litigator: can't stop laughing |
You create noise pollution and could be penalised for that. Why not tune down the music, your rights as a person ends where another person right begin |
seanwilliam:The first question you raised depend on the nature of the insurance and what the insurance tend to insure. I will suggest you upload the document (insurance) so we could evaluate it. On the second question you raised, well I'm not a television technician but should a purported insurance claim to cover the specified damage or not as long as you got the appliance from an authorized dealer it's best you return the appliance back to them, should you take the TV to a road side repairer or "an expert" that is not authorized, the moment such repairer in (extreme case) lose the screw your warranty or insurance becomes automatically void and of no effect. It's for this reason among others I suggest you take the appliance back to the dealer. I believe the insurance is intended to cover the cost of damage to screen and not problem related to power surge but I WON'T speculate why I suggest you send a copy of the insurance (if possible) and a copy of the product "warranty" so you can know your stance and how best to go about it. That is if you fully covered or if you have to make part payment as cost of repair. |
seanwilliam:Power surge of #1500 would have prevented it |
MrBrownJay1:He has said it ALL. There is nothing else to advise |
divine5f:I reside at Abj would have holla but "rich guy" as a condition raise an eyebrow of a parasitic relationship. Are you "rich" ? , Well if you" rich" as well then it would be nice because no one wants a leech even Dangote. That aside, what do you have to bring to the table? I don't mean sex that is overrated and common, are you skilled? |
Flytime:But the problem is "they dunno" |
Security: I will go for Rott apart from it been vicious the size is intimidating. No offence to Pit bull but should one with confidence rub the center of Pitbull head (or without necessarily doing that) Pitbull would be nice and would calm down, this is definitely something you can't or would think trice before doing with a Rott (except maybe you the owner. Sale: Both should be relatively easy to sell off. Pitbull is popular among celebrities so people will want to go with the trend while Rott is popular (largely for security reason). One can sell of both easily. I own a Rott but have never own a Pitbull |
Herbephe1:No all the entitlement and privileges accorded by any legislation CANNOT be withheld. If the defector is a legislator then he/she will immediately lose all his/her entitlement/privileges but that is not the case if the defector is a member of the executive arm. I modified my initial post for the purpose of clarity. |
The interesting thing is that the Governor CANNOT sack the deputy governor. I see a replay of what happened between OBJ and Atiku. Modified: ( Due to mention) In Atiku Abubakar v AGF & Ors the court held inter alia that the President CANNOT and DO NOT possess the power to declare the office of appellant vacant or to withdraw is security details. (Inclusive of all entitlement, privileges up to his security detail). While the court frown at floor crossing (decamping) however, when it comes to executive the court may register their displeasure but the individual floor crossing is protected because the constitution did not state any effect on floor crossing by executive but when it's legislature, the legislator who is floor crossing MUST lose his legislative seat although there are 2 exceptions that such a legislator won't lose his/her legislative seat. |
Is that Onyi22 ? |
... kindly upload the pic of the leg, it will give an idea of the current state of health |
RedPhoenix:The insult wasn't needed. He didn't insult you. Generally, you would have a better view of things if you can weigh both options / ideas and decide where the truth lies. It's am important life skill |
I know excanny has spoken to you but somehow I still feel someone is about to be scammed |
Corporate2020:You have spoken wisely |
Nbote:Too late |
While im not a doctor and would have left the doctors talk on this but here is my opinion on it. Regardless, of whatever nutrient comes out of fat and oil, it is always important to maintain a balanced cholesterol level, there may be a correlation between hereditary (health issues) and cholesterol related health issues such as heart and kidney issue. I ADVISE: 1) You reduce the intake of oil drastically in whatever form either in junk or meal; 2) You use olive oil (even when this oil is put in fridge it does not turn solid although very expensive) COMPLETELY; 3) If for whatever reason you can't use olive oil I suggest you use only oil that has the heart sign on it and stated "ZERO cholesterol). You can use popular brand like Power Oil, Mamador, Kings Oil etc; 4) Take supplement that help in the metabolism of fat and oil in the body. (The doctors and health officers on NL could recommend. 5) Visit a lab for sugar level, cholesterol level (if that is how it is identified) and heart to check if there is ANY underlying health issues (that is terminal related). 6) Drink a lot of water (it's never too much) 7) Eat vegetables |

Is it just me? Is that not a Camry engine? |
egopersonified:You are right |
fof1:It is not within my jurisdiction to sound politically correct or socially accepted. This is a legal matter, all I have to do is to analyse it legally. I never and will never had the intension of making you like my views on a matter of legislation/law. Happy Sunday MODIFIED: If you are as intelligent as you insinuate, you should have learned that whatever protection a driver driving alone in his car without a facemask, that such protection end the very moment such a driver step out (and in some extreme case driver suppose protection/defence ends the moment he/she drive without rolling up the car window whether he on AC or not). Such protection/defence that should have been available to such a driver do not extend the moment the driver step out from his car (why I used the word game changer) a) whether or not he/she was actuated by other motives before steeping down from the car; b) or whether an overzealous officer induced such a driver to step out from the car when such a driver even have 1000 pack of unused facemask for as long as the driver had the voluntary option of using a single unit of facemask but failed to use it such a driver would lose the protection save to the possible defence of duress and force to get the driver out of the car (involuntary) but in the instant case the driver came out willingly without the exertion of any force. cc: Uboma if you read all the bold I believe you will better understand the position of the magistrate. I sympathize with you no doubt and I admit the law enforcement officers were overzealous. There are some instances that judicial officers CANNOT exercise descretion, however this descretion are readily available to administrator of the law such as the officers you encountered, this has been emphased by the court over and over again even in the case of Shaw v DPP. Once more the judgement of the court was fair and just, your defence in the instant case would have been "INTENT" (if it was specifically stated as the mens rea for the offence in the legislation) and NOT "MOTIVE" you tried to adopt as defence. The game changer was the moment you steeped out from your car WITHOUT a facemask, and in extreme case the moment you rolled down the car window WITHOUT prior wearing of facemask. Even the extremist will view that the law enforcement officers were not overzealous and if they should assert so then I must say they aren't wrong but can't say if they are totally right. (The beauty of law is everyone has to disagree to agree why Oliver Wendell Homes assert that the law is what the court say it to be). |
fof1:If the procedure for obtaining/paying the fine followed rule of law then it is not an illegal act. If you had said the Vio officers were overzealous I would have agreed 100 percent. The moment op stepped out from his car like I said was the game changer Cc: Uboma Cc:Litigator could throw more light on it, even though he had already legally analysed it |
You fell in their trap when you steeped out of your car without a facemask. It was all planned that is why the other Vio officers signaled you to come meet them. I strongly believe it was few seconds you met them that you were taken to the mobile court, so they court arraign you before the magistrates that you were caught in the act. The magistrates wasn't wrong to have fined you because you were in public space WITHOUT facemask, it was of little importance that you had facemask, it was also of major importance that you were driving alone without facemask but this major importance ended and was of no importance the very moment you steeped out of your car without a facemask. That was the game changer Cc:Uboma |
derolemode:This is definitely a new way to advertise. Anyway this new way of advertising has raised an eyebrow already |
No need for DNA test. The mango didn't grow far from the tree. |
Be guided, the church wasn't burnt (up till this moment) it was vandalised but that is not the same as to set ablaze. |
