Et tu Lawan? After making Nigerians look at the present senate as rubber stamp under his leadership, what would his presidency be called? Super glue presidency? As everybody dey collect nomination form, now I am planning to declare my interest in the presidency. I am already consulting my family, friends, spiritual leaders and now Nairalanders on my ambition. I will communicate the date for my declaration soon. |
Na so e dey be. Thank God @arsenal will be in the champions league again next year. |
vicdom:“ The CBN Governor on Monday told the Court in Abuja that he can run for the post of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria without vacating his position as the CBN Governor”. Greedy crook. Probably intends to loot and thereafter use the proceeds to fund his ambition. |
Evil people everywhere |
mcdon024:Automatically a Nigerian. |
“ The APC now requires each aspirant to have 370 delegates to demonstrate their sincerity; Tinubu now has over 570 delegates, with more on the way. Other presidential aspirants are now jogging Kiti Kata and can't find a place to drop their cup down after drinking their water”. And you jagbajantistically think that other contestants cannot gather more than enough like BAT? So you do not know that it all about money in the APC? You do not know that the delegates would surely be enriched by this money making venture of the APC? Why dem come deceive una so tay like this? Una mumu no be here. |
Duplik8t77:Don’t mind the jagbajantis fellow. His baba and group failed him beyond his wildest imagination. Now they prove to us how fantastically corrupt they are too. Aside from purchasing the forms at 100m, now certain individuals in the name of “statutory delegates” have been set aside to make too much money. Those delegates too can be used to witch hunt their perceived enemies. Seeing the contestants purchase forms at 100m, the delegates may demand 50 million each before appending their signatures. Is this not potentially a corruption supporting opportunity? Now can you not see that the APC presidential candidate may be the one with the deepest pocket? Na wah. |
Where is OBEMBET? |
seunmsg:And you did not think of the political implication of the loss at the Supreme Court for Shekarau and his supporters to Ganduje’s faction of APC? You do not know that Shekarau commands a very huge follower ship in Kano state? You do not know that Shekarau and Kwakwanso cannot be in the same political party? So you did not take your time to look at the implications on Kwakanso, Shekarau and Ganduje? |
cuddlyaplasta4:“ Asiwaju, the Lion of Bourdillon , on your mandate forever. He is the governor with the best cabinet in his era…” How old were you then when Tinubu became the governor of Lagos in 1999? |
Now the APC issues begin in Kano state. Ganduje has control of the party in Kano. Shekarau may reconsider his membership along with his faction. They may choose to negotiate with PDP and move over there. Kwankwanso decamped from PDP to NNPP. How would these things play out? |
sapientia:And they call it an invasion. Do you invade other people’s countries with cruise missiles? |
DonBenny77:Which part of Nigeria can you call dirt free? Please tell us. |
abobote:Please was his wedding an empowerment program for himself? This one go kill him wife o. |
Fantastic |
lecowas:“ He should talk in dollars if he is serious about it, else he should allow Obi Cubana to talk”. Kuku convert 150m naira to US dollars and get the price, rather than wait for the man to “talk in dollars”. |
You like bomb from morning till night. Just please prevent the people from further relocating to the south to disturb the peace that we have. All those okadas, fruit sellers, shoemakers, kole-kole, iron condemn. Please confine them to their areas, please. |
Very terrible. Even now the word “miserable” is applied to Nigerians. Shay shay shay shay shay shammmeee!!!!!!!! |
Whazar:Quickly join the military. When you are sent on an assignment in war areas, enjoy yourself there. |
onuman:Ambition is a part of man and the right of everyone. You have the right to be ambitious. If you are not ambitious then you make yourself Mr. Nobody. He was a youth at a point in his life. All the leaders worldwide of today were youths of yesterday. They battled to get themselves to their present statuses and still continue the battle to retain their power positions. If you do not want Atiku to win, get your PVC, join a political party at the ward around you. Make yourself known. Contest for an elective office or use your PVC to cause changes. As for Atiku, my friend, he has a right to seek the presidency again. |
ivolt:Bros please even if Saraki had any diplomatic immunity, it did not in any way cover anyone in his entourage. That is if he had an entourage. Some of you also do not know that Atiku owns a house in the USA. He frequently visits the USA with on his own and can afford to get USA citizenship by investment. |
“ He further stated: “Afegbua is a serial job and money seeker known by all. He will lick any plate so far he could find a remnant of piece of soup and crunch of bones there”. Exactly. Worked for years with IBB but was discarded. Worked with Oshiomole as a commissioner after getting dumped by IBB. Worked with Obaseki. Worked with Atiku, etc. He should simply contest a councillorship election in his local government at least, to prove himself. He needs to put an end to waiting for people to win elections and then present himself to get jobs. |
VULCAN:Please lower the mic! |
boyfrank:Bros abeg eh, how many houses you get there? You sound like baba landlord there. |
What about security in Kigali? |
Very wrong impression intended by this write up. It is not a secret that politicians drove this country to this level where tribalism, nepotism and religious beliefs clearly play roles in our lives as Nigerians. We see how the most important positions in government are held by northern Muslims. What has happened after our screaming. Nothing. Christians have the right to governance like Muslims too. If the RCCG plays their role politically, all fair and square. Sitting on the fence and watching wrong people take leadership positions make our country worse. Mr. Farouk please note that if Mr. Osinbanjo wins, RCCG is represented. If BAT wins, RCCG is represented through his wife who is an RCCG Pastor. If we equally have very good Muslim leaders, that’s alright too. All we need is a better country. |
Was he not the one who purchased the APC 100m form to contest the presidency? |
Very happy birthday to her. |
ghettokid1:Very very funny. But how your papa come dey anonymous na? Abi money no sweet am? |
Invictuse:Rag wearing, penniless, born throway layabout like you calling people hopeless. Idiots like you think that you can hide under the social media to insult just anybody. With a total inability to contribute to meaningful discussions, why not just shut your unbrushed mouth up? Certainly you must resemble a beetle. Even simple English you cannot write. Olodo. |
Pinchomic man. Still on this stale story after several years. If Atiku and his ex wife had any case to answer, it surely would not be the place of Afegbua to advise the American government on what to do. Afegbua has been in politics for several years, serving different masters (including Atiku), while backstabbing them. Maybe Atiku has refused to give him money or allowed him to work with him anymore. I am looking forward to the day he would stop the boy boy business and contest an elective office in his state. Jagbajantis intete. |
Ok. The constitution needs further amendments (even though they will not do it), in regards to this irresponsible decamping of governors and members of assemblies. I think it should be inserted and compliance ensured, without having recourse to the courts, that once they resign from the parties that sponsored them, they automatically get out of the offices. Those who were sacked after the judicial pronouncements still remain there and are using the same courts to keep themselves in the offices, while enjoying the full benefits of the offices. This gross abuse must be checked. |
