bahdmahnspin for paper application, you submit your application,passport,supporting documents and do biometrics same time at VFS. So if you haven't done biometrics, then he haven't submitted anything. I will advise you request for your passport and apply for U.K visa but I don't understand what you mean by your uncle wants to take you. Are you a minor? Be ready to demonstrate your own ties so as to get your U.K visa approved after which you can apply for Canada TRV when you're back.

If you've cancelled once, you will no longer be able to cancel again and that option to reschedule will no longer be there

You may have to go through the pages to gather as much info aa possible.
First, you have to know qhat documents are needed, gather them and wither do an online application or paper application.
Atleast it's good you have a valid U.S visa

They may not verify balance but they usually send statement to bank to confirm if the submitted statement originated from them and if its genuine

N:B I already made an appointment with a doctor via phone and included it in my letter of explanation as the Canadian doctors don’t give correspondence. The doctors office also gave me their bill, which was what I used to make my budget.

I guess you have other requirements except Dr's letter. You can send me a PM . The time is short though but its achievable.

For proof of funds please can I use only my dollar account bank statement where I have had money saved in for more than 6 months... very very minimal inflow/outflow as it’s a savings account but a good closing balance, slightly above 10k.

Can I use that instead of my naira salary account bank statement as the naira account closing balance is very low at the moment. Please is this okay?
