GEJ’s declaration is imminent. Surely must be this week. It is very easy for the discerning eyes. If he does that and PDP produce Atiku as their candidate, APC would be forced to either proceed with GEJ or a Northern candidate. If these permutations are right, BAT would be pushed aside by the same Northern politicians that he helped to power. |
PDP state fully. Expect her to be defeated by a PDP candidate roundly. |
Fantastic. With peace and security Anambra would be greater. |
FlyingKing:“ Now all these Easterners will come here and be talking different kinds of things. Now one of their candidates (have sell) their birth right for a pot of soup”. Even simple English, you could not write. Very poor English from the first word “Now” and on to the last word “soup”. Shay, shay, shay, shay, shay, shame! |
Ahhhh |
Make we dey laugh. Where would APC have been without PDP? |
Mirabella01:The mad man carries a briefcase around with a plan to use the nuclear. His weakness is not hard to see. |
planetx:“ If he was this desperate for power why didn't he just rigg the 2015 election or refuse to concede to Buhari, if he had done that heaven will not fall. The other African presidents were probably amazed that a sitting president will concede power so easily. Buhari”. Now you see the reason why GEJ may be that secret candidate? He acted completely against the standard practice of African presidents and now PMB will reward him by returning power to him to enable him complete his 8 years. |
Mirabella01:No more flexing for life. |
jadajada:Now you get it. The simple reason is that the party structure is in the hands of the governor. By rule, governors are the leaders of parties in their respective states. Using his advantage, Ganduje would work hard to make Shekarau politically irrelevant, especially as he has only a few months to go. Shekarau would fight the political battle of his life to retain his follower base in Kano. If the doors are shut against him in APC. He can also choose to go to Kwankwaso with the NNPP, provided they have a working agreement, that assures his senate seat and there is no serious contender. |
alsudan:All of them will step down. The only one among them who believes that it is his “ lifetime ambition”would be allowed to get to the primary stage, where his northern backers would abandon him. Please feel free to do your own permutations. |
Mynd44:A very big congratulations to her. Many of her mates in the legal profession did not make it to this level. Many of her ages mates did not get to her age. Glory be to God for her life and for all her accomplishments. |
Denial stage. Maybe he is still studying “LYING 101”. He has to pass the exam. |
Aufbauh:I like your response to the guy. Let’s discuss with decorum, disagree with decency, get better understanding and lastly build good relationships. |
Aufbauh:You do not seem to understand that I feel absolutely no pain. All I feel is pity for the PMB boys who called GEJ various derogatory names and have turned to him as the messiah. “However the most painful & frustrating act is GEJ joining the once 'evil party' the APC…” Hahahahahahahaha. Truly it is painful and frustrating. But that should be the feeling of those who called him incompetent and absolutely corrupt. Do not forget that the “once evil party” asked him to kindly join them. The party would have assured him that his past sins and looting would be washed clean and he would be made whole. Do not pretend that you are not conversant with this issue. Do not also feel any pain that some of you would have to turn around to blow his trumpet. Now that’s what I am looking out for. The day when the APC castigators would swallow their pride, eat their vomit, eat the humble pie and change the narrative in favour of the formerly discredited GEJ. How can you suddenly tell the world, using the same social media space, that the once crooked GEJ is the redeemer that you were expecting? Do you not imagine how pleasant it is when your traducers kneel and beg you to be their leader? The shame certainly is on the part of the PMB and APC supporters, who would rest at nothing to enthrone their desired leader. I like your life’s lesson. Hopefully you have learnt from it too. Cheers. |
