The phone has 6 gb ram but my infinix of 2gb ram is way faster than this. The phone takes about 15 minuites to come on when it is switched off. I am tired.

Everything seem ok to the extent that I can see. However, these guys have mastered the art of cloning that it's almost difficult to identify a cloned from setting alone. But obviously something is wrong with the phone.

You could have initiated the process of return a very long time ago. For a lawyer charge, it varies based on the lawyer's experience, expertise, vastness and other criteria. A lawyer is at liberty to charge as he deem fit although the charge should be considerate, considerate as in the status of the client.

In it all a lawyer charge can be negotiated, I would suggest you negotiate it with him or her. Some lawyers may charge more, but seem the lawyer has seen the statement of account of the deceased because what if the deceased had 2M in total spread across different account? I believe you would agree with me that 200k is cheap for probate case (well it would depend on the lawyer)

A lawyer charge could be an outright fee or based on commission, he wouldn't be wrong to go for either. Good lawyers are not cheap, just saying.

Legal fee are charge for service it can be negotiated and should be honoured, thread fly on NL about law not been lucrative but when the people are in dire need they run to lawyers but when they charge people start creating thread rather than negotiate like it's a rip off. Let me tell you how you can go about it without spending much (if you are scared of the cost):

A) Visit any Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) chamber in your locality or any law chamber, tell them what happened and how the accused has greatly maliciously defamed your reputation and that of your business and that you seek justice but greatly limited by funds. They would most likely handle the case pro bono, chambers normally do this because to attain the rank of SAN the chamber has to do some human right case(s) pro bono.

After a letter from the Chamber to the accused the accused would most likely apologise in a newspaper publication widely circulated in your vicinity and engage in some other form of restitution like paying for damages and legal fee you may have incurred from seeking redress. (Like the recent Cuppy matter). All these can end in court if they don't follow what the Chamber letter states.

Once they issue the apology in a publication I would advise you buy as much copy of the publication and paste a page of the apology on your work place.

Seek justice by all legal means even if it means crying to the press, trust me if the money wasn't refunded right now as I type you would most likely be in a police cell