Aufbauh:Ah ha. You said the same thing, but from a different perspective. However it plays out, I have fixed myself in a siddon look position. Once again I am waiting to see the reaction of the PMB and BAT boys on Nairaland, along with Festus Keyamo, etc. Those who labeled GEJ various names and have found that he is on his way to APC. Those who labeled PDP the party of crooks and looters. Those who saw APC as the party of saints. The Oshiomoles, etc. Maybe you too bro. I am laughing at how APC members lobby and beg GEJ to cross over. How it would be this week when Adamu (who he met yesterday), officially presents him to PMB. How they would finally respond on confirming that GEJ is the secret candidate of PMB, who would hold out for four years until power returns to the north in 2027. I am simply enjoying my drink and watching the politicians do their thing. |
jadajada:Kwankwaso uses Kano to bargain his positions. Politics is about skills and calculations. NNPP does not have the national spread to allow Kwankwaso win the presidency. He may return to the senate, or better still return to the party in the center after 2023 to stay politically relevant. Shekarau will retain his senatorial position, irrespective of the political party. He is that strong. |
tunapawizzy:In Kano, it does not play out that way. Shekarau and Ganduje apparently played their political games very well to wrest a lot of power out of Kwankwaso. In Kano, aside from the late Mallam Aminu Kano, no one else had such stranglehold on Kano politics except Kwankwaso and that was until he brought in Shekarau and Ganduje. Both men have fought hard against him to reduce his political influence by creating strong structures for themselves in Kano. It is very difficult for them to align, although they have done so before, but for very short period because the spaces could not take them and their different supporters. It is good for Kano politics. With Ganduje in APC, Kwankwaso in NNPP and maybe Shekarau in the PDP, none of them may be able to absolutely dominate. |
Part of the political maneuvering needed to confirm his popularity. I am only wondering how PMB’s boys on Nairaland would defend GEJ in APC. I am waiting to hear from the likes of Amaechi, Keyamo and BAT regarding GEJ’s membership of their party. |
Have Kwakwanso and Shekarau suddenly become politics friends again? If Shekarau leaves APC, it should be to PDP instead of NNPP where Kwakwanso decamped to get the presidential ticket. More so is the fact that NNPP is an unknown party. I do not think that Shekarau can take that political risk with Kwakwanso. |
Felimax:“ Your grandfather is truly a young man to birth a gentle man who gave birth to a fool like you. He goat!”. You just described yourself. No father, no grandfather. Completely irresponsible and empty. Do you remember that you look exactly like an owl? |
Yari, GEJ’s vice. |
Formal declaration before the end of the week. |
Whether na Miyetti Allah or Macban or the other, na sha Fulani people buy the form. What is there to hide? |
leokid866:It will be done in his ward first, without your knowledge. The Abuja presentation is the ceremony. He decamped from PDP long ago, quietly. |
Olaoluwa112:Your comment is what they call “up and down”. Did you read it through before posting? What has GEJ’s decamping got to do with the Easterners? Or you no longer agree with the old story the PDP is the party for Easterners? |
Felimax:Truly you are very young and completely inexperienced. Once again I hope you will not hide in your mum’s room to avoid conscription, if your wish is materialized. |
Felimax:So simple to say, young man. Do you not realise that Delta state does not start and stop at Delta Central and Delta south? There are also Igbos of the SS in Delta state. Do you want to go and burn down markets that belong to fellow Deltans of the Igbo extract because IPOB threatened the same people of Delta state? I thought you would talk about going to search for IPOB in the SE. By the way, I hope you would be willing to graduate from being an e-warrior to a battle field warrior, when the time is due. |
tfelicityk:Yes, unofficially decamped. Yes, unofficially out of PDP. He may have secretly registered with APC since last year. All his loyalists are in the APC now. Yes, I believe secretly. |
Sweetplum:You know absolutely nothing. |
Et tu Lawan? After making Nigerians look at the present senate as rubber stamp under his leadership, what would his presidency be called? Super glue presidency? As everybody dey collect nomination form, now I am planning to declare my interest in the presidency. I am already consulting my family, friends, spiritual leaders and now Nairalanders on my ambition. I will communicate the date for my declaration soon. |
Such a shame that right under the nose of the president some of his officials make mockery of his anti corruption crusade. If this claim by Mr. Emefiele is not called corruption, what else can? This man exposes himself as extremely greedy and looking at him leaves one with no choice but to called him a very corrupt person. |
